Soon after leaving the business district, Scotty made the suggestion of driving normal.
“Let’s not try attracting to much attention to ourselves.”
He said.
“we did enough of that about a mile back bro.”
I replied “Alright, good idea.”
I eased the car to a slow and gentle stop at a red light.there were about three maybe four cars behind us. None of them really caught my attention except one. It was a midnight black SUV with limo black windows. I could have sworn that I’ve seen that car before. Maybe back at the construction site? Oh well call me paranoid. I decided to not say anything to Scotty because it was probably nothing.
As we continued on this straightway I decided upon myself to keep an eye on this SUV. It continued straight as we did. But from a distance. I would have went straight back to my apartment a few blocks away, but I had to test my theory on this vehicle. So I began driving on all sorts of different roads. I can’t even remember all of the randoms we wen’t on. Finally Scotty became suspicious.
He asked “Dude what are you doing?!”
“Watch the black SUV a few cars back.” I replied.
“Okay.” He said.
I kept doing everything I have been. Taking random turns and such, and the SUV did all of the same things. Scotty took notice. He began to reach for the pistol i gave him earlier during our escape from the construction site. As he began reloading it I said “Don’t shoot, just reload it.”
“Why not shoot?” He asked.
“I want to be in a bit more populated area before we try to shake them.” I said.
“Oh, I see.” He said.
Scotty grabbed his phone and asked me “You can fly a helicopter right?” “Ummm yea why?” I asked. Scotty simply replied, “Go to the Airport.”
I took the next exit towards LAX, the SUV was still following yet from a distance. I’m still worried that they aren't going to stay back there for long. As we took the exit from the highway to the air port, the SUV began speeding up. I mean really speading up. It was almost lik as if they were about the hit us. Then all of the sudden, BOOM!
We were spinning. I heard Scotty shouting “Kick it!” “I’m definitely gonna shoot now.” “Just drive!” I just did as he said with the reply “Way ahead of ya!” I continued toward LAX only way faster than before. The speedometer read 110 and gaining as we flew past other vehicles. I don’t know who we messed with, but it definitely wasn’t the nicest group of people.
