Bella's pov
The next morning when I woke up I put the band polo, black shorts and marching shoes on that Mr. Williams told us to wear to school because we will not be permitted to go home after school we have to stay in the band room until the football game.
I tied my hair into a french braid and began packing my band bag, I add my phone charger cause I know I'm going to be a loner tonight, After finishing getting ready I walk upstairs to find my mom black eyed asleep on the couch with Luke lying in his pin next to her,
I shake her gently
"mom can you drive me to school?"
Silently she stands up carrying the baby and goes and gets in the car. I drag the tuba along.
Once we get there there is still 20 minutes until class starts so I go to talk to Mr.Williams
"hey." i've never really talked to him before
"Hello Bella! what can I do for you."
"okay long story short my drunk dad went ballistic and took his anger out on my sousaphone. " I open up the case revealing the tuba
"I can send that to be repaired.... I'll pay for the repairs as a I'm sorry for Courtney at band camp kinda thing and you can use mine for tonight and tomorrow." Mr. William points to the sousaphone case in his office
"Thank you!!" Finally one good thing is happening

Through out my classes I sat there wanting to cry, Ian tried to cheer me up in langue arts and Aj gave me assuring looks in geometry since the teacher would stab us if we talked.
Once the sixth period bell rang I slowly went to the band room I drug my band bag and Mr. Williams sousaphone to a spot against the wall next to a wall plug and sit there.
Head phones in reality out.
All of my friends ... old friends stand together laughing and talking , not one looks at me.
I can't survive 3 more months of marching band with no friends. I look around the groups of people. Will from drumline who agreed on the is band a color thingy stands with a trumpet player. here goes nothing.
I stuff my headphones and phone into my band bag and walk over to them
"Hey." I say shyly which is weird.. I'm not shy.
"Yoo Bella! Whaazup." the trumpet says. I'm scared help me.
"I kind of don't have anyone to talk to so I thought since we both like the color band we could talk." I inform them
"Okay yeah. You probably know I'm Will and that's Mason, plays trumpet."
"Nice." I lie so badly wanting to tell Mason low brass is so much better than the higher brass instruments.
"I have to sneak to the back of the school." mason says taking a cigarette from his bag,he then disappears in the crowd of preppy female band geeks doing their hair and pointless things.
"do you smoke too?" I ask but before Will can reply I'm yanked by my collar to my previous corner.

"Yeah with the drug and alcoholic addicts." Aj states
"Wills cool though." I defend him
"Listen I just talked to Noah. he has a really good story behind his sudden man pms." Aj says "and I'm a sella shipper."
"Seth hates me. I'll go talk to Noah." I reply.
I walk to Noah and pull him out of his socialing group.
"Oh gosh Bella I've missed you. I hate myself for letting this happen. I'm gonna start off by saying sorry.. I know sorry is just a useless word that takes to pain away but I'm truly sorry. "
I nod but don't believe him
"I'm not blaming this on Courtney its my fault for letting This happen. But she promised if I broke up with you she'd leave you alone so I called you a bitch so you'd break up with me cause I could never break up with you and you never did it and I knew I had too and it didn't work but I know I can't survive without you and I'm rambling but I really like you Bella."
"I like you more than my tuba. but don't tell him. he's at the repair shop for now so we're all good." I reply
"You know we technically never broke up..." Noah smirks
"NELLA LIVES!" Ian screams

It's finally Christmas break! Thank the lord!
What was the point of going to school Monday and Tuesday?
Oh well that means I can take time and make longer chapters.
But I update to much it doesn't matter the length I guess.
