My eyes went wide and I felt the tears build up.
My hand went over my mouth in shock.
I looked over at Derek and he just grinned at me.
He made me the art studio.
It was just like how I imagined it to be. Amazing.
"This...Derek...I'm...Wow..." was all I could say.
Derek chuckled and got out of the car. He came over to my side and opened my door for me.
I climbed out of the car and walked to the front door.
I touched the handle and smiled.
Derek opened it for me and I walked inside.
It was beautiful. It was so me.
The room gave you a nice calm relaxed feeling that I loved.
"Derek, I'm so sorry I gave you a hard time. This is amazing! I love it. I love you,"
Derek hugged me from behind. "It's okay and I love you too. I have even more news for you. You have a client,"
"No way," I said turning around to face him.
"Her name is Katharine Hipwell and she wants you to plan her wedding and design her house,"
"I freaking love you!" I screamed hugging him.
He chuckled and kissed me.
I pulled away and walked around my studio.
"So, what am I in business for?" I asked.
"Weddings, houses, schools, parks, art and all that jazz,"
"This is so cool!"
"I should mention I work for you,"
I grinned. "Sweet,"
"Yeah yeah yeah,"
I laughed and wrapped my arms around his waist. "Thank you,"
"No problem my love,"
I smiled and kissed him again.
"Let's go," he said.
"Go where?" I asked.
"Out with the guys,"
"To celebrate?"
"Yup," he grinned.
I smiled and walked to the car.
Moments later we were at the bar and grill with the rest of the guys along with Derek's friends.
I sat next to Finn and Derek.
"A toast to friends," said when our drinks came.
"To friends," everyone cheered.
"You guys are friend?" Chris asked looking at me and Finn.
"We are, for now,"
"For now?" Finn asked.
"Yeah, you're bonded to do something to mess it up,"
"I resent that,"
We all laughed and continued talking.

We all went home minutes to midnight.
Derek and I got ready for bed then had a little fun of our own.
