Kingsley and I are here at Gallery by Chelle waiting for our order. Dumeretcho kami dito after the mall show for dinner.
He's currently busy facing his laptop and I'm also busy with my phone now reactivating all my social media accounts.
Yes. I did deactivate all my social media accounts. Though I don't post too often, I was downright addicted to the mindless scroll and I just got to the point where I was so determined to move on from Justin so I didn't wanna see or read anything that has to do with him so I figured all social media platform had to go.
And it actually helped me. Having no access to social media these past few months has been amazing. My mind has been on a beautiful, hashtag free vacation.
And now I'm reactivating it to connect again with my friends. Because to be honest, I kinda miss them. I have friends and family members that live in different parts of the world that I seldom talk to and since I deactivated all of the social media accounts, I have had less contact with these people and I realized that seeing pictures of loved ones that don't live nearby, helps me feel like there's no distance between us. And I also missed getting updates on a regular basis.
Kingsley: " So.. care to explain what just happened earlier? " He asked.
Nag angat ako ng tingin at nakita kong nakataas ang isang kilay nito ngayon.
Me: " What do you mean? " I innocently asked because, to be honest, I wasn't really sure what he was talking about.
Kingsley: " You and Ken. What was that all about??? " Nanlalaki ang mga matang tanong niya.
Me: " I don't know what you're talking about. " Matipid kong sagot at agad ibinalik ang atensyon sa phone ko.
Kingsley: " You guys were like staring at each other as if you have your own world! " He yelled.
Me: " Ah... I don't know. Nadala lang siguro sa kanta. " Natatawang sagot ko habang busy parin sa phone ko.
Kingsley: " I actually kinda like Ken. Him being mysterious and all makes him hotter. Bagay kayo. " Sabi niya na naging dahilan nangg pag angat ko ng tingin.
Natawa ako sa sinabi nito. Yes I admit that I find him hot even before and he sort of became much hotter now but that's just it. I just find him hot. That's all.
Me: " Yeah he is hot. " Pag sang ayon ko dito. " Though I really appreciate him being nice to me when I was heartbroken with Justin but I don't know, I find him kinda weird sometimes. " I admitted.
Kingsley: " Mabait naman si Ken ah. " Pagtatanggol agad nito. " But I don't know.. Basta bagay kayo. I can feel strong chemistry between you two. " He shrugged.
Me: " And If ever I'll be ready to open up my heart again, it would definitely not him. He's not into serious relationships for some reason. He's just into hookups. So please don't force it! " Natatawang sabi ko sa kanya. " And besides, I no longer wanna be associated with any guy that is a member of a boyband! " I joked.
Kingsley : " Alright then. " Pagsuko nito. " But you two can just hook up you know .." Sabi nitong kinindatan pa ako.
Me: " NOPE. Thank you very much. " Maikling sagot ko sa kanya while naka resting bitch face.
Kingsley: " Are you sure? Is that official? Can I get that in writing? Dahil papa notaryohan ko agad sa family lawyer namin. " Nanunukso ang mga ngiti nito ngayon so I just rolled my eyes on him. " Ang hot kaya ni Ken! You two can just have the same relationship as friends you know... Plus boning! " Tumatawang sabi niya.
Me: " HA! HA! Funny. " Sabi ko at inirapan ulit ito. " But seriously though, may gusto naman talaga ako eh. " Sabi ko at seryosong tumitig sa kanya. " Ikaw . " I winked at him.
Kingsley: "Jesus Christ Angel Ziporah Arenas! " Exaggerated na tawag nito sa buong pangalan ko." Sorry but hindi ako tomboy! " Maarteng sabi niya. " And you can't let go of that joke can you? That joke is from a thousand years ago! " He rolled his eyes.
He's right. We were still in college when I started teasing him that. Ang gwapo kasi nito. If he's only straight I'm pretty sure maraming magkakagusto sa kanya.
Me: " Ba't ba kasi hindi ka pa naging straight? Eh sana tayo nalang. " Biro ko pa rin.
Kingsley: " I even thought I was straight before! " Natatawa ng sabi niya. " And this hot popular guy in 6th grade is the reason why I figured out I was gay like he did a cartwheel and his shirt went up and you could see his abs and I thought ' This shit is what I like! ' which was immediately followed by 'oh my god I'm gay'. " He laughed.
I was laughing so hard with his joke when I heard my phone ringing. I reactivated my post paid phone when I arrived in the country so I am still using the same number. I checked my phone. It was a missed call from Ken.
Hmmmmmmmm...
Kanina kasi, we left immediately after natapos ang pangatlong kanta nila. Sejun and Josh even invited us to have dinner with them after their show. Siningit lang nilang sabihin saakin while nasa stage pa ako before hinatid ako pababa ng stage ni Ken.
I just told them may gagawin pa ako. Which is true kasi mag e-empake pa ako ng mga gamit ko dahil babalik na ako sa condo ko tomorrow.
Napatingin ako sa phone ko when I heard my phone ringing again. This time, sinagot ko na ito.
Me: " Yes chicKEN? " Bati ko when I answered the phone.
Ken: " So kelan ka lang dumating? " Diretchong tanong niya.
Me: " After mo akong nilandi kanina, yan lang ang sasabihin mo?" I joked. " Wala man lang ba akong Hi? or Hello? "
Ken: " Nagpalandi ka naman. " Sagot agad nito
Me: " Anyway, I'll be back in the condo again tomorrow." Pag-iiba ko sa topic dahil parang na awkward ako sa sinabi niya sa hindi ko malamang dahilan.
Ken: " So? " He sounded bored na naging dahilan ng pag init bigla ng ulo ko.
Me: " I WAS JUST SAYINNGGGGGG!! " I screamed at the phone pero wala na ito sa linya.
Ughhhh Bweset ka talaga Suson!
He really is unbelievable! At siya pa talaga nag putol ng linya! HA! He really has this ability to turn me into 'Angel with horns ' . Ang ganda ng mood ko kanina but he just called me to pissed me off!! Anong problema nun???
TOTAL WEIRDO!
Nang-gagalaiti ako sa galit nang marinig kong nag salita si Kingsley.
Kingsley: " Was that Ken? " Natatawang tanong niya pero hindi ko ito sinagot. " Actually you guys are cute." He added.
Cute? LOL. NO. FUCKING.WAY.
