3rd POV
Soon enough some students started watching what was happening at the field.
Tsurugi: "If you can steal the ball from me, then it's your win."
Tenma: "Eh?"
Haruna: "Coach Kudou! Is it really okay to let them do this? ...Coach!"
Tenma: "If I steal the ball, I win."
Tsurugi: "Yeah. If you win, I'll let the soccer club continue. If you lose, then the soccer club's over."
Haruna: "Chairman Kinzan! Please make them stop this!"
Kinzan: "No, I'll allow this contest."
Haruna: "Eh?"
Kinzan: "I've been feeling that the soccer club would be needing reform in the near future. They have no value in existing if they lose to a single new student."
???: *mumble* "Yeah a new student who's had special training..."
Kinzan: "What was your name again?"
Tenma: "Matsukaze Tenma."
Kinzan: "Matsukaze-kun. The fate of the soccer club lies with you. I'll let you handle this."
Tenma: "Eh?"
Kinzan: "Take care of it."
Tenma: "Eh?!"
Haruna: "Wait a moment! Are you serious about this?! Principal Fuyukai, say something!"
Fuyukai: *whisper* "Chairman, is this really okay?"
Kinzan: *whisper* "He's probably a spy sent in from Fifth Sector."
Fuyukai: *whisper* "Then would this be part of the Holy Emperor's plan?"
Kinzan: *whisper* "I assume the Holy Emperor has something in mind. It's best if we comply with them for now."
Then Fuyukai stepped away from Kinzan.
Kinzan: "This is my decision as the chairman."
Haruna: "Ch-Chairman?"
???: "They think this has something to do with the Holy Emperor."
???: "Wow~ As expect of Shirabe! You're hearing is as good as always!"
Shirabe: "Thank you Kiri-chan."
Tsurugi: "Then it's set."
Haruna: "Will you be okay, Tenma-kun?"
Tenma: "I've been practicing my dribbling by myself every day. I-I can do this."
Haruna: "Dribbling by yourself? That's it?"
Tenma nodded.
Tenma: "It's all right, it'll work out somehow. Okay!"
Everyone moved aside and watched the facedown between Tenma and Tsurugi.
Kirara: "Please something interesting happen."
Shirabe: "Kiri-chan...."
Tsurugi: "Now then.... Let's play soccer. Tenma-kun."
Tsurugi grinned and then Tenma tried to kick the ball but missed.
Tenma: "Huh? ...This time..."
Over and over Tenma tried and miss again and again.
Tsurugi: "I knew it."
Tenma tried again but Tsurugi dodged and Tenma fell to the ground.
Tsurugi: "What's wrong? Done already?"
Tenma: "Not yet!"
Shirabe: !
Tsurugi: "You sure don't have a lot to show after bragging so much about knowing soccer. Just as I thought... You're the type I hate the most!"
Tsurugi kicked the ball and it hit Tenma in the stomach hard.
Tenma: "Ow... I'm not done yet...!"
Shirabe: "He..."
Kirara: "Hm? Shirabe?"
Tsurugi kept kicking the ball and using it to hit Tenma's body. It looked painful.
Tsurugi: "Should I put an end to this soon?"
Tenma: "Not... Not yet..."
Tenma tried again.
Kirara: "His movements...."
Shirabe: "...."
Tsurugi: "I'm starting to get bored."
Kirara: "I've been bored, Kyousuke."
Shirabe covered Kirara's mouth. (Note they're still under the trees lol)
Tsurugi: "Let's put an end to this."
Ichino: "He's going to do it! The shoot that defeated all of us in one blow!"
Tsurugi: "Death Sword!"
Tenma: "I'm going to play soccer! If I have my mind set to do it, I'll do it no matter what!"
Tsurugi and Kudou: !
Tenma stopped the ball with his head and then put his foot on top of it, on the ground.
Tenma: "I... I got it!"
Haruna: "He got it. Tenma-kun got the ball! Now that Tenma-kun has the ball, that mean he wins!"
Kirara: "...Shirabe."
Shirabe: "...I know."
Kirara leaned back on the tree.
Kirara: "I can't believe it... who knew there were others like you. But... his isn't awaken yet."
Kirara and Shirabe both stared down at the field where Tenma was smiling.
Tenma: "Now I'll get to play soccer!"
Tsurugi: "Quit it with your "soccer, soccer"! It pisses me off!"
Haruna: "Wait! That's not what you promised-"
Tsurugi kicked the ball towards Tenma. Only to be knocked off course by another soccer ball hitting it.
Tsurugi: "What?"
Kirara: "They're here."
Everyone turned and looked up.
???: "You guys! What do you think you're doing on the soccer club's scared grounds?"
Haruna: "Shindou-kun!"
Tenma: "That person is..."
Tsurugi: "Hmph. He finally showed up."
Shindou: "I'm Raimon Jr. High's captain, Shindou Takuto. And these are..."
More people appeared behind him.
Shindou: "The Raimon Eleven! What are you guys doing on the scared grounds?"
Tsurugi: "Soccer. Can't you tell by looking?"
Shindou looked down at the wounded players sitting.
Shindou: "Show some manners, first-year. Don't get high and mighty just because you beat the second team!"
Tsurugi: "Beat them? I just played around with them a bit."
Shindou: "Coach, who is this?"
Kudou: "He's likely someone sent in from Fifth sector. What did you come here to do?"
Tsurugi: "I've been ordered to reform Raimon's soccer club. The whole lot of you are getting pitched with the rest of the trash."
Shindou: "What?"
Tsurugi: "Let me introduce you."
Then a bunch more people came up behind Tsurugi.
Tsurugi: "This is the new... Raimon Eleven. They're your replacements."
Kirara: *mumble* "He's acting like he's so cool."
Shirabe: *sweatdrop*
Tsurugi: "Listen up. This isn't a request. It's an order."
Shindou: "How dare you..."
Tsurugi: "Then shall we start? Captain."
Then everyone moved to the field in the soccer club building. Kirara and Shirabe went too hiding behind a few seats.
Tsurugi: "Well, isn't this royal. Just what you'd expect from a school famous for its soccer."
Shindou: "Leave out the small talk. Furukabu-san, please handle the referee duties."
Furukabu: "Then we'll start the practice match. Raimon's soccer club versus... Um..."
Kuroki: "For the time being... call them the Black Knights. I'm Kuroki. You can consider me their coach. Now start the match."
Furubaku: "Okay then. We will now begin the match between Raimon's soccer club versus the Black Knights! May both sides fight fairly."
Shindou: "Yes sir!"
Tsurugi: "Of course."
Kakuma: It's about to start! Raimon's first team versus the unknown team, the Black Knights! It looks like this fight will determine which team get to be Raimon's soccer club! Oh, it seems we've got a new student here as well, so I'll introduce myself.
Aoi pointed to herself.
Kakuma: I am the commentator here. Kakuma Ayumu! I'm in charge of running all of the commetatory for Raimon's matches.
Aoi: "I see..."
Kakuma: The kickoff will begin soon!
Shindou: "Let's do it, Minamisawa-san."
Minamisawa: "Yeah. Let's see what they can do."
Kakuma: Oh! Raimon makes the first attack!
Shindou: "Minamisawa-san!"
Kakuma: Shindou makes a centering! Minamisawa makes a direct shoot! Can the goalkeeper Tetsuoda catch it? He blocks it! Tetsuoda firmly catches it!
Minamisawa: "What?"
Tetsuoda: "Of course."
Tetsuoda threw the ball to Tsurugi then Tsurugi passed it on.
Kakuma: Tsurugi passes! Oh! This is amazing! They keep making direct passes in mid-air! Kizaki takes the ball and is in position to shoot! Goal! The Black Knights take the leading point! Goalkeeper Sangoku couldn't even move! It's a sudden upturn!
