Chapter 12
Samantha’s POV
Nasa Pad ako ni Thunder ngayon medyo nakakahinga na rin ako ng maayos kasi kanina naiinis at nagagalit talaga ako, eto namang si Thunder ayaw nya raw akong i-uwi sa bahay kasi alam nya raw malulungkot ako ipagluluto nya na lang raw ako ng favorite ko. Pasaway.
“Busog pa ako pwedeng wag ka na munang magluto tabi lang tayo dito sa couch.” Sabi ko sa kanya and I feel secured kasi kapag kasama ko sya.
“Sige, are you ready to open up your life na ba Hon?” nag nod lang ako sa kanya at saka ngumiti.

Flashback. (Flashback sa flashback haha pasensya na po baliw lang po! ^_^ 8 years old po si Sam dito.)
“Lola! I look what I found sa labas po!” I found a dragonfly lola said malapit na raw mag rain kapag plenty nito sa labas.
“What is that Baby? Oh a dragonfly come on baby lets change na ang dress mo puno na ng sweat dadating na si Daddy.”
“Really Lola?! Yehey I miss him na po come on Lola I will change na po I’m so excited to see him na po lola!” I miss my Daddy I haven’t seen him in months Lola said Daddy needs to work raw kasi for me to get school kaya I make payag.
“Who is she Elizondo? Your new wife? Kakamatay pa lang ng asawa mo nag-asawa ka na ulit at ano sasabihin mo sa bata?! At may kasama pang anak.”
“Mama kukunin ko na po ang anak ko, uuwi na po kami sa bahay namin!” I heard Lola and Daddy talking but why sila nagsisisgawan?
“Hi!” I saw a little girl mas little sya sa akin but the old lady make laki her eyes to me kaya I make talikod na lang.
“Daddy!” I run giggling to him and he hugs and kissed me bago binaba. “Baby I’d like you to meet your new Mom Melina and your baby sister Megumi baby come on let’s go pack your things gagabihin tayo.”
“WHAT?! NO! I DON’T LIKE! I ONLY HAVE ONE MOM AND SHE’S DEAD NA! I DON’T LIKE HER! I HATE YOU!” I run upstairs and lock the door.
“Di sya sasama sayo better leave bago ko kayo ipag tabuyan sa pamamahay ko.” I heard lola said and she’s galit.
“But Mama she’s my daughter kailangan ko sya di ako papayag na hindi sya kasama.”
“The moment you marry her that’s the time you lose your right to your daughter remember Elizondo I am a lawyer you can do nothing kahit ipaglaban mo pa sya sa korte di kita uurungan my Grandchild stays with me and that’s final makakaalis na kayo isama mo na yang asawa mo.”
“Come on Elizondo let’s go leave her nandito pa naman kami ni Megumi we need you.”
“But Mama please allow me to have at least 1 or 2 days na makasama sya sa isang linggo.” Daddy beg but gusto ko syang makasama palagi.
“Pag- iisipan ko, basta sa ikabubuti ng apo ko.” I can hear them na nagtatalo and Daddy left me he make sama na sa new wife nya.

“Walangya kang bata ka sabi ko sayo wag mong pakikielaman ang pagkain ng anak ko bat kinain mo pa rin? Ha?!” she makes palo me using a belt and its masakit.
“I’m sorry I’m hungry na po kasi and walang foods please don’t hurt me po please!”
“Mommy eto pa po oh kinain nya pa.” Megumi she’s 6 pero she’s bad like her Mom.
“Walangya kang bata ka! Hindi ka ba pinapakain sa inyo at gutom ka! Eto bagay sayo!”
Pak! Pak! Pak!
She palo me kahit san part ng body ko I want my Lola now… Lola please save me! I couldn’t do anything I am only 8 years old and Everytime I came here to visit Daddy this is all I’ve got they’re not allowing me to eat foods lalo na pag wala si Dad they make pakain me ng canned foods.
“Uulit ka pang bata ka?! Peste ka talaga sa buhay ko!”
“OUCH!” Everytime she makes palo me all I can do is cry.
“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TO MY APO?!” She’s gulat when she saw lola running towards us I hug lola and cry.
“I will sue you! My God! Ni hindi ko nga pinapadapuan ng lamok ang apo ko! You’ll pay for this!” Lola get all my things at saka umalis na kami sa place nila Daddy.
“Since when she start doing this to you baby? I’m sorry na late si Lola.” She wipes my tears, my lola is my knight in shining armor.
“Everytime po I go to their place po, and I am not allowed din po to eat kasabay nila kapag wala si Dad, she makes pakain rin po ng mga canned goods po.” I said habang pinupunasan ni lola ang mga bruises ko.
“I’m sorry baby sana pala hindi na lang kita pinapapunta sa bahay nila. From now on di mo na mararanasan ulit yan I promise, Lola promise.”
One day I got a news from Dad he visited me because I am not allowed to go to their house kasi na.
“We will migrate sa US I want you to come with me.” Dad said.
I look to Lola. “Sorry Dad I can’t, ayaw ko na pong makasama ang wife nyo and I don’t want to leave lola here.” I accept na that he has a new family and I am not part of them at ayaw ko na rin maranasan yung pamamalo ng wife nya.
“*Sighed* Okay if that’s what you want.” I cry so hard when he leaves.
Lola told me not to make tanim ng galit kay Dad but I can’t he left me and choose his new family and where is he when I need him? Sa school kapag family day I choose not to tell Lola or tito, my classmate makes bully sa akin kasi they tought anak ako sa labas when I ask Kuya he said I am not and don’t make pansin na lang raw the other schoolmate.
“Kuya Do you love me?”
“Of course baby Kuya Rake loves you so much you are my sweetheart.” He is 6 years older than me.
“I love you too Kuya.” I hug him.
“From now on we will call each other sweethearts.” Yehey kuya loves me!
2 years has passed Dad came home he just visited me once and he’s so cold pa but I missed him so much so I visit their new house.
“Why are you here?” Megumi asked habang nakataas yung eyebrow nya with her arms crossed.
“I want to visit Daddy” I said with a big smile.
“He’s not here look we’re making paayos our house and you’re not part of this anymore you can go na!” she said but I won’t so I run upstairs nakasunod naman sya sa akin kaya I make hanap Dad na sa mga room and there is one room na ginagawa and may bar pala she makes tulak me and I fell straight to the bar.
“Blood! Please help me! H-help me! K-kuya!” my hands are full of blood and I am coughing with blood also, thank god Kuya’s with me and he was the last person I saw before ma-black out.
“How is she Doc?” that’s lola but I couldn’t open my eyes why?
“I’m sorry Madame but her uterus mas na-damaged, kapag laki nya mahihirapan na syang magkaanak dahil sa nangyari but never lose hope just pray lahat pinapakinggan nya.”
“L-lo…L-lola…” why my voice is so mahina?
“Apo kamusta pakiramdama mo? Okay ka lang ba? Nagalala ang lola sayo apo.”
I smile to lola but a weak one “I’m okay Lola medyo masakit lang po, where’s Dad po?” excited na kong Makita si Dad.
“I’m sorry baby but they left the country.” Nalungkot naman ako but maybe he visit me when I’m asleep.
“Did he visit naman po ba me lola?” she shook her head and I know this is the time na kailangan ko na ring mabuhay na mag-isa.
He really left me, days passed no calls and no text from him, nagsisimula na rin akong magalit sa kanya.
One day lola left her phone I used the opportunity to call Dad I want to hear his voice I miss him na kasi.
[Hello Dad.]
[Samantha? Bat tumatawag ka? Look Sam I’m busy I’ll call you later bye.]
[I’m in the hospital po Dad, I just wanted to see you Dad I miss you, I love you.] but I wish narinig nya ako pero hindi kanina nya pa ako binabaan ang sakit lang kasi when I need him the most he wasn’t here.
This is the last time na hahanapin kita Dad, I love you but I want to love myself, I have lola pa naman at saka may kuya at tito at tita pa ako. And I promised that I will make laban na sa wife mo at sa daughter mo I won’t allow them to hurt me again.
