This is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places and incidents are based on the Japanese Anime Haikyuu!! except characters that represent the reader. Any resemblance to actual events or persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental.

seekrett: I first want to explain how this story works. Obviously, Haikyuu!! is a Japanese Anime series, and characters are Japanese. I don't want to write a fanfiction where the characters go out of character. The difference between an English and Japanese tone changes the character's image drastically. Thus, the dialogues made in this fanfiction are in Japanese with English translations afterwards.

An example of what it would look like throughout this fanfiction will be this:
"俺は大丈夫です (I am okay)," she replied in a formal tone.

However, I am not fluent in Japanese. If there are any errors, feel free to let me know, so that I can correct it.
In addition, unlike most fanfictions, this one will not be using (y/n). Instead, the reader will be given a regular name, Uchiyama Sekki.
