"If I die.. what will you guys do?" And there eyes widen and froze. It was silent for a good minute "You won't die, I won't let that happen.. never" Suzy unnie said and pull me in a hug
"Why would you think about that love?" Irene unnie said and I closed my eyes "I-it's just.. I dunno.. I.. what if.. I didn't survive this?" And I heard sobs so I pulled away from the hug and looked at the three and they were crying
"U-unnie's.." I said while looking at them one by one "D-don't think about that y/nn.. W-we will suffer if that h-happens" I looked down.. 'I am sorry.. I won't be with you unnie's soon.. I hate it.. I really hate the fact that I am slowly fading away from you guys..' and I heard gasps
"W-what?" I look up to see them wide eyes "what do you mean what?" And they shook there head's "W-what did y-you just say..? Y-your s-slowly f-fading a-away?" Irene unnie said and I widen my eyes 'Did I say it outloud?! Shit!'

PABO Y/N! AISH! What should I tell them?!
"W-what? I d-didn't say anything l-like that~" Suzy unnie was about to speak when there was a knock on the door and it was opened by Cindy unnie
"Oh hello there unnie's" the unnie's waved and she closed the door and went to us
"Why yallz crying?" She said looking worriedly and she widen her eye's and looked at me and gave me a 'Did you tell them?' Look and I shook my head
'Well.. kinda..' I mouthed and she facepalmed "Cindy.. do you know something?" Suzy unnie said while looking at her and Cindy unnie tensed
"Cindy?" Jieun unnie said and Cindy unnie sigh "I am not hiding anything, eventually I went here because I want to tell you guys something~ and it's good news!" Cindy unnie said while smiling
And Irene unnie gestured her to continue and I noticed a tear went doen on Cindy unnie's Cheek
"Y/n.. y/n your healing.. Your Lung Cancer is fading.." We widen our eyes "REALLY?!" I said and she nod
"So.. I'm not dying?!" She nod while smiling and the unnie's looked at me wide eyes "DYING?!" I chuckle nervously
"Oh.. yeah.. well.." I looked at Cindy unnie for help "Well.. last night.. We found out she was dying. But! It wasn't her's and it was an old one from my past patients who uhm.. passed away.." I frown
"Poor them.." I sigh "atleast your going to live now y/n!" Suzy unnie said and hugged me not too tight and Irene unnie joined same as Jieun unnie
They were crying so was I "You just need to do one operation and you will be okay" I nod "When can I do it?" She looked at her watch "Later night would be great" I smile and looked at unnie's "Well.. that's not my decision.. ask my unnie's" she nod and looked at Irene unnie
"Yes please do it tonight" I smile so as Cindy unnie but her smile was slowly fading "But.. I just want to warn you guys.." I raise my eyebrow "There's a 50-50 chance she could live or die.."
I sigh while the others just froze on there spot "Unnie's.. stop overthinking. I'll live for sure!" I said while showing them my smile and they smile also "Y/n's right unnie's.. don't overthink about it" they nod "well that's all I wanted to say and y/n, you need to rest for later. We will start around 8pm" I nod
"Okay then, bye unnie! See you later!" I waved and she waved also "Thanks for the news Cindy!" The three said and she smile "No problemo~" she then left
I faced them and they were smiling and crying "Unnie's stop crying now~" I said while giggling "Group hug!" I said opening my arms and they hugged me
We then pulled away from the hug "Now don't be sad.. don't think about me failing it. I'll survive.. I promise" I said while smiling
"Okay okay~" Suzy unnie said and hugged me again "I love you sooooo much y/nn~" I smile "Love you too unnie~" She peck my forehead "Hey how about me?~" I looked at the person and it was Irene unnie
I smile "Love you unnie~" I hugged her and she hugged back "Love you too~" I smile and let go of the hug and looked at Jieun unnie who was pouting
"Aigoo~ come here unnie~" I open my arms for her to give me a hug and she smile and hug me "Love you unnie~"
"Love you too baby~" I smile and cry "aish don't cry now~" Jieun unnie pull away the hug and wipe my tears
"Don't cry now y/nn, now rest. You'll be having an operation soon" I nod and lay down "Love you unnie's"
"Love you too y/nn" The three said and I was about to sleep when I tug Suzy unnie's shirt while looking at her and she looked at me "What do you need love?" I pat my side "Can I hug you unnie?" She smile "Sure~" she lay beside me and went in the blanket and cuddle me
"We will be outside talking" Irene unnie said and we nod and they went out of the door
"Unnie" and she hummed "Were you getting jealous because of Oppa's and unnie's?" And she tensed "Ofcourse I will, Because they met you first and.. they know you very well while me. I barely knew you, we just met yesterday.. and then this happen.. aigo.." I giggle
"No need to be jealous unnie~" I snuggle my face on her neck and peck her neck "Don't worry, After this I promise you. I will hang out with you and many more" and she chuckle "alright then, that's a promise right?" I giggle "Yes unnie, I promise"
"Okay then! Now, you sleep. Unnie will be just here, love you y/nn" I smile "Love you too unnie" I then closed my eyes and I hear unnie humming songs and didn't notice I fell alseep
Irene's POV.
When I closed the door I looked at Jieun "Now.. about Jinsun?" Jieun asked and I sigh and told her about the call in the van
And she sigh and clench her fist "He doesn't know what he is doing right now." She said sternly "He better not touch her or else.." I sigh
"We have to protect y/n, and me and Suzy were planning on finding a home for the three of us" she smile "That is a good idea! Actually why not live with me? My house is huge for the four us" I smile "That would be great, when can we move in? Is there any room's available?"
"Ofcourse there is! I have more than 10 rooms there, at the same time it's a Mansion. And you guys can move in with me this week but.. what about her living with the boys?" I sigh "I didn't think about that.."
"Just tell her to leave some clothe's in her and the boys house while the rest of her clothes will be in ours, she could be stubborn so just tell her that" I smile "Great idea Jieun! Now.. I need to put a high security in your place if you don't mind" she smirk
"Don't worry I can handle it.. and.. when are you going to tell the two about.. your parents?" I sigh and cry "I'll tell them soon.. especially y/n hasn't met them yet.." I then wipe my tears
"Let's go back in?" She nod and we went in the room and when we opened the door we saw Suzy and Y/n cuddling on the bed sleeping
"You sleep too unnie, I know your exhausted" I nod and lay on the couch while she sat on the other one and pull out her phone

Last night~
I was about to sleep when my phone rang and I answered it and it was Mom and Dad's secretary so I answered it

She was crying and it shocked me

I immedietly hang up the phone and changed my clothes and get my car keys and told the security that I will go somewhere and went to my car and open the door and went in.
I started the car and left going to the hospital
At the hospital~
I then parked my car and turn off the engine, I then open the door and went out and closed the door
I then locked it and immedietly went to the ER
I then saw there secretary and I went to her "Ms. Kim!" She looked at me "W-where are they?" And she pointed at the one's that are now being covered by a white blanket
"N-no.. e-eomma! A-appa!" I then broke down crying "shh.." Ms. Kim hugged me "Shh.." I then hugged back
After crying for few minutes we stood up "T-they haven't m-met y-y/n yet and l-look.." and I noticed Miss Kim's eye's widen
"You found her?! W-when?!" I nod while smiling thinking about her "This morning.. I w-went to T-twice's dorm.. Jihyo there l-leader called me.. saying she is there.. living with them for a while.." and she smile "I'm glad you two m-met her already" I smile and then my smile turned into a sad smile
"B-but.." I then wipe my tears and looked down "S-she is in t-the hospital r-right now.." and her eyes widen "What?! Why?!" I sigh "S-she p-passed out.. when w-we were eating at b-burger king while s-she was in her car.. T-then w-hile we were eating Jihyo called.. she said that s-something happend to y-y/n.. and s-she was right.." I then cried
"When we arrived in the hospital.. the doctor told us that.. s-she has L-lung cancer for a y-year now.. and her doctor is her b-best friend since childhood.. Y/n d-didn't want to t-tell anyone.. I.." I then burst into tears and Ms. Kim hugged me
"T-the doctor said t-that.. t-there's a possibility s-she will d-die.. n-next month.." I noticed her eyes were getting teary "T-they didn't met each other.. y/n d-didn't meet mom and dad.. s-she was so excited telling us she wants to meet them.. b-but.. w-what am I supposed to tell her and.. Suzy.. that m-mom and d-dad is gone.."
"Hey.. I know that I don't know y/n yet b-but I know she is s-trong.. she will fight this I know that.." I then wipe my tears "She will.." I then sigh while looking at my parents and cried again
"How.. H-how am I supposed t-to tell this to them..?" I then hugged them "I love you mom.. I love you dad.. I promise I will protect them.. Until my last breath.." I then cried
"Irene.. what about the company?" I sigh "I.. I don't know.. I am thinking about handling it.. or asking one of our cousin's to do it.." she sigh "You better find one a-already.." I nod and looked at my parents "I love you two.."

I didn't notice a tear ran down my cheek, curious as to why Jieun knew? Well.. I called her.. hays.
I then looked at the two who were sleeping "How am I supposed to tell you two.." I then looked away and closed my eyes and fell asleep too
Your POV.
I was woken up by someone shaking me "Y/nn.. love.. wake up now.." I opened my eyes to see Suzy unnie still cuddling with me while Jieun unnie and Irene unnie were standing while looking at me
And I also noticed beside them was Cindy unnie "oh.. am I going to start already?" I said with my raspy voice "Yeah.. you ready?" Cindy unnie said and I nod "Okay then" Suzy unnie peck my forehead and stood up and I whine "I want to cuddle more~" I said while pouting
"Aish stop acting like a kid y/n" I sigh and looked at the three "See you unnie's!" I said while waving and they did also
"Okay ready to go?" A nurse said and I nod "Wait.." Suzy unnie said and We looked at her and she went to me and peck my cheek and kiss my forehead for a good few seconds and Irene unnie did the same while Jieun unnie just peck my forehead and cheek
"Love you y/nn" Suzy unnie and Irene unnie said and I smile "Love you too unnie's" I waved and smile at Jieun unnie
"Let's go" I said and Cindy unnie gestured the three nurses to push the bed and they did
I looked at them one last time and the door closed
"Hey y/nn.." I looked at Cindy unnie "Hm?" She looked at me while she was walking "Promise me something.." I nod
"Stay alright?" I frown "Why would you think I wouldn't stay hm?" She sigh
"Like I said there's a 50-50 chance you could die, and.. only few people survived this.." I sigh "I promise.. I'll stay" I said while smiling at her and she smiled back
"Were here now.." she then started to put on her mask and gloves same as the nurse's and put on her like something.. a hair something to cover her hair
