I smiled to the team below me.
Hayami: "A-Ah....! They're here! They're here to get us!"
I went down the hill and look at Hayami with a confused face.
"Hm? Get you? For what?"
Everyone: "Eh?"
Hayami: "Y-You're not here to punish us?"
"Huh? Punish? Ahaha! Why would I do that?"
Tenma: "Kirara-san...."
I smile to Tenma and walked up to him.
"Hey, Tenma-kun."
Tenma: "Y-Yes?"
"Can I call you Ten-Ten?"
Tenma: "Huh? T-Ten-Ten?"
"Yeah! Sounds cute doesn't it?"
Shinsuke: "Cute huh?"
"Okay then, since you're not saying anything I'm calling you Ten-Ten from now on!"
Tenma: "O-Okay?"
Shindou: "So, what are you here for exactly?"
"Hm? Oh come on Takuto-kun don't give me that angry face!"
Shindou: "... I've always wondered but why do you call people by their first names or give them nicknames?"
"Huh? Do you not like it?"
Shindou: "I don't."
"Aw! That's a shame but I'm still calling you Takuto-kun! Anyway why you ask? Why that's easy! Because I hate formalities of course!"
Shinsuke: "You hate formalities...?"
"Yup and as you can tell I'm not exactly Japanese. Um... I think I'm half? Anyway! I grew up using first names instead of last names so!"
Everyone: *sweatdrop*
"Hm? Where's that girl?"
Kirino: "Girl?"
"Yeah, um what was her name again.... ah! Kono Mirai! She's in your team right?"
Tenma: "You know Mirai?"
"Well no but I saw your last match! That girl caught my eye! Is she doing something?"
Tenma: "Well she said she couldn't come to practice today..."
"Aw that's too bad, well I'd love to stay and chat but I've got places to be. I was just going to drop by and introduce myself anyway!"
I ran back up the hill and waved goodbye.
"Bye bye, Raimon, Ten-Ten!"
Tenma: "Ten-Ten..."
I heard them talking as I started walking away.
Hm~ what good friends. I guess I can leave Kyousuke with them for now.
"Ah~ I guess I could visit Tai-kun today. It's been so busy lately, I wonder how many times he's tried to sneak out haha!"
So I went to the hospital.
*Knock Knock*
Taiyou: "The door's open."
I opened the door and gave a big smile.
"Yo! Tai-kun! It's been while!"
Taiyou: "Ah! Kirara!"
Taiyou smiled back at me.
"So~ how many times have you tried to escape this time?"
Taiyou: "Hm... like 3 maybe?"
"Eh~ only 3? Have you gotten scared of Fuyuka-san?"
Taiyou: "Hey, Fuyuka-san can be pretty scary you know!"
"Yeah, yeah I know. So! You want to try and sneak out today?"
Taiyou: "I mean... I was found earlier so would now be a good idea?"
*pout* "When did you become such a coward?"
Taiyou: "Am not!"
"Oh sure~"
So in the end, I was able to convince Taiyou to try and sneak out again. But... we were caught again by Fuyuka-san...

3rd POV
Tenma: "Then here I go!"
Shinsuke jumped and towards the ball.
Shinsuke: "Now! Ha!"
Shinsuke headbutted the ball.
Shinsuke: "I did it!"
Tenma: "You did it, Shinsuke! That was awesome!"
Shinsuke: "Yeah! My Full Throttle Jump is ready!"
Sangoku: "No, it isn't."
Tenma and Shinsuke: "Eh? Senpai!"
Sangoku: "You can't call that ready yet."
Sangoku, Amagi, and Kurumada were standing in front of Tenma and Shinsuke.
Shinsuke: "How come it's not ready yet?"
Tenma: "I thought that jumping and timing were the best we could get."
Shinsuke: "Is something wrong with it?"
Amagi: "In a real match, it's more of a free-for-all in front of the goal."
Kurumada: "Unless you can use it with other players around, you can't call it ready."
Tenma: "I see."
Sangoku: "We'll help you guys out."
From far away, Shirabe hides under some trees watching them.
Shirabe: "... Trying to do a new hissatsu huh?"
She looked one more time at Tenma and Shinsuke practicing with the upperclassmen and then left.
Mirai POV
*Knock knock*
"Hello?"
Hime: "Ah! Mirai-oneechan!"
"Hello Hime, it's good to see you're doing well."
I walk up to Hime who was laying in her bed. Hime is a 5 year old girl who's being hospitalized because she has throat cancer. Luckily she's suppose to take a surgery soon to help her but...
Hime: "..."
"... Are you still against the surgery?"
Hime: "Of course I am! Why do they have to take my voice so I can be healthy again?! I don't want to lose my voice!"
I patted her head. When Hime takes the surgery, there's a high chance that she'll lose her voice because of her young age.
"I know you don't want to lose your voice but your mom wants you to get better right?"
Hime: "But..."
I put my forehead to hers.
"It's hard, but deep down you want to get better too right?"
Hime: "... No I don't!"
"Ah... Hime!"
Hime got out of bed and started running down the halls of the hospital.
"Hime! Wait!"
I chased after her. She was running for quite a while.
She shouldn't be running this fast...! It's bad for her health!
Then I saw her stop because she ran into someone.
Hime: "Ah! Ow..."
"Hime!"
When Hime heard my voice she hid behind the person's legs.
"Wha..."
I stopped when I saw the person.
"Tsurugi...?"
Tsurugi: "You're..."
Hime look back and forth between us.
"Ah... Hime!"
Hime flinched at my voice. I kneel down to reach her eye level.
"You shouldn't be running around. It'll only get worst for you."
Hime: "..."
Hime reluctantly walked over to me and I carried her. Then I looked to Tsurugi.
"Sorry about that Tsurugi..."
Tsurugi: "...It's fine."
Tsurugi looked like he was going to ask but kept quiet.
"... Well then, I'll see you around."
Then I started heading back with Hime in my arms.
I never expected Tsurugi to be here. But Hime...
I look at her.
"You're scared aren't you Hime?"
She tighten her grip on me.
"Surgeries are scary... but you're not alone. Your mom is going to be right next to you when you get the surgery."
Hime: "But... my voice..."
"Hime..."
Hime: "I don't want to give up my voice... I want to talk more with you... with mom... with dad..."
She started crying on my shoulder and I gently patted her back.
...I wanted to too. I wanted to talk with my Dad more too. But it's too late for that now.
