She placed her black heart
Out open in his palms.
With a gaping hole in her chest,
She smiled not afraid of being dead.
People think of her as evil,
Giving her names like satan and devil.
But only he knows what she truly is,
How much hurt the girl really is.
Who knew the devil's heart
Was really made of gold,
Coated in layers of black.
Who knew, loving the devil,
Would save someone's life.
Her heart, once known as black,
Is now beating wildly in his chest.
Making him aware of her presence,
Even though she's not present,
In flesh and blood.
She proved that not all the devils are evil,
Some are just not understood well.
Even with her life at stake,
She saved someone else.
Proving that she too has feelings
Like everyone else.
