As the match started, (Y/n) began to bounce her leg nervously, not knowing how it would end. She listened to Midoriya explain his strategy to Iida, knowing that Bakugo was a hard-hitter.

"(L/n)," Iida gained her attention, turning back to look at her, "you know Bakugo and his quirk better than basically all of us. So how do you think it will turn out?"

"Honestly," (Y/n) started after thinking for a moment, "I have no idea. Uraraka is very talented with a good quirk, but so is Katsuki. I don't know how this could end... unless she has a master plan..." She said this as she saw some of the rocks beginning to be floated into the air, unbeknownst to Bakugo.

"Listen kid, you're acting like a bully," one pro hero in the stands yelled. "If you wanna be a hero, just send her out of bounds! Stop toying with the girl and end this match!"

(Y/n)'s attention immediately shot to the voice. She got up to grab the wall and use her quirk to try and find the pro who was yelling.

"(Y/n), can you see who it is?" Midoriya asked her, seeing what she was doing.

"Yes, but I'm not familiar with the pro," she responded, letting go of the wall and going back to her seat.

As the crowd began to boo Bakugo, (Y/n) began to get angry, knowing what they were saying isn't true.

Katsuki wasn't toying with her, it's just how it looks. Now shut up and sit down, you jerk, she furiously thought as she sat down.

"Where is the man who started this uproar?" Mr. Aizawa asked as he grabbed the mic. "Are you a pro? Because if you're being serious, you can go home and hang up your cape. I'd suggest looking into another career."

"Dang, Mr. Aizawa," (Y/n) commented, looking up to where he was speaking.

"You know what he's talking about," Midoriya said, looking as well.

"Bakugo's fierceness is an acknowledgement of his opponent's strength," Mr. Aizawa continued. "He knows she deserves to have made it this far so he knows to do whatever it takes to keep her at bay and to come on top."

(Y/n) looked back at the fight, seeing Uraraka panting as Bakugo got ready for another attack. But then (Y/n) looked up, seeing the mass amount of rocks. She watched as Uraraka released them, all of them falling towards Bakugo.

I know I should root for my friend, she thought as the debris fell. But I don't want Katsuki to get hurt either.

"Hey, she had a plan all along!" Midoriya exclaimed, standing up.

Suddenly, Bakugo created a huge explosion, knocking Uraraka away and debris everywhere and causing a huge blast of air.

"Did you know he could do that?" Kaminari asked (Y/n), turning to her in shock.

She just stared at Bakugo, surprised at the blast. "No..."

As it was announced Uraraka was K.O.ed, Bakugo walked off the platform, going back to the stands. (Y/n) got up and ran down to try and meet him half-way. Luckily, she did, stopping him on one of the landings.

"I didn't know you could do a blast that big," she said, stopping him in his tracks.

"I had to," he responded, rubbing his arm.

"What's wrong with your--oh... that blast..."

"Yeah, it was a lot." Bakugo sighed, letting go and looking up from his arm to her. "But what hurt most was those idiots of a crowd when they were yelling at me. They're just jealous that they weren't the ones fighting."

"Yeah, that wasn't cool of them," (Y/n) said, rubbing the back of her neck.

"(Y/n)," Bakugo started, clenching his fists and looking at the ground, "do you think I was toying with her?"

"What? No," (Y/n) told him as she shook her head furiously. She got close, holding his arm. "She was a hard match for you, honestly, you both scared the crap out of me throughout it."

"How did I--"

"When you were sending explosions at Uraraka, that was scary. When she basically had a meteor shower on you, that was scary," she explained. "But what scared me the most was how you would feel after the crowd started to yell like that."

"(Y/n)," he started, grabbing her hand, "don't worry about me. Just worry about the match."

She nodded, letting go of his hand and turning to go back up the stairs when she felt something on her cheek. Bakugo had pecked her cheek while going up the stairs before her. She touched it, blushing furiously, and ran up the stairs to catch up. As they were going up the stairs, the two ran into Midoriya.

"Oh hey, Kacchan," Midoriya nervously chuckled.

"What are you doing here?" Bakugo snarled.

"Uh, my match is next so I was going to wait in the waiting room," Midoriya nervously stuttered. "Also, congrats on winning your match. See you around--"

"It was your idea, wasn't it?" Bakugo asked, walking up the stairs.

"Katsuki..." (Y/n) grabbed his shoulder, not sure what he would do.

"That stupid desperate plan of hers, only you would come up with something that annoying, if we end up--" Bakugo continued.

"You're wrong," Midoriya cut him off. "That plan... Uraraka came up with it all on her own."

"He's right," (Y/n) confirmed, walking up the stairs to get slightly in between them. "I heard her say she had a plan. Heck, she refused Izuku's plan."

"Did you know the plan, (Y/n)?" Bakugo asked her.

"Not a clue."

As Bakugo and (Y/n) went up to the stands, Sero greeted them, "Hey Bakugo, playing the villain. Must've been tough."

"Even if it was because who you were up against, you did make a pretty convincing bad guy," Asui added.

"Shut up, you idiots! Or else!" Bakugo yelled at the group, shoving his hands into his pockets.

"For real, dude," Kaminari added as well. "I don't know how you were able to aim a powerful blast at a frail girl like that. I couldn't help but hold back against Shiozaki."

"Dude, she overpowered you," (Y/n) stated, Kaminari's expression dropping almost instantly.

"Can't you just let me have this?!"

"I definitely wouldn't call that girl 'frail'," Bakugo said as he looked to the stadium.

Kirishima ended up winning the arm wrestle, adding him to the board.

"Heck yeah, Kirishima!" (Y/n) cheered, pumping her fists into the air.

Todoroki and Midoriya's battle went on, Kirishima finally returned. "Aw man, I'm missing it!" he whined, finally arriving.

"Hey good job man, I was rooting for you!" (Y/n) told him, giving a thumbs up.

"Hey thanks, (L/n)," Kirishima turned, rubbing his head as he turned towards Bakugo. "Looks like I take down Bakugo next."

"I'll kill you," Bakugo muttered.

"Place nice you two," she told them, elbowing Bakugo.

"It's crazy though," Kirishima looked at Bakugo. "You and Todoroki both have moves that blast the whole stadium. Must be pretty nice."

"Plus you don't have to pause between attacks," Sero added, leaning forward.

"It's not as easy as you think, you morons," Bakugo started. "If you overuse your muscles, you risk tearing them apart. You sprint too much, you run out of breath. Quirks are physical abilities, too. They get worn out, you can't just use them non-stop. Like (Y/n)'s quirk and her forcefields."

"Yeah, he's right," she confirmed. "When I overexert my forcefields, especially on harder blasts, my quirk gets weaker and/or I pass out. More recently though, I've been more prone to get bloody noses."

"Oh, like in the cavalry battle!" Sero exclaimed. "You got a bloody nose, right?"

"Yeah, but that wasn't near exerting myself, I don't know why I got a bloody nose." She sighed, rubbing her nose.

"I think maybe Midoriya thinks he's gonna beat Todoroki by overexerting his quirk," Kirishima suggested.

Suddenly there was a huge wind blast, and Midoriya's left arm was completely destroyed. (Y/n) created a small forcefield for her and Bakugo, not having enough time to shield everyone.

"Oh my god," she muttered, letting down the field and covering her mouth. "Look at his arm."
