Dear Mr. Deschamps,
It is with great regret that I must inform you that the current location of your black evening jacket is on the coat rack in my entryway. I do believe it was discarded there and later forgotten following your appearance at my apartments yesterday, the 14th of April. I do hope that you will be able to find time in the near fututre to stop by and procure said garment, however, if this proves inconvenient, I ask that you enclose postage with your reply and it will be sent posthaste.
