SCENARIO: "SECOND ENCOUNTER"

also, this may be entitled second encounter, but i think
it's not- i'll leave you to be the judge of that.
【 𝗬𝗨𝗚𝗜 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗘 】
━ ever since the wish he had granted, you two have been
very close.
━ as he promised, he'd be there to support you in any way
he can for as long as you need him to.
━ but... he would go overboard with the support.
━ one time during class when you were about to do your
laps, a banner of your name was floating in the air, with
hearts doodled around it.
━ you were the only one who could see hanako━kun, and the
only one who could hear him.
━ so, basically this made things more chaotic.
━ students have concluded that a ghost had a crush on you,
and that's why there was a lot of things that would float
around you as you do your work.
━ he would cheer his own cheer for you, waving the items
he'd use to support you with.
━ and one day, you had enough. you appreciated the
support, but if he was going to make things appear more
weirder than it already is around you, then he should stop.
━ you then confront him at the 3rd floor girls' restroom.
━ "hanako-san, hanako-san. are you there?"
━ "i'm here, l/n~" he answers. "you did great today at track,
my little l/n!" he cheered as he fanboyed in front of you.
━ you blushed at him. you really liked the praises. but you
have to put a stop to the endless chaos about to happen.
━ "uhm, hanako-san?" you call out to him, making him stop
with his squealing. he faces you.
━ "yes l/n?" he asks, floating towards you.
━ "you're overdoing it..."
━ "eh? nani nani?"
━ "you're doing too much with supporting me..." you trail off,
seeing the male's shoulders droop.
━ "ehhh? how am i overdoing it?" he whines as he playfully
pouts. "i'm just trying to make you happy!"
━ you look down, you were ashamed that you were rejecting
support from someone you had asked for a wish.
━ he gets closer to you, and holds both your shoulders.
━ "does what i do bother you in any way? like, bullying?" he
asks with an innocent look.
━ you actually were, and he wasn't at all dense as to what
was happening to you as he continued to support you.
━ hesitating, you then answered with a simple 'yes'.
━ he frowned but quickly replaced this with a warm grin.
━ "hmmm, i guess i'll have to do something about that~"
━ you were about to ask what he was planning when one of
your bullies came into the restroom.
━ not wanting hanako to see what they would do to you, you
attempt to leave, when the bully pushes you on the
ground.
━ "having fun with your ghost friend, y/n?" she snickers,
kicking you on the ground. hanako had on a dark look, he
wanted to help you.
━ you being bullied in front of him, he could only watch. he
knew that you wouldn't like it if he stepped up and proved
that you were in fact, friends with the ghost.
━ "considering you're here, you're friends with hanako-san
of the toilet, aren't you? how foolish~ you've gone mad~"
━ however, when he heard what the bully had said, it
irritated him completely. enough for him to plot a plan as
to how to get revenge for verbally and physically hurting
you.
━ as soon as they left you, hanako came to your side and
hugged you. he felt so terrible just watching as you cried
on the bathroom floor. you relaxed against his touch,
accepting his comfort.
━ the day ended, he asked whether you really were okay or
not before letting you go for the day.
━ next day, upon entering your classroom, the students went
silent. all eyes were on you as the were crowding some
students on the floor.
━ curious, you set your things on your desk and went over to
what they were crowding around and causing ruckus.
━ and boi were you shocked.
━ 3 of your bullies were tied up, and a masking tape was put
across their mouths. when they saw you, they started
trying to wriggle free, they were pretty much frightened by
you.
━ you then saw a piece of paper next to your bullies on the
floor. picking it up, you held back a gasp, knowing exactly
what had happened while you were away.
━ "good morning, l/n~ i took care of trash while you were
away this morning along with some friends~ i made sure
that... they will never bother you again...~
━ your one and only h."
━ oh how splendid, you got yourself a scary bodyguard now.
【 𝗬𝗨𝗚𝗜 𝗧𝗦𝗨𝗞𝗔𝗦𝗔 】
━ this boy wouldn't even leave your side.
━ except for when you had classes, which he thankfully gave
you space so that you can focus on studying.
━ needless to say, he was really fond of you and wanted to
always be close to you.
━ whenever nanamine would meet up with you, tsukasa
would tag along just to see you.
━ you, on the other hand, was just happy that he stopped
bothering you and sabotaging your school day.
━ you would acknowledge him, and he would try to hug you.
━ keyword; t r y
━ you would quickly pull out a talisman you had created in
advance, making sure to not let him near you again.
━ i mean, he was an apparition after all. you were just being
careful.
━ till one fated day, you had bumped onto the older
minamoto while you were being followed by tsukasa.
━ you recognized him as kamome gakuen's prince.
━ and you also recognized him as 'the scary exorcist' tsukasa
was ranting about.
━ you and him had a staring contest for a few seconds, and
later smiled at each other.
━ "hello l/n-san, how are you?" he asks as you just smile, a
sweet aura eminated from you, animated flowers around
as you greeted the blonde. "why, hello there,
minamoto-san."
━ he continued smiling, "so. are you aware that you are
being followed by the ghost i'm after?" he asks you as you
just continued smiling too.
━ a shadow had casted on half of your face as you replied
with, "yes i am aware, you have a problem with that?" you
asked in a fake sweet tone, making the blonde's vein pop
out as he takes in your answer.
━ "aha, i see~ so you're not doing your job right?" he asks,
getting his katana out of nowhere as you proceed with
getting you talisman to write on, both of you smiling at
each other with a dark look.
━ you look over to tsukasa, glaring at him. "you're lucky i'm
not someone who backs down on their word." once you
said that, teru tries to hit you with the handle of his
sheathed katana.
━ you two then spar at the garden, failing to notice a certain
young minamoto and a scary 2nd year's little sister.
━ tsukasa, not expecting you to act as you are right now,
stares fondly at you, smiling softly as he does so.
━ looks like he grew more fond of the idea of being near you.
━ and this time, he won't hold back with his sudden affection
towards you.
━ after your sparring with teru, with an angry 2nd year
scolding minamoto teru about possibly damaging the
garden, you and tsukasa quickly fled the scene.
━ running away, he had noticed that you got hurt from the
short feud between you and teru. a bruise evident on your
arm.
━ he frowns at the sight, but nonetheless kept his thoughts to
himself.
━ as you and him finally got away successfully, he turns to
you, smiling proudly. he then pats your head.
━ "good job, my personal bodyguard~"
━ you, who had just got out of the fight, was exhausted. you
couldn't protest at his physical contact with you.
━ he noticed this and took advantage, hugging you slightly.
━ you tensed as he does so, but being tired, you remained
silent, trying to rest a bit before scolding the male.
━ "hey, y/n?" he tightens his grip on you, masking his worries
with a smirk.
━ "are you really that affected by just a small bruise..~?" he
asked in which you just stared at him silently. he continues
gazing at you as you sigh, "well, this 'small bruise' hurts a
lot because it's from spirit energy." you say as you rub the
spot teru had hit.
━ tsukasa then lets go of you and began drsgging you to the
infirmary.
━ quizzically, you looked him over. he had on a serious look
on his face as he drags you.
━ "i'll treat your wound so hurry up." he says in a demanding
tone. you deadpanned at him, "do you even know how?"
━ he stops floating towards the infirmary, his side facing you.
━ "yeah, i do. because i used to do it a lot for someone."
━ you stared at him questioningly. once you two reached the
infirmary, he quickly went from serious to playful in a
matter of seconds. "come on~ i'm busy you know~" he
grins, patting at a spot next to him on one of the infirmary's
bed.
━ from that day on, you wanted to learn more about this
apparition that you had to guard against an older pikachu.
━ who suddenly became more active ever since their meeting
with the second year.
【 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗢𝗨 】
━ it has been a week ever since you two's last meeting.
━ he was still dumbfounded by what had happened with his
brother, you and your sister.
━ he had heard what your sister had uttered. and he thought
that the same was meant for him.
━ 'minamoto teru-kun, if i see you near my sister, i will not
hesitate to make your life miserable here. understand?'
━ he did want to talk to you again, but he wasn't sure if you
wanted the same. so he kept his distance.
━ while this was his plan, you had sulked. you wanted to see
the younger minamoto and talk to him along with hanako.
━ pouting as you walked the hallways, you spotted the boy
you were thinking about. filled with joy, you skipped
towards his direction.
━ "minamoto-kun!" you called out, him flinching as he faces
you with an awkward smile.
━ "l-l/n-chan..."
━ you then hugged him, greeting him with a muffled 'hello'
on his chest.
━ poor boy tensed at this, and didn't know what to do as he
slowly just wraps his arms around you, unsure if he's doing
the right thing. he then pats your head as he softly mutters
a 'yo'.
━ you smiled as you let go of him, "where have you been,
minamoto-kun?" you asked, frowning at him. he flinches
and just scratch his cheek with his index finger.
━ "i thought i wasn't allowed near you too... since, your sister
didn't exactly like my brother around you..." he explains.
you pout at him.
━ "but, minamoto-kun! when you were away, i felt very
lonely... i can talk to nee-chan if she can allow me to meet
up with you." you say as you hold a determined look in
your eyes.
━ he could only stare at you, blushing as he looked away, his
gaze on the floor.
━ "y-you don't have to, l/n-chan." he says as he bashfully
does not make eye contact with you. you then hold his
hands.
━ "but i do have to! because i enjoy your company and i want
to be closer to you, minamoto-kun." you say as you try to
have a look on his face.
━ he looks at you to see what face you were making as you
said the words that pierced his heart with warmth, only for
him to blush more as he sees your flustered face.
━ "i-i'm sorry, i said something weird didn't i?" you ask him,
insecure. "of course if you don't want to, i won't force
you... it's okay." you were about to let go of his hands when
he grips them slightly tighter.
━ "i'd like to hang out with you more too. don't be sorry." he
smiles, holding your hands as he dragged you out.
━ "m-minamoto-kun, where are we going?"
━ he grins at you, and steps outside. "let's get some fresh air.
i kinda feel cramped inside." he says, beckoning you to sit
beside him at the bench.
━ you two were having a nice chat when;
━ you spotted his brother amidst fighting a 1st year high
school girl, swinging his katana as lightning bolts shoot
out from it.
━ you then noticed a hanako look━alike behind her, avoiding
all the attacks the two exorcists sent each other.
━ kou protectively stood in front of you with his staff as he
deflectled some of the lightning that had been sent
towards them.
━ just then, your sister had walked out of the high school
building, looking furious.
━ you see from the distance that your sister had yelled at the
both of them for the possibility of destroying the garden,
with teru wincing at the loudness of her voice. she scolds
teru specifically, since the lightning bolts had hit some of
the leaves of the plants.
━ seeing you and kou together, your sister's eyes softened.
━ she makes her way towards you two, patting your head as
she does so.
━ "i'm glad you two are talking again. you two looked so
gloomy while you two weren't together." she sighs. kou
then looks at her in question.
━ "ah.. but i thought i wasn't allowed near her... sorry for
making her sad, senpai." he apologized, making your
sister smile.
━ "you should learn a thing or two from your little brother,
student council president." she says, making teru flinch.
━ "ahh.." he could only say as he sweatdropped.
━ well, now that you and kou got closure that you two were
allowed to be friends with each other, you smiled up at the
tall middle schooler.
━ "then, i look forward to our friendship, kou━kun!" she
gleefully says as kou blushed, but grinned at her.
━ "mhm!"
━ the next days were filled with kou trying to deflect every
attack teru had made towards tsukasa and the 1st year
girl, protecting you from harm.
━ big sister approves.
【 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗨 】
━ this boy was hell bent with determination to exorcise yugi
tsukasa, making him cause a ruckus while students
weren't around.
━ unfortunately for him, you'd see him always attempting to
harm a younger student.
━ you balled your fist at the sight yet again as he fought with
the student. zapping lightning bolts and paper flying
through the air, a really questionable chaotic scene.
━ you had encountered him at the garden a few days ago,
and now he was at the track field, fighting against the girl.
━ you had wondered where the hell did the lightning come
from, but decided it would be best not to be involved.
━ you then rolled up a pad of paper, tying it as you then
threw it as teru.
━ once it hit him on the head, he looks over to your direction,
wincing as he recognised your h/c hair.
━ stopping himself from sparring further, the girl successfully
throws a talisman on his sword, making him unable to
shoot out lightning.
━ soon, the girl fled the scene, yelling; "tsukasa, let's get out
of here before he burns the seal!"
━ you approached the blonde boy, waiting for an
explanation.
━ which you did not recieve.
━ irritated, you began dragging him towards the infirmary.
━ if you needed to help him to get answers in return, then
that is what you'll do.
━ pushing him down to sit on one of the infirmary's beds,
grabbing a medical kit, sitting beside him as he stares at
you questioningly, with a tint of pink lighting his cheeks.
━ you started treating his bruises. you noticed while him and
the girl were having their sparring session, he got hurt by
one of his own lightning bolts.
━ he winced as you applied ointment on it, feeling the
burning sensation. you frowned.
━ "if you always got hurt like this, shouldn't you avoid being
caught up in some crazy fights such as the one from
earlier?"
━ you asked as he just sighed. "well... honestly i wish i didn't
have to. but the problem is, i'm supposed to." he says, you
raise a brow at him. "how come that you're obligated to?"
━ he hesitates but gives in, answering you. "i'm an exorcist.
and i'm here to maintain order at kamome gakuen. make
sure everyone is safe from evil entities, you may not see
them so you might not believe me..." he says. you had a
hunch as to what he was but didn't expect it to be true.
━ you look up at him, his eyes not meeting yours as he just
stares down at the floor. you continued treating his bruise
in silence, thinking of what to say.
━ on his end, he regretted talking to you.
━ because you were the girl he was talking about when he
rejected that girl that confessed to him.
━ though he was sure that you wouldn't be close with him
ever, it's as if the world had granted him his desire. the
desire to have a chance at talking to you with an excuse.
━ though, he didn't exactly appreciate that he was given this
chance because of his chaotic ways in exorcism.
━ you were known as a serious individual, someone who
helps whenever she is needed without hesitation. this was
enough for him to get drawn into you. he would think that
you were like him, someone who cared and wanted to
protect the people she cherishes.
━ having to hear his explanation, you sighed. "well, i guess it
can't be helped then." she shrugged it off, continuing on
with her treatment.
━ his head snaps towards her, in awe. he didn't expect that
reaction. rather, he expected a session of scolding from
you, as his explanation was somewhat other worldly for
people who did not know of the supernaturals.
━ as you finished, you smiled up at him.
━ the sunlight softly hitting your face, in an orange hue, your
eyes glistened as you muttered, "be careful idiot, you can
get seriously hurt. thanks for the hard work, kaichou."
━ he had full control of his emotions but, inside, it can't be
helped.
━ he was happy that someone accepted him without any
further explanation from him.
━ he wants to protect you. that's why he's here, it was for you
all along.
━ and now he finally has an excuse to see you, and that is;
━ to make sure you and your sister were safe from
apparitions.
━ hence, the start of him wreaking havoc onto spirits who
dared try to come near you and your sister.
━ congratulations, you've tamed the scary version of
pikachu.
【 𝗛𝗬𝗨𝗨𝗚𝗔 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗦𝗨𝗛𝗜𝗞𝗢 】
━ ever since the day you had smiled at this man,
he had made sure to see you everyday. as if he couldn't
live a single day without seeing you smile at least once.
━ be it that you were carrying something and he helps you
to pretending to bump into you while you were heading
towards a student council meeting or etc.
━ this boy fell for your unique attitude, and how nice you
were towards him. he wasn't used to it, especially from a
girl he deemed as irresistibly cute.
━ liking the fact that you acknowledged him as one of your
friends, he wanted to make sure not to let you down.
━ sakura noticed the change in natsuhiko's attitude. he was
still nice, yes. but he stopped treating her as if she's the
only girl who existed to him.
━ she didn't know if this was a good change, so she decided
to ask him the reason behind his current upbeat
personality.
━ "natsuhiko, you've been really different lately." she states,
sitting down at her table with her tea.
━ "ahhh, it's because i met a really cute girl lately. and she's
in the same grade as me." he grins. sakura thinks for a bit
before deciding her next move.
━ "mind telling her to come here when she's free? i'd like a
word with her." she says, sipping at her cup of tea.
━ "hmm, sure~" he answers, exiting the broadcasting room.
━ as usual, wondering the school looking for you, he ponders
how he'd be able to get closer to you.
━ finding you near the library door, exiting out with a book,
he quickly makes his way towards you.
━ "l/n-chan hello!" he greets you as you smile at him.
━ "hyuuga-kun~" you greet as you faced him fully. "we keep
bumping into each other nowadays, don't we?" you
continue as you hold the book you borrowed to your chest.
━ "it's quite fortunate, really..." he says, taking out his hand,
appearing to offer you it. "since i was looking for you~" he
completes saying, you held his hand in return. you two
proceeded on walking, with him holding you hand as if
he was escorting a princess.
━ "hmm~ why were you looking for me, hyuuga-kun?" you
ask, tilting your head slightly. his eyes softened at your
reaction.
━ "you see, someone from my club wants to meet you. so
now i'm going to as you," he turns around and faces you,
"are you free right now? maybe after your talk with her, we
can spend time together?" he asks, hopeful.
━ you, on the other hand, did not like this one bit.
━ if you were being honest, you had know thought of the
possibility that someone had a crush on natsuhiko and
thought that you two were dating.
━ you have been in the student council for so long that you
became very good at keeping a low profile. though still
with students knowing her name, hence natsuhiko
recognizing her as the school's auditor immediately.
━ and now, you were about to meet someone who had a
misunderstanding about you and natsuhiko's relationship.
━ wanting to correct the misunderstanding, you nod at the
male who was waiting for your reply patiently. he then
smiles. "alright~ let's go then~" he said cheerily, humming
a random tune as he continues to escort you towards the
broadcasting room.
━ upon arriving at the broadcasting room, you were greeted
by the sight of a green haired girl, she welcomes you with
a very soft smile.
━ you were intimidated by her beauty, and wanted to flee
immediately.
━ but, the boy just smiles at you and beckons you to sit at the
table with the girl who had told him to bring you here.
━ not wanting to be rude, you sat down.
━ she clears her throat, signalling the male to go somewhat
far away from you two, in which he does so without
question.
━ "alright, see you later when you're done talking, l/n-chan!"
━ you and nanamine left in the room alone, you started
feeling a bit awkward.
━ "so, what's your name? i'm nanamine sakura, a third year
here in kamome gakuen." she introduces herself, pouring
you a cup of tea.
━ "i'm l/n y/n. nice to meet you, nanamine━senpai."
━ she simply sat down, and took notice of your discomfort.
━ "ah, you must be thinking that i'm infatuated with
natsuhiko, aren't you?"
━ she hit the nail completely.
━ "well, that's not why i called you here." she says as she
takes her cup, looking into it calmly.
━ "i just wanted to say thanks. thank you for making
natsuhiko realise i'm not the only girl he should be after.
i was getting worried that he would be led on by me and
misinterpret what i do and say to him as an act of love."
she explains, making your eyes widen.
━ "ah- senpai, he's not really courting me." you try to explain.
━ "hmm, yet." she retorts back. you flushed at her comment
and was about to deny it when the said boy knocks on the
door.
━ "are you two done yet? i want to be able to hang out with
l/n-chan before she needs to go home." he calls out from
outside.
━ nanamine offers you one last smile before saying, "alright,
that's all. i hope to see you around, y/n."
━ and that was when you started becoming a bit more
conscious of the male, in which natsuhiko found amusing.
━ after all, he liked seeing you flustered. especially if it's
because of him,
━ because to him, you are the most cutest and prettiest
person he had laid his eyes upon.
━ i bid you good luck- seriously- this boy will kill you with a
lot of his really genuine compliments.
【 𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗔 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗨𝗞𝗘 】
━ ever since you were reunited with him, he immediately
took a photo of you two together. it was a miracle that he
could be seen in photographs too.
━ he liked taking pictures of you secretly, automatically
making him your number one stalker.
━ you knew about his habit of taking pictures of you though,
and you really didn't mind. it's just that, he didn't know
you knew.
━ so whenever you'd see him at the corner of your eye, you'd
pretend you don't see him.
━ and after school, he'd meet with you at your classroom
since no one could see him except for you. this became a
routine for you two. you study, he takes pictures, and then
he visits you in your classroom after school and talk about
just anything.
━ you'd often see another boy though, named tsukasa. along
with a girl who he had called 'his personal bodyguard'.
━ it was mostly tsukasa teasing mitsuba as the girl just
grumbles.
━ you were sometimes the odd one out. hence, your silence
most of the time when there were four of you.
━ mitsuba would notice this and try to make tsukasa leave
with the girl, his bodyguard noticing that mitsuba wants
to talk to you privately most of the time.
━ with that, she'd often drag tsukasa away fron you two,
allowing the both of you some time alone.
━ way to go, exorcist senpai!
━ his eyes would soften whenever you'd apologize for
'ruining the fun' and call you idiot.
━ "you're such an idiot, n/n━chan. you're not ruining
anything. if i'm being honest, i should be more attentive to
you." he says, scratching his cheek with his index finger
bashfully, not used to being honest.
━ "anyway, how was your day? of course my day was very
boring bleh~!" he contorts his face to a bored look, but
changes as he sits next to you. "how about you?"
━ "well... school's still the same... nothing changes. i don't
even know why i'm learning the same thing over and over
again.." you sigh. mitsuba chuckles at your reply.
━ "so, in other words, you're bored too?" he asks as you nod.
━ "very bored." you answer back.
━ he then cuddles you, putting his head on top of yours.
"hmm well, that's bad isn't it?" he thinks for a bit before
smirking.
━ "oh~ how about you tell me who's your crush? i'll help you
get with him! after all, i'm the 3rd of the mysteries now." he
offers, earning a flustered look from you.
━ "b-but sou-chan- i don't think that's possible..." you trail
off, not knowing how to tell him.
━ "eh~ but i can! just tell me and i'll help." he grins, patting
your head.
━ you could only sigh, scared of what he might say.
━ you took a deep breath, "sou-chan- i like-"
━ "TERU-KUN I TOLD YOU TO STOP BEING SO RECKLESS,
YOU'LL GET HURT IF YOU KEEP BEING A FUDGING
PIKACHU!"
━ "p-pikachu?" you repeated.
━ "haa? what's going on-" he then opens the door, irritated
as you were once again, interrupted and sees tsukasa
running from an angry blonde, along with a girl who
looked as if she was the same age as the blonde boy.
━ "oh, hi mitsuba~" he greets as his young bodyguard had
threw a seal at the blonde's katana.
━ "oh my god what the heck is happeni-" just then, a bolt of
lightning was fired between you and mitsuba.
━ glancing at the burn mark, you two quickly dash away, and
by you two, i meant him.
━ he had carried you bridal style and was now running away
with you in his arms.
━ you were quite surprised, you didn't expect him to save
you ever since you learned about his true personality.
━ "AAAHHH PLEASE DON'T KILL US NOW AAAHHHHH" he
cries out as tsukasa's girl bodyguard ran after you all in
hopes she can protect tsukasa and mitsuba, and now you.
━ hanako and the girl he has been protecting from bullies
then heard the ruckus, both of them looking over to the
stampede about to head towards them.
━ "AGH IT'S CRAZY KNIFE GUY- CAN THIS GET ANY WORSE?!"
━ mhm, you almost confessed to him today. you were quite
glad you were interrupted by a mad pikachu after your
friend and tsukasa's life.
━ yup. this is one hell of a chaotic relationship you have.
━ once everyone had calmed down, mitsuba finally being
able to set you down, sighs.
━ "AW COME ON, ME AND N/N-CHAN WERE TALKING ABOUT
IMPORTANT THINGS!" he yelled at tsukasa, who was now
hiding behind his bodyguard.
━ you then tugged on his right sleeve, causing him to turn to
your direction. "yes n/n-chan?"
━ "... i like you."
━ "what? if course you like me. i'm the cutest boy to have
ever existed~" he boasts proudly.
━ you could only smile at him, taking the hint that he forgot
about the topic you both had before the whole chaos.
━ "also, sou-chan?" he goes over to you, "yes?"
━ "... can i have a peek at the pictures you took of me..?" you
fiddled with your fingers shyly as he gawks at you.
━ "w-what pictures? i don't know what you're talking
about-"
━ then, tsukasa bursts out laughing. "Woah, she caught you
red handed, mitsuba!"
━ mitsuba, turning a shade of red, storms out of the room

as you sigh. he chuckles at your reply.
━ "but, you know. this is probably the first time i saw him be
attached to someone other than aoi." he says as a matter
of factly, making you raise a brow.
━ "i don't think so. from what i can tell, he's plenty nice to
everyone. considering that when he first talked to me, he
was very open." you explain to him as he thoughtfully
raises his head, reaching a conclusion to his questions.
━ "l/n-chan, what if he actually likes you like how he liked
aoi?" he asks as you deadpanned at him.
━ "that's impossible. from liking a popular girl to me
someone who is rarely noticeable? i don't think so." you sip
on your juice pouch as he just sighs.
━ "you know, you shouldn't say things like that about
yourself." he says, making you frown. "well, i try to be
optimistic but i'm more of a realist i guess."
━ a familiar reddish-brown haired male peeked into the
room, you and yamabuki wave him over as he starts
making his way towards where you two were.
━ "sorry, i had duties with minamoto-kaichou." he said as he
sat next to you with his bread and juice pouch. he looks
over to the both of you.
━ "what were you two talking about?" he asks, making you
and yamabuki flinch.
━ "ahh... it's nothing." you answer, sipping at your juice as
yamabuki backs you up with a 'yeah, don't worry about it.'
━ "what's so serious that you two are keeping it from me?"
he questions, visibly annoyed at the both of you being
rather secretive.
━ he drops the subject instead of pushing further, planning
to confront you instead later when yamabuki has left for
home.
━ school soon finishes, and akane asks you if you could go
home together for a change.
━ accepting his invitation, you then made your way to the
shoe lockers, waiting for him as he finishes up his duties
for the day.
━ you sighed, not wanting to feel empty once more.
━ earlier today when you talked about yourself in that matter
with yamabuki, you couldn't help but look down on
yourself as you thought of all the negative things about
you.
━ already feeling quite pessimistic, you only hoped that you
would be able to act normally around the vice president
so that he wouldn't worry.
━ "l/n-chan!" he calls out, jogging over to you. "shall we get
going?" he asks as he grips his bag. you nodded, both of
you starting to make your way towards the exit.
━ once you two were out, he starts speaking again.
━ "so, about earlier... what did you two talk about? it was
awfully awkward when i came back so i figured something
happened." he asks looking over to your direction.
━ unfazed by his question, you sighed. "well, i guess
yamabuki was saying weird things again. that's all."
━ not convinced, he asks again. "oh? what was it about?"
━ deciding that it was impossible for the boy to have a crush
on you, you came out clean.
━ "he was telling me... what if you liked me how you liked
aoi."
━ it was silent for a bit, both of you stopping on your tracks.
━ not wanting for you two to get awkward, he starts talking
once more. "ah, that's impossible." he says, looking away
from you as he smirks. "you're not really someone who
i would like, as well as other boys maybe." he says bluntly.
━ you could only nod, looking down. "mhm, that's what i told
yamabuki. i'm not the type that would be looked at to have
a relationship with." you say, monotonously.

looking up and glancing around as you continued walking
home.
━ "anyways, thanks for the invitation but... i feel as if i need
some time alone." you say as you wave towards him to say
goodbye.
━ taken aback by your response, he regretted teasing you,
feeling like he had said the wrong words.
━ "wait, l/n-chan!" he calls out to you. you stop in your
tracks, waiting for him to catch up. you didn't look at him,
knowing he figured out that you were being pessimistic.
━ not wanting to leave you alone like that, he puts his hand
on your shoulder. "look at me."
━ you hesitantly turn to face him, he frowns at you.
━ "l/n-chan, i don't know what you're thinking about but,
please don't be so negative about yourself. you're not like
what you have said just now. none of them defines you."
he stops, trying to find the words.
━ "i didn't mean what i said. you're a fantastic girl, boys
definitely like you. they're just a bit intimidated, that's all."
━ you could only nod, not convinced.
━ he sighs, letting go of your shoulder. "what i'm trying to say
is that, you're plenty beautiful and unique. to the point
that it's enough to watch you from afar." he continues.
━ this was enough. you couldn't handle the compliments
anymore. your emotionless facade breaks, you try to cover
your face, a color pink tinting your cheeks.
━ he could only stare at you in awe as he saw you in that
moment, not used to how vulnerable you looked.

said, him immediately giving you space. you both stood
there in a comfortable silence.
━ unknown to you, the boy was freaking out internally.

━ then they continued to walk together. a walk in which
silence was deafening than the bickers they used to

━ sighing, you moved around with your trolley, books on it
for you to sort out.
━ collecting all the books that were scattered at multiple
tables, you finally get to sorting them.
━ but that's when a voice had interrupted you with your

were about to put a book on a shelf.
━ quickly putting it where it should be, you made your way
out of the section you were in, quickly spotting the

━ he then makes his way towards you, looking over at the
stack you needed to arrange.

from the stack. you nodded, "yes. so once i'm finished, we

━ before you could finished, he had pushed the trolley
containing the books and started arranging them in a fast
pace.
━ you stared in awe as he finishes quickly, him taking your
hand soon after and making his way towards his own
library.
━ "i promised to explain to you, and it'll probably take us a
while so, i need all the time i can get from you." he says,
leading you towards the section where the butterfly from
last time landed.
━ opening the door to his hidden library, you two entered.
━ you two walked through endless piles of books as and
sections, finally reaching his office within the library.
━ he lets go of your hand, and proceeds on into his office.
━ "come on in, i made sure to clean so don't worry." he calls
out, beckoning for you to follow him.
━ still afraid of what had happened last time, you quickly
followed him.
━ guiding you to a chair, he lets you sit as he then proceeds
to sit at his own, getting comfy before speaking once more.
━ "alright, so. i have to explain to you how you're my wife,
correct?" he asked, propping his chin on his hand after
leaning on the table in front of him.
━ "what have you read in your book?" he asks again as he
looks at you in wonder.
━ "ah well... i read about the part where we were at the
rooftop." you answered, making him wince a bit "ah, i see..
that part, so you really weren't able to change your fate
huh..." seemingly disappointed, he sighs.
━ you tilt your head in confusion as he pats your head.
━ "i got my question answered... but i don't think its time for
you to know about this so... mind if i break a promise?" he
looks at you pleadingly. you cross your arms, "listen here
buddy, i waited for a damn week for this in fear of what i
got myself into, and now you tell me this bullshit?" you
commented, earning a shocked face form tsuchugomori.
━ "i'm not leaving this place till you explain everything to me,
tsuchigomori-san."
━ and that was actually the biggest mistake you've ever
made in a while-
━ as that only made the male smirk at you. "oh~? even if i do
this?" he gets up from his seat as he makes his way towards
you, pinning you down against the table, him licking his
lips.
━ you immediately turn shades of red all at once as his
head goes down next to your right ear, whispering;
━ "are you sure you can handle being here with me,

━ you shivered, feeling his breath tickling your ear. your
arms pinned down above your head, you struggled as he
smirks, taking a good look at you before letting you go.
━ "i highly recommend you listen to me for now, y/n-chan."
he sits at the chair he was at before, closing her eyes.
━ "after all, it might just trouble you further once you know
everything there is to expect. i'll tell you in the future, just
not now."
━ you could only stare at him as you stomp away from the
male. "fine, if that's how you want to play, let's see if you
can find me, tsuchi-san." she says bitterly as she slams
the door of his office shut. he chuckles at her tantrum.
━ he was, indeed, fascinated by your whole being. finding
himself drawn to you, he ponders.
━ ponders about just how things will end up for the both of
you, since he in fact wants you to love a happy life to the
fullest,
━ i mean, being the person that he is destined with, he only
wanted to make sure you'd be happy with him. just as his
books had written.
━ the look of irritation etched into his mind, he chuckles
once more.
━ "ah, she's cute." he says to himself, sighing fondly at the
