Sakura POV
"Mama ? What's happening? Where's Papa?"
"Shhh.. It's going to okay. It's going to be alright."
"Give us the child and your lives will be spared."
"Mama!!"
"Hush now child. Your parents are gone. It's okay. I will make you stronger."
"NOO PLEASE STOP!"
I immediately woke up out of breath and drenched in sweat. I was breathing heavily trying to catch my breath. I wiped my face realizing there were tears running down my cheeks. I looked outside and saw that it was still dark. I took a deep breath.
It was just another nightmare.
My hand went to the necklace around my neck. I grabbed the two rings that was strung around my neck and closed my eyes. They were my parents' wedding rings.
I opened my eyes looked around my room and saw that my desk was destroyed. I sighed. I must have used my chaos quirk when I was asleep. I checked my alarm clock and saw it was already 5am.
'Might as well get up and start getting ready. There's no way I'm going back to bed now.'
I got up and headed for the bathroom. I turned the shower on. Right when I was about to head in the shower, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.
I saw the scars on my sides and my back. My hair was all tangled and messy and there were huge dark circles below my eyes.
"Oh well that's attractive" I mumbled before stepping into the shower.
I don't usually sleep for more than 5 hours a night. I always wake up with another nightmare that scares me so much that I am afraid to go back to bed. There are many times where I would even use my quirk unconsciously. Ever since I was saved, the nightmares never stopped. The flashbacks of me being ripped from my parents' lifeless bodies and the searing pain from when I was tortured.
As I finished getting dressed, I walked into the kitchen to start making a pot of coffee. The house was so silent that I could swear the dripping of the fresh black coffee was echoing throughout the empty house.
When I turned 14, I decided to move out of Toshinori's house and live independently. With the help of the staff of UA and the money my parents had made from being the top 5 pro heroes, I managed to buy a moderate sized house.
At first, Toshinori was hesitant about my choice. But he knew I was mature than most kids my age and knew I could take care of myself. He was just worried about me living all alone in a quiet empty house.
But that never bothered me. I always enjoyed the silence. I don't usually prefer other people's' company except for Toshinori and a couple of others who had raised me.
There were times though where I would feel lonely. But, Toshinori would always visit as often as he can.
I was just pouring me a cup of coffee when I heard the door slightly open. 'Ah speak of the devil.'
Toshinori was quietly tiptoeing into the house and was slowly closing the door without trying to make any sound. You would think he was a thief coming in to rob the house.
"What are you doing?"
Toshinori jumped. He slowly turned his head. He smiled when he realized it was just me.
"Oh Sakura. I thought you would still be asleep. I didn't want to wake you." He started to make his way into the kitchen. "What are you even doing this up early?"
I glanced at the clock. It was only still 5:30 am.
"I woke up early because I just was so excited to meet this Midoriya" I jokingly replied.
Toshinori narrowed his eyes at me. I couldn't tell him about my ongoing current nightmares. I didn't want to worry him.
"Well I am glad to see you full of enthusiasm Sakura. You know I have a feeling you will like this boy. I can see you becoming good friends with him."
I rolled my eyes and went back to my coffee cup. "I don't need and do friends" I grumbled.
I mean it was the truth. I didn't really have any friends. I always preferred to be alone. The only person I considered my friend was Keigo Takami (aka Hawks). But he was more like a brother to me than friend.
Toshinori sighed. "Sometimes Sakura, having a friend really helps. Friends will be there to support you in your time of need. They will be there to celebrate with you in happy moments and to cry with you during the saddest times. In a world like this, no one would be able to survive without help and support."
I closed my fist. All my life, it was always hard for me to trust or let people in. I mean can you blame me for everything I went through? I always kept my distance with people. I believed that people were greedy and they always just wanted something from each other.
But this wasn't the time for this. I didn't want to argue with Toshi this early in the morning. I sighed and replied, "Okay, okay you don't have to get all poetic about it. I promise I will try to stop being such a bitch to others."
Toshinori smirked at my reply. He put his hand on my head and replied "That's my girl."
I looked at the time. It was almost 6. I got up and grabbed my backpack.
I soothed out my hair with my hand. "Well we should get going."
Toshinori got up as well and excitedly replied, " Oh Yes. Young Midoriya should be waiting for us."
As he walked ahead, I couldn't help but wonder what Midoriya would be like. The corners of my mouth slightly tilted up.
'Izuku Midoriya, I can't wait to meet you.'

3rd POV
Sakura and All Might walked side by side until they finally reached the beach park.
Well it used to be a beach.
The beach that once used to be beautiful was now fully littered with trash.
Sakura looked around. Why were they doing here? This doesn't seem like a place where they can do much training.
Just when she was about to ask All Might why they were here, she heard a young boy's voice.
"ALL MIGHHTT!"
Sakura turned her head to see a young small boy with green hair and freckles. He was running up to them with a waving hand and a huge smile.
All Might sees Midoriya and smiles. "Ah young Midoriya you have arrived. But please refrain from yelling my name in public at 6am."
Midoriya scratched the back of his head and gave smiled embarrassingly. He was just so excited to start his training to become a hero with the number one hero himself. He replied "Sorry All Might. I was just so excited to see you."
All Might smiled at his wholesome response. "Well this is the first day and step for you to becoming a hero Young Midoriya. I can see why you are excited. But, I warn you the training will not be easy. It will in fact make you feel like you will want to die," All Might says while laughing.
Midoriya sweatdropped from this answer. But he was determined. When he was about to reply that he was indeed ready, he noticed a girl behind All Might.
All Might noticed where Midoriya's eyes were. He smilingly says "Ah yes. Young Midoriya there is someone important I want you to meet."
Sakura steps out from behind All Might's huge body. Midoriya almost gasped from just how beautiful she was. The first thing he noticed was her piercing blue eyes and her long jet black hair.
"Young Midoriya, I want you to meet my daughter Sakura."
Midoriya's jaw fell. All Might had a daughter?! How could he not know about this. He would be the first one to know. Midoriya shockingly replied "EH?! Daughter?!"
Sakura rolled her eyes and jabbed All Might in the side with her elbow. "I'm not his actual daughter. He adopted me when I was very young and he became my legal guardian," she replies cooly.
All Might rubbed his side with a hurt expression. "So mean little Sakura."
Sakura steps up to Midoriya and studies him closely. He was very much on the tiny side. It was gonna take a lot of muscle building and training for him to get stronger. She was already thinking about thousands of training exercises for him to do.
Midoriya gulped from how close she was to him and how her eyes was piercingly looking into him. He's really never been this close to a girl before. Especially someone so intimidating and pretty.
Sakura put her hand out and says with a straight face, "Hi nice to meet you Midoriya. You can call me Sakura. I am looking very forward to training you and beating you into a pulp."
Midoriya eyes widened. She was going to help him train? A pretty GIRL was going to help him train?!
All Might couldn't help but laugh from seeing Young Midoriya's expression. He put her hand on Sakura's shoulder and says with amusement, "Yes, Sakura is going to help you train. Don't underestimate her though. She has been training her whole life and she's well, deadly." All Might said the last part with a straight face.
Midoriya nervously extended his hand out to shake her hand. "U-u-uh nicetomeetyouSakura-chanthankyouforhelpingme," Midoriya mumbles very fast.
They shake hands and Midoriya noticed how stern her grip was. She really was intimidating and the fact that he held her hand for a couple of seconds made him blush.
Sakura couldn't help but find the boy's nervousness amusing. She didn't see him as a threat at all. He seemed kind and had such a pure smile. But, she still couldn't help but think that training him was gonna be fun for her.
Sakura cleared her throat, " So anyways, why did you want to meet at this park of all places Toshi?" She thought a training dojo was a good place to start, but this? She was genuinely confused.
All Might gave out a laugh. "As all you know, One for All is the fullest physical ability of many people gathered into one. An unprepared body cannot inherit fully. The limbs will come off and the body will explode."
Midoriya looked horrified and screamed "My limbs will what?!"
Sakura knew this information. She shuddered from the memories of her going through the torture so her body would accept the One for All quirk. Against her will of course.
"Huh I get it. You want him to pick up all this trash in order to train his body then, right?"
All Might flashed a smile and put a thumbs up. "Yes! But that's not all." He continues while walking to a huge dirty fridge. "After some research on the internet yesterday, I discovered that part of this beach park's coast has been like this for many years." He tapped on the fridge leaving a dent.
Sakura heard about this beach before. She looked around the trashed park and replied "Because of the currents, a lot of objects drift here a lot, and people take advantage of that so they they think they can dump their garbage here." She gritted her teeth. She despised people like that.
All Might puts a hand on top of the fridge and applied pressure on it ."Heroes these days are all about the flashy stuff. Originally, being a hero meant doing volunteer service. Even if people called that boring," he says while crushing the fridge all the way to the bottom.
The fridge explodes leaving dust everywhere. Sakura and Midoriya cover their eyes to protect them from the blinding sun that was hiding behind the fridge.
All Might points at Midoriya and announces, "Young Midoriya, you will restore the horizon for this whole section! That is your first step toward becoming a hero!"
Sakura admitted his plan was genius. Midoriya wouldn't just learn about showing off as a hero. He would be learning how to give back to the world.
But still, cleaning all of this would take forever. Even she found it difficult.
Midoriya looked around the park with his eyes wide. "My first step.. To clean all of this!" It seemed impossible to him now looking around the park.
All Might put a hand on his hip. "Young Midoriya, it is your dream to attend U.A. correct?
Midoriya's face lit up. He exclaimed excitedly, "Yes! Because it's where you went!" He wanted to go to U.A. so bad and train to be a hero, just like All Might has.
Sakura raised her eyebrow at this. She wasn't surprised that someone like Midoriya wanted to attend U.A. Everyone their age was dying to. Everyone except her really.
"You're a go-getter fanboy!" All Might says laughing.
Midoriya couldn't help but blush at that statement. He also wondered if it was Sakura's dream too to attend U.A.
Midoriya nervously asks, "Sakura-chan, are you also training to attend U.A.?
Sakura flinched at his question. Before she could reply, All Might put his hand on her shoulder and proudly says, "Little Sakura here is one of the top recommends for U.A. But not just because that she is acquainted with me, but because of her skills and her high I.Q."
Midoriya's eyes widened. He couldn't help but admire Sakura. How skilled is she to be recommended?
Sakura rolled her eyes. She huffed before replying, "Toshinori stop saying it like that." She hated when he showed her off to people.
All Might just laughed. "But it's the truth!"
"But anyways," he says while turning back to Midoriya. "It's not something you can do without a quirk. It's hard to hear but that is what reality is. And U.A. is the hardest course to get into. In other words.."
Midoriya closed his fist and put it to his chest. "In ten months until U.A's entrance exam, I have to compete my vessel! I can do it All Might. I will do what you ask!"
Sakura was surprised by his determination. It was a hard goal to clean all of this and to train his body for One for All in just ten months, but he was willing to do it.
Sakura reached into her bag and pulled a packet out. She handed it to Midoriya. "Here, I made a training plan for you. It has all the exercises that will help you and a meal plan to feed your muscles."
Midoriya was reading through the packet and was shocked. He mumbled "There's even a sleep time included." He shuddered from how strict it was.
All Might even knew Sakura's training schedules were intense. He bent down next to Midoriya and whispered, "Frankly, I admit her schedule is super hard. Can you follow it?
Sakura eyebrows furrowed. "I heard that and it's really not that hard," She muttered.
Midoriya smiled. He was just grateful that she made a schedule for him. "Of course I can. I have to work many times harder than anyone else, or else I can't do it!"
Sakura smirked. She liked how he was willing to accept this challenge no matter what.
"Midoriya, it is my goal to train you and to be fully prepared to obtain All Might's One for All. I promise you I will help you achieve that."
Midoriya's face turned red. She was willing to help him to get into U.A. He wasn't going to let her down. He smiled and nodded. "I promise I won't let you down Sakura-chan."
She crossed her arms. "Well then. What are we waiting for? Let's get started."
