Deep's P.O.V.

I was sleeping very comfortably until I was interrupted by the sun coming through the curtains in my room. I took a pillow and blocked my face not wanting to wake up. I then felt some movement on my bed and slowly began to open my eyes. I saw a beautiful face with my blurred half opened eyes. I smiled and opened my eyes. Urvashi was laying on my bed with her eyes closed and looking angelic. Her eyes began to twitch with the sunlight. I smiled and got out of the bed. I stood and blocked the sunlight from reaching her eyes with my body. She stopped and slept peacefully again. I stood and looked at her sleeping. She was too cute. She turned and slowly opened her eyes. She smiled and rubbed her eyes. When she opened her eyes completely, she looked at me and frowned. She looked around and quickly got out of the bed. I didn't move. "What's the time?" she asked. I looked at my clock and said, "Nine o' clock." Her eyes widened as she looked at me shocked. "What?! I have to make breakfast! Why didn't you wake me up earlier?!" she exclaimed. I smiled silently. She turned around and walked to the door. It was still locked from last night. She tried opening it and then turned to me. "Open the door!" she said, "I have to go and bathe quickly!" "Then who is stopping you? Go ahead," I said. She looked at me annoyed and said, "Well let me go!" "You can bathe in our bathroom," I said. She looked at me confused and asked, "Our bathroom?" I nodded. "My bathroom is yours now. You can use it," I said. "You must be mad to think that. Open the door," she said annoyed. I stood silent. She walked up to me angrily and stood in front of me. "What do you want?" she asked. I held my nose and said jokingly, "Well first, I want you to take a bath. You stink! You haven't taken a shower since yesterday morning! Go and bathe!" Her hands rested on her waist and she looked at me with her eyes narrowed. She frowned and began to walk to the bathroom. I held her hand and pulled her back to me. Her back crashed onto my chest leaving no space for air to pass thought.

My lips went closer to her ear and I whispered, "The first emotion you feel for the day is going to be your emotion for the rest of the day. Brighten up your mood and see how well your day goes. If your mood is fouled, your day will go bad." "Stop talking nonsensical things Yash. You have already made the rest of my life hell. Fixing my mood, is not going to fix anything," she said bitterly. She walked off but my hands went to her waist and held onto it. I pulled her back again to me and said, "I promise you Urvashi, I will destroy this hell and show you heaven." I planted a kiss on her cheek and said sweetly, "Good morning my love." She walked forward destroying the closeness we were at and turned around and looked at me. Her face was all red and she frowned. She ran off to the bathroom leaving me there. I went to the closet and chose a suit for her to wear. I went to the door of the bathroom and knocked. There was no response. The sound of the water falling from the shower came. Knocking again, I called out to her saying, "Urvashi, your clothes. Please take it." There was again no response. I got worried about her. What if something happened to her inside the bathroom? Knocking again, scared, I called her, "Urvashi! Urvashi! Are you alright?" The door opened slightly and a hand came out. It grabbed the clothes and took it and the door closed again. I heaved a sigh. I walked back to the room and ran my hand through my hair and sat on the bed. I calmed my fast heartbeat and controlled my breathing. I got so scared. Urvashi came out of the bathroom wearing the sari and drying her wet hair with a towel. I stood up and went to her. I turned her around and held her shoulders tightly. She looked at me shocked my by behavior and I looked into her eyes with anger. "Why didn't you answer me inside the bathroom?! Do you have any idea how worried I got?! I thought that something had happened to you! Don't you ever do this again Urvashi, I am warning you," I said. I pulled her to me and hugged her tightly.

Her body was stiff. She didn't react. I broke the hug and looked at her calmer than before. "Why didn't you answer me Urvashi? Please, don't do that. I was really worried about you," I said with one hand around her waist and the next one cupping her face. She lowered her eyes. I planted a kiss on her forehead and went to the bathroom. When I had finished with my shower, I wore my pants and shirt inside the bathroom and went back to the bedroom. Urvashi sat on the bed and waited. I looked at her and went to the dresser. Standing in front of the mirror, I began to button my shirt. She stood up and came behind me. "Can you please open the door now? I have to make breakfast for your family," she said annoyed. "Yesterday I instructed Janki that until you don't feel completely fine, she had to make breakfast for our family," I said. "Have you thought about your grandmother and her health before doing all of this? If she finds out that Sacha is not your wife and you lied to her then what will she go through?" she asked. I took up my comb and began combing my hair while I said, "I didn't lie to her. She misunderstood Sacha to be my wife for herself." "But if she finds out, what will happen?" she asked. "Are you finding excuses to not be my wife?" I said with a small smile while looking at her annoyed face through the mirror. She folded her arms and said, "I am not your wife anymore. I divorced your yesterday." "Exactly! You divorced me, I didn't divorce you," I said turning around to her. She looked at me and asked, "What do you mean? You signed the papers right in front of me?" "And where are the papers?" I asked. "In my room," she said. I sighed and said, "Find, when we go down for breakfast, you can go and have a look at the papers for yourself then." She looked at me annoyed and went and sat back on the bed. "You have an appointment with the doctor today," I said to her while continuing to get ready. She didn't say anything.

I went to my closet and took my blazer out. I rested it on the bed and took my remote. I opened the door and said to Urvashi, "Shall we?" She glared at me and stood up. She walked out the room and I left with her. Walking aside her, she stopped at the top of the stairs and said, "You go first. If your grandmother sees us together, she will become suspicious." I smiled and walked down alone. She walked a little distance behind me. I shook my head. I went and sat at the table and she went and stood next to Janki. They both began whispering to each other. I turned around and looked at her with a smile. I got up and walked to her. Reaching her, she looked at me confused and I smiled. I held her hand and brought her back to the table. She came with me reluctantly and stood with me at the table feeling embarrassed. I pulled out the chair next to mine and said to her, "Sit." She looked at me shocked and then her eyes went to Daadi at the head of the table. I looked at her looking at Urvashi infuriated. Mom was also annoyed. I looked back at Urvashi and said to her, "You are my wife Urvashi. Your place is not away from, but with the family, sitting and having breakfast together. Sit down." I went behind her and held her shoulders. I pushed down on the chair gently and she sat down nervously. I sat next to her and served her some of the food. "Eat well because you have to take your medicines," I said to her. Her eyes went down and didn't look up. I looked at her hand on her lap. Seemed like she was feeling awkward to eat with the family for the first time. I smiled and took up a morsel of food and carried it to her mouth. She looked at me but didn't open her mouth to eat it. "Eat it Urvashi," I said. "Come on Urvashi, eat," Sadhna said sweetly. She ate it from me slowly and I smiled. Daadi got up from the table annoyed and said, "I am finished. You all continue." She left. Mom and Sacha also got up and left from there. Urvashi looked sad. I took another morsel of food and was about to feed her when she got up and ran away from the table. Why is she so stubborn?

I also got up and followed her to her old room where she sat on the trunk and wept. I walked to her and sat behind her on the trunk. "What happened? Why did you leave from the table in this manner?" I asked. "Don't act innocent Yash. You knew how much your grandmother and Mom must have been hurt by your actions. Why did you do that?" she said crying. I got up and went and sat in front of her. Cupping her face and wiping her tears, I said softly, "Hey, I didn't want to hurt you. I told Daadi that you are my wife since yesterday. She knows the entire truth now." She raised her tear filled eyes to me and said, "I am not your wife Yash, I divorced you." "How many times will you say this? I told you already, I am still your husband because divorce doesn't happen with one person alone," I said to her. She stood up and stepping back, she said, "Why do you keep saying that? You signed the papers, I did, so we are divorced." "Why don't you take a look at the papers then?" I said. She went and got the papers and looked at them. Her eyes showed her shock and I stood up with a smile. "How is this possible? You signed the papers yourself in front of me!" she said in disbelief. I smiled and said, "Yes I did." Pushing my hand inside my pocket, I took out my pen and said, showing it to her, "With this." "Do you want me to sign them again?" I asked. She gave me the papers and I took them. I signed them again. I gave them back to her and she looked at them. "Now shall we go?" I asked her. "Where?" she asked. "I told you already that you have to go and see the doctor today," I said. She looked at me annoyed and said, "I am not going." "Listen Urvashi, if you don't come with me willingly, I can carry you another way," I said. "How? Will you carry me forcefully?" she asked. I looked at her silently. "Why are you quiet Yash? Answer me? Prove again that you can only force people to do what you want. Force them to marry you, force them to be a servant in your house, force them to remain in your room, force them to obey you?" she said. I gritted my teeth and took her up in my arms.

She looked at me taken aback for a while and said, "Put me down!" "I will leave you when we reach in the hospital," I said. "Yash, this is not funny! Put me down!" she said. She began to try and come out of my arms but my grip was too strong. She still didn't give up though. She kept hitting my back but I was adamant. I walked out of the room with her, ignoring all of her pleas. "If you are stubborn, then I am more. I am not letting you go. You are coming with me to the doctor and that is final!" I said walking through the corridors. We reached the hall where Daadi, Mom and Sacha were sitting. They all looked to our direction and was shocked. Sacha looked angry seeing us in the position we were in. Mom and Daadi held a straight face. Urvashi saw them and even more began to demand that I put her down. Urvashi dropped her eyes and remained silent in my arms once reached the main area. I stood with her in my arms and said to them, "Mom, Daadi, I am going to the hospital with Urvashi for the doctor's appointment. I will back soon." Saying that, I began to walk towards the door. "Don't you have an empire to run?" Daadi said stopping me. I turned around and said, "I have Daadi, but what is the use of an empire if I don't take care of the people I run it for. What is the use of having all the millions of dollars if I can't spend it to take care of my wife's health. I love my work. I love my company. And I love my wife." I looked at Urvashi with the last sentence. She looked at me surprised at my words and remained silent. I turned around and walked out of the house with her. She didn't object to I holding her anymore and remained silent. I placed her inside the car and closed the door. I went to the driver's seat and drove off. She remained silent. She didn't say anything again. While driving, I looked at her now and then. She looked out the window lost in her thoughts. "Are you alright?" I asked after a while. She only nodded. I drove to the hospital quietly and upon reaching there, I opened the door for her. I held my hand out for her support but she didn't hold on to it.

When she came out of the car, one of my hand side hugged her and the next one held onto one of her hand. Holding her close to me, we both entered the hospital together. We were allowed to meet the doctor immediately. Entering his office, he welcomed us by standing up. He began to question Urvashi about how she was feeling currently and she answered all his questions. "Please come with me, I have to examine you a bit more," he said and got up. She followed him and went behind a curtain. I remained in the office and looked around. After a while, she came back and sat down. The doctor followed her. Sitting opposite us, he said, "Mr. Malhotra, she is fine. There is nothing to worry about but she needs to take complete rest. She looks very weary and weak. If she takes complete rest, that is, no housework or any strenuous work, she will be normal." I listened attentively at him and understood. "I am writing some medicines for her, she should take them on time after having a complete meal. Make sure that she eats well while taking these tables," he said. He wrote the prescription and gave it to me. "Doctor, the old medicines..." I said. "She can complete them and then start these," he said. I stood up and shook his hand thanking him. "Ok take care. Bye," he said to us. We turned around and left the office. While walking in the corridor, I saw the hospital's pharmacy and decided to purchase the medicines there. Urvashi looked sad. "Urvashi, wait here. I am going to buy your medicines," I said to her. She stopped and I went to the pharmacy. While waiting for the medicines, one of the guys in the pharmacy began eyeing Urvashi. I looked at him annoyed and said to him angrily, "Who do you think you are looking at? She is my wife!" He diverted his eyes from her and said, "Sir, I know her. I remember her." I looked at him confused and asked, "How?" He smiled and said, "She came here two days ago. She was very depressed. She came and bought some anti depressant pills. Poor girl, she still looks so depressed." I was shocked. I turned around and looked at her.

She stood where I left her looking depressed for sure. She had a long face and stood sadly. I turned around and asked the guy, "Are you sure that she is the same girl?" "Yes sir! How can I forget her? She was desperate for those pills. She even gave me five hundred extra just for them and when she got them, she bought a bottle of water and on the spot swallowed them," he said. Two days ago? For my birthday! Urvashi is taking anti depressant pills? The man in the pharmacy gave me the medicines I ordered and I paid him. I walked up to Urvashi and she was so lost that she didn't even realise that I was next to her. I rested my hand on her shoulder and she looked at me. I asked, "Shall we go?" She nodded and walked alongside me. I gave her so much trouble that she was forced to take these pills? I hated myself for this. I was angry at myself. I drove the car back home. The man's words couldn't get out of my brain. When we reached home, she got out of the car and went quickly and impatiently inside the house. I followed her and she went to her room. She took out a card of pills from beneath her blanket and took one. She didn't even need water and she shut her eyes after taking it. She hid it back and got up. She looked hyper after taking the pill and turned around to come outside. I quickly hid and she didn't see me and went away. I went inside the room and took the pills out. Behind the card had the name of the pill and I took out my phone. I searched for it on the web as I was about to read one of the article, my phone rang and the caller ID showed Amar. I answered the phone and he said that I was needed urgently at the office. I said that I was coming and took the pills with me. I will not allow her to take these pills. I don't know the side effects of it and how dangerous they are for health. I pushed it inside my pocket and left the room. Before leaving the house, I went to look for Urvashi and went to our room. I saw her coming out of the closet with some of her saris. Walking up to her, I asked, "Where are you taking these?" "Back to my room," she said.

I held both her hands and looked into her eyes. "You are not going anywhere," I said. "Let's see how you stop me," she said confidently. She walked pass me and I said, "I bound you to the swear of Sarita. You cannot leave until I say." I turned around and she stood with her back facing me. "Why are you forcing me so much to stay here?" she asked. "Because I love you Urvashi. And I want to take care of you. I want to be there for you in these difficult times you are going through," I said desperately. She slowly turned around and looked at me with tears in her eyes. "You are forcing me to stay in this room with you! You have rendered me completely helpless now. I have to by force, stay here because I don't want any harm on my sister," she said. I walked up to her and wiped her tears. I pulled her close to my bosom and hugged her. "Please Urvashi, give me one chance. I will show you how much I love you," I said with all my sincerity. She cried, wetting my shirt with her tears. Breaking the hug, I said cupping her face, "I have to go to the office for some work. I will be back soon. Please take your medication on time." I kissed her forehead and took my briefcase and left. I had a very heavy heart to leave her. I sat in the car and drove off. I couldn't stop thinking about Urvashi and her anti depressant pills. I stopped at one of the traffic signals and ran my hand through my hair. I called Amar and asked him, "Is it really important that I come to the office today?" "Yes sir. You have a meeting with a client today. You can't cancel it," he said. "Tell the client I am sorry. I can't come. If possible, fix the meeting at my home this evening if he is okay with that," I said. "Ok sir, I will try and get back to you," he said. I hung up and threw my phone on the seat next to me. I turned the car round and drove back home. When I reached home, I went back inside, looking for Urvashi. Sacha was sitting in the hall area reading a magazine. She saw me and stood up.

Coming closer to me, she ran her hands up my chest and I looked at her annoyed. "Where is Urvashi?" I asked. "I don't know," she said without care. I held her hands stopping them and pushed her away from me aggressively. I then left her there to stumble back and ran up the stairs. I reached our bedroom and saw Urvashi sitting on the bed with the divorce papers in her hand looking at them confused. Seems like the signatures were gone again. I smiled and walked in. She noticed me and looked towards me approaching her. I went and sat next to her with the same smile on my face. Giving me the papers, she asked confused, "How is this possible?" I pushed my hand in my pocket and took out my pen and said, "Because of this." She looked at me with confusion written all over her face. "The ink in this pen is not ordinary Urvashi. Whatever is written with this ink, it disappears after five minutes. It evaporates into the air," I said. "So why did you sign the papers with this pen?" she asked. Looking into her eyes, I said softly, "Because I can't divorce you. I love you." She stood up and said with tears, "But it is not possible for me to love you Yash. The love that I had for you has now died. It is no more. You have broken me in such a manner that I can't be fixed. My heart can't mend again." I stood up behind her and held her shoulders. Turning her around to face me, I said with all my sincerity, "But I love you Urvashi. Look deep down inside your heart, you will find that love. I am confident that it is still there. You are just suppressing it. Look carefully Urvashi, you will find it." She closed her eyes and remained silent. I pulled her closer and hugged her saying, "Don't worry. I will help you find the love. I will make you realise again how much you love me. And if you are telling the truth and don't love me anymore, I will make you fall in love with me. All over again."
