2017, Sakaar.
No one's POV:
After Destiny and Loki were knocked out of the Bifrost, the two had landed on a mysterious planet that neither of them had seen before. Destiny reached behind her to grab her weapon, which was nowhere near her, before the two ended up being taken inside a facility on the planet, where they encountered the Grandmaster, leader of Sakaar. As the leader was about to have his two servants imprison the siblings, Loki was able to convince the Grandmaster not to do that, and gained his favour. Unfortunately for Destiny, she had to play along if she didn't want to get herself into more trouble than she already found herself in. What worried her even more was that she had no idea what had happened to Thor, and she had no idea where her staff was.
That was until a few weeks later, while she and Loki were were sitting around, with Sakaarians gathered around them, as Loki was telling his story.
"There was a worm hole at the time in Space beneath me. At that moment, I let go."
"Loki?! Destiny?!" The Goddess suddenly heard a voice. "Loki! Destiny! Over here!"
Destiny and Loki turned and saw Thor, strapped to a chair, calling their names.
"Excuse us for a moment." Loki said.
The two of them stood up and approached their brother.
"What? You're alive?" Loki asked Thor.
"Yes, of course I'm alive." Thor answered.
"What are you doing here?" Loki asked him.
"What do you mean 'what am I doing'?! I'm stuck in this stupid chair. Where's your chair?!" Thor asked.
"We didn't get a chair." Destiny said.
"Get me out of this one." Thor demanded.
"We can't." Loki replied before Destiny could say anything.
"What?" Thor asked him, confused.
"We've made friends with this man. He's called the Grandmaster." Loki explained.
"You made friends with him. I got dragged into it." Destiny corrected her brother, while whispering.
"Oh, he's crazy." Thor remarked.
"I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that." Destiny agreed.
"We've gained his favour." Loki continued.
"Again, you did. I played along." Destiny corrected her brother again.
"The Bifrost brought us out here weeks ago." Loki finished.
"Weeks ago?! I just got here." Thor said.
"What are you whispering about?" The Grandmaster suddenly asked.
The three siblings jumped, startled by his sudden appearance.
"Time works real different around these parts." The Sakaarian leader stated. "On any other world, I would be millions of years old. But here on Sakaar..."
He turned to Loki and Destiny, who didn't know how to finish the sentence.
"In any case, you know this... you call yourself Lord of Thunder?" The Grandmaster asked them.
"God of Thunder." Thor corrected him.
"Yes, we do." Destiny said.
"We have never met this man in our lives." Loki said simultaneously.
"They're my brother and sister." Thor said.
"Adopted." Loki added while gesturing to himself.
"Is he any kind of a fighter?" The Grandmaster asked them.
"Yeah, I would say so." Destiny said.
"You take this thing out of my neck and I'll show you." Thor threatened.
"Now listen to that. He's threatening me." The Grandmaster mocked. "Hey, Sparkles, here's the deal. If you want to get back to you As-place, Asberg..."
"Asgard!" Thor corrected him, annoyed.
"Any contender who defeats my champion, their freedom they shall win." The Sakaarian explained.
"Fine. Then point me in the direction of who's ass I need to kick." Thor demanded.
"That's what I call, contender. Direction would be this way, Lord." The Grandmaster stated.
Guards approached Thor's chair.
"Loki! Destiny!" Thor called out.
Destiny stood worriedly, knowing that she couldn't do anything about the whole situation.

The tournament was starting soon and a few of the competitors were locked in a cage, yet to be brought out, and given a display of weapons. Close to said cage, there was a bar, and Destiny sat there, barely sipping on her drink, as she stared into the cage worriedly, sitting directly across from one of the Grandmaster's best assistants: Scrapper 142. Something about the Scrapper felt familiar to the Goddess, now that she had learned the truth about her sister.
"Hey! Hey!" Thor called out to the Scrapper, who held up a device in her hand. "Do not zap me with that thing. I just want to talk. Asgard is in danger."
Both Thor and Destiny noticed that the Scrapper had scars or brands marked on her forearm, and Destiny realized why she felt so familiar.
"You're a Valkyrie." She pointed out.
"I used to wanna be a Valkyrie when I was younger...until I found out that you were all women. There's nothing wrong with women, of course. I love women. Sometimes a little too much." Thor began to ramble.
"Thor..." Destiny said quietly, trying not to draw attention.
"Not in a creepy way, just more of a respectful appreciation. I think it's great that there is an elite force of women warriors. It's about time."
"Are you done?" S142 asked.
"Lord of Thunder, you're up." A voice-over announced.
Destiny got up from her seat and approached the cage.
"Please, help me. I need your help." Thor called out to the woman, who was still sitting there, drinking away.
"Bye." S142 said before beginning to walk away.
"You must be a traitor, or a coward." Thor determined.
Destiny got to the cage as this was happening and knew that Thor might have been right.
"The Valkyrie are sworn to protect the throne." Destiny added.
S142 turned to the God and Goddess.
"Listen closely, your majesty. This is Sakaar, not Asgard. And I'm a scrapper, not a Valkyrie." She snapped before walking away.
Guards began approaching Thor from behind.
"Destiny, you have to do something." Thor pleaded.
Destiny turned to Thor.
"I'm sorry Thor... I can't do anything." She said. "I'll figure something out though."
Thor gave his sister a small and worried smile and the guards grabbed Thor.
"Try not to get killed." She pleaded.
Thor nodded and Destiny went to the VIP spot where she would be watching the tournament. When she finally found the room, the guards opened up the door for her and the Grandmaster turned to you.
"There you are, Delilah. Just in time." He greeted her.
"It's Destiny." The Goddess corrected.
She looked at the thousands of spectators in the arena before a massive projection of the Grandmaster displayed itself.
"Wow! Look at all of you. What a show, WHAT-A-NIGHT! Who's having fun? Please, I'm your host. Big round of applause for all of our undercard competitors... who died so gruesomely. Good sports. What a show! What a night! This is what you've come for and so have I." The hologram exclaimed as the crowd burst into a loud applause.
Destiny sat worriedly, because she didn't know what would happen next.
"And now, without further ado..." The Grandmaster continued. "It's main event time!"
