Jin waited for the last patient to visit the chamber.
The nurse came with the patient when Jin was looking at his notes of the patients. Jin was satisfied with them ,they were very detailed and comprehensive. Dr Park would certainly be impressed.
The patient was wearing a floral frock.She smiled and sat down.
Jin looked at her and asked her her name.
"Jennie Kim" the girl replied.
She was smiling widely but she saw that Jin kept the same calm and neutral face.She was a bit disappointed nobody could resist her smile and not smile back widely .
So Jennie stopped smiling.
Jin was able to notice the quick mood change.The patient has mood swings and idealised her surroundings and somehow was charming.
He asked the basic information like her address etc .Jennie was replying in a gruff voice now.
He gave Jennie some tests to fill out.
The answers he got was not clear enough.Frankly Jin wasn't surprised by the test results.He had already suspected that.Seeing the symptoms mentioned on the form Jin had analysed that maybe the person had Borderline Personality Disorder or some other personality disorder.
But after seeing the test results he wasn't so sure ,could it be that the patient was....
Jin wasn't sure yet and he didn't want to take any risks .He was well aware that a psychiatrist's experience is a heavy tower built upon the wounded mind of patients.But he didn't want to ruin anyone's life because of his lack of experience.
The worry probably showed on his face but he quickly changed it to the same calm expression.
However Jennie was quick to notice the change and exclaimed angrily "I KNEW IT EVEN YOU ARE GONNA JUDGE ME SAYING I AM A BITCH"
She started sniffing and tears came out of her eyes.
Jin said calmly "I was not thinking that , I was bitten by a mosquito nothing else."Jin was lying he knew that but it wasn't important whether he was lying or not.
"Really ?" Jennie smiled.
Jin was noticing the changes. In the case of BPD(borderline personality disorder) the patient was capable of aggressive spurts of anger .
The patient needed long term counselling in that case.But somehow,it appeared to Jin that Jennie was manipulative and wasn't entirely honest or genuine in her emotions. Frankly he was quite confused.He isn't gonna prescribe something yet.
He said,"Jennie ,for your treatment I need to have scan of your brain.Do an MRI scan and submit the results to the office.Take an appointment from the hospital. I am going to tell the nurse to help you.You can get the MRI scan today and submit the results."
"Ok doctor"
Jin called for the nurse and said to her ," Pls take this patient for an MRI scan "
The nurse nodded and Jennie walked out with her and turned around and smiled brightly at the doctor and said "Doc you are very handsome"
Jin just nodded and continued to do his work .He was going to keep a healthy distance he wasn't going to risk to breach the patient-doctor relationship.(a/n- there is no ship between them,you will understand Jennie's behaviour in the future chapters.The protocol which I am referring to here is that a patient should not be too attached to the psychiatrist or counselor and vice versa,because then it leads to a lot of other complications most likely to hurt the patient.)
He thought that if his suspicions are true then Jennie could not be treated.

Out of 6 patients, 4 of them had been counselled. Now he was going to meet the 5 patient and tomorrow he will meet the last patient.
Personally ,Jin didn't like the idea to go to anyone's house to treat them but he had to make an exception .Apparently ,the patient's parents wanted to keep the daughter's mental illness a secret to escape from social mockery.Also they were wealthy and the father was funding the hospital.And to add the cherry on top ,he was Dr Park's friend one of his few thousand friends.Sometimes this was just plain annoying but most of the time it was adorable Jin thought.
But he was annoyed that the parents want to keep it a secret.He even had to wear normal clothes rather than his doctor coat so that no one would grow suspicious
But anyways he was Kim Fucking Seokjin so he was gonna do whatever he wanted.He would ask the patient where she wanted to have her sessions.
Jin arrived at the house well it was more of a mansion or a palace but who cares.
Jin was led in by a maid and he was taken to a room which looked like this👇
Jin sat on the sofa and waited for a while.Then a girl wearing a chic CEO look and blonde hair with high black boots showed up and plopped down on the sofa with her legs on the top of the table right in front of Jin's face.Jin was disgusted.
(Jin's offended face but he is a psychiatrist so he can't get angry at a patient so internal screaming 🙃)
Jin asked with that calm face "Sit properly pls or I might have to talk to your parents about your treatment."
She did lower her legs down.
He asked " What is your name?"
She answered ,"The audacity to sit in my room and ask my name .Ha intern why can't they just get me atleast an experienced doctor if they forced me to therapy anyway"
Jin noticed the symptoms of aggressions and lack of "social skills"
Jin didn't really want to deal with psychotherapy counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy because it wasn't his area of expertise.
He would try to convince the parents to get a psychotherapist rather than a psychiatrist.Dr Park probably didn't know about the patient and many people do tend to be confuse between a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist .Maybe they just thought that the patient was stressed and a few pills like in the movies would do the job.But he wasn't gonna make an assumption just based on a talk exchange or problems written on the patient's records.
Though she did exhibit 2 of the symptoms of APSD(antisocial personality disorder).
Jin cannot jump into conclusions tho.Just because of his intuitions,but clearly this was a case that has to be handled by a psychotherapist,this is a long term case.
Jin got up and went to her parents and said,
"Mr Park,it would be the best for your child to receive treatment from a psychotherapist ,this is not my specialization "
"But still you do know how to deal with this right?Then do it.We want no one else to know about this.We have an image to uphold in our high society.If you refuse,then she won't get any further treatment."
" But there would be no harm to your social image and also I would recommend a trusted friend.The medical records cannot be shown to any person unless the patient agrees or it is a police case where it is absolutely necessary.So no one will know" Jin was very annoyed at the parents' stupidity.
Before Mr Park could reply.Rose walked out and said "The treatment is over then.Father I fulfilled your wishes and now it is over."
And Rose said glaring at Jin
"If you say about me to anyone or recommend someone then you are dead"
Jin was very angry but what else could he do . Jin could not force a patient and generally people with this disorder could not get well the symptoms can be lessened but only if the patient intends that for herself or himself (a/n :any gender spectrum but you get my point)

I was busy with bangbangcon and I am a student so studies and I had to research on my story as well.So it took time.
