You were sleeping on the broken bench in your broken cell. You start slightly twitching and moving around but it was just a normal reaction to Peter and Antonio who were watching you so they just ignored it and kept playing chess. You wake up in your cell, the sun was up. You stretch your arms and legs then get up
You: Morning fellas
They don't say anything so you look and see them frozen
You: I've seen this before
You go over to the window and see fog
You: Oh I've definitely seen this shit before
You feel a hand on your shoulder. You slightly jump and turn around. It was your friend Xata. She helped you during your journey of getting the antidote. She gave you a flower that can make people see the past. You thought it was bullshit and just accepted it as a gift but she made you see things, things unimaginable so that's when you believed
You: Xata how are you?
Xata: Good. How's it going? I see you've been hurt
You: We're getting there. One day at a time. As for my injury, it's from saving him
You point at Peter
You: He saved me as well. What are you doing here by the way?
Xata: Checking on you. And wanted to give you these
She gives you a bottle of wine and money
You: Wow. I haven't drank since...a long time. What's the money for?
Xata: For clothes. You're running low on it since they won't get it for you
You: Sweet. Thanks
Xata: Your welcome my friend. Also I wanted to give you this
She gives you a golden fang. You raise your eyebrow
You: What's this for?
Xata: In case you ever need to talk to me. Just draw your blood on here and I'll come
You: Alright then
Xata: So; who attacked Peter?
You: Someone named Thomas
Xata's eye lid up
Xata: Thomas?! As in Thomas LeBlanc?!
You nod. She then takes out a scroll and looks at it closely. You didn't know what the hell was going on but it was pretty cool to see a scroll in front of you
Xata: Be careful with him. He may be a mutt but he's smart and dangerous
You: Don't worry I'm always careful
Xata: Good. That's it for now
You: Thanks again for everything
She nods then a bright light appears. You quickly wake up while breathing heavily and shaking. Peter jumps then grabs his stomach while groaning
Peter: My god! Ow
He rubs his stomach
Peter: Can never get use to that part
You look at the window. It's dark
You *whispering* Night still? I'm losing my mind I swear
You sit up while rubbing your head then grab your backpack which was right next to you. Jeremy gave it back to you to make amends. He gives you your backpack, you stay. You look inside it to grab a water bottle but instead you find the wine bottle, money, and the golden fang. You quickly close the bag then look at Peter and Antonio. They're playing their game still. You look back at the bag
You: Awesome
The Next Day...
You were relaxing in the bath tub. They finally let you use it. You hadn't have a proper shower for a whole month but a bath is exactly what you needed. It even had bubbles which was better. You were lying there, drinking your wine that Xata gave you then just relaxed. Well tried to but you could hear everyone talking in the kitchen about going after that dude that attacked Peter. You can also smell food
Jeremy: We can't just go in head on to attack. I'm sure they're going to be waiting for us
Nick: Well we can't just sit here and wait for them to come
Jeremy: That's not going to happen.
Clay: They're stupid if they even think about coming back. Knowing we're all here
Jeremy: We need to come out with a civil plan
He starts slamming the cooked meat on the plates
Nick: You good Jeremy?
Jeremy: I'm fucking fantastic
Nick's eyes get wide. He then puts his hands up and backs away
Antonio: There's got to be a way to figure out where he's at
Peter: I'm sure he didn't make it far. He was limping away
Jeremy: That's not the point. Who knows how many he told about what happened and how prepared they are
You finish your bath, dry yourself off, and get dressed. The clothes you had packed wasn't going to be enough for at least the next couple of days. Then you see the money in your bag and start to think if Xata is spying on you. You shrug it off then grab your toothbrush and toothpaste and start brushing your teeth. Even though you're about to eat in a little bit, this was the only time in a while you were going back into the bathroom. You were still listening to them
Clay: We know where he hides out at so why not go there?
Jeremy: We have to be precise on our move. How many go in after him? How many hide out and guard? What do we do if he's not in there? You see what I'm saying?
Elena: One thing at a time and no rush. We don't need any more incidents
Jeremy: Yeah first things first. We eat
He starts setting down he plate of food on the table. You leave the bathroom. Logan was sitting across the door waiting for you. He goes over and cuffs your hands together
You: Is this really necessary?
Logan: Uh yeah. You say you want to stay and then you end up leaving
You: That was old me. This is new me
Logan: Whatever. You know where to go
You: Fine. I'll play nice just so you can talk to me more
Logan: I don't have to chat with mutts okay?
You smirk
You: We'll see about that
You start heading downstairs. Jeremy sees both you and Logan
Jeremy: Logan
He stops and looks. Jeremy comes over with two plates. The smells hits your nose
You: Steak
Jeremy: Mmhmm
He hands the plate to both of you
Logan: Thanks
Jeremy: Your welcome
You: Thank you
Jeremy nods then walks away
You: I know how you can find this Thomas guy
He stops and looks at you
Jeremy: Really now? We know where he's at
You: You think you know where he's at but are you one hundred percent sure about that?
He folds his arms
Jeremy: Alright mutt I'll bite. What's your suggestion?
You: He dropped his knife that he stabbed Peter with. His scent is all over it. I'd say use me but I know the answer to that so give the knife to Elena so she can sniff it out and there you go. It'll lead you right to him
Jeremy: What else?
You: You can also follow the dry blood trail. I was able to injure him and I'm sure he didn't get far at all since I scratched him and you're all familiar on what happens there
Jeremy glares. Logan rolls his eyes
Jeremy: That's it?
You: What more do you want? Just go straight for the kill. He's probably hiding in an abandoned building or something
Jeremy: Go back to your cell
You: Ugh fine then. I was trying to help
Jeremy: Thanks
You: Aww your...
Jeremy: For nothing
You glare
You: Dick
Jeremy: I'll take that steak back if you keep it up
You let out a growl
You: Fine. I'm only saying that because you made me breakfast
He rolls his eyes then walks back in the kitchen. You giggle to yourself
You: He's so cute when he's mad
Logan: Let's go mutt
You smirk then walk down the basement and into your cell. You go over to the corner of the room and start eating your delicious steak made by Jeremy himself. After everyone was done eating, they start planning everything out. Logan went upstairs to join them. Jeremy took your advice with Thomas's blood trail so they all head outside. Clay got the car ready for them
Jeremy: Peter, come here
He walks over to him
Peter: Yes?
Jeremy: You will stay here and watch the mutt
Peter: What? Fuck that I want to go
Jeremy: I know you do but you're still injured and you're being targeted. It's safest here
Peter: But...
Jeremy: Peter please. I'm just looking out for you
Peter: What if they come here like you said?
Jeremy: I can't believe I'm saying this but if it does come to that then let the mutt out. But for sure they know we're coming for them so they'll be ready for us. Plus, I'm sure Thomas told them about the mutt so who knows how prepared they are thinking she's going to be with us
Peter let's out a sigh
Peter: Okay Jeremy
Jeremy: Take it easy okay? Don't do anything crazy and open your stitches
Peter: I'll be careful don't worry
Jeremy smiles then hugs him
Jeremy: Call if anything happens
Peter: I will
They stop hugging. Peter heads inside while Jeremy meets with the others. Clay pulls the car around while Logan, Nick, and Antonio head in. Jeremy goes over to Elena. She's sniffing the dry blood, focusing on his scent. She sees him limping into a small building where he passes out at from the attack. He was there for an hour then turned into his wolf and left to hunt so he can heal himself
Elena: Damnit he's not there anymore
Jeremy: Where?
Elena: This building he was hiding at
Jeremy: His scent is all over that place. We'll head there first
She nods as they both get in the car and take off. Peter heads down the basement. You smile
You: Hey there hero
He smiles
Peter: You're the hero. Hero
You smirk
You: I'm surprised they're letting you stay here
Peter: Jeremy says it's safe here for me anyways since I'm still in pain
You: Good thing my hearing is strong enough to hear you huh?
Peter: You heard me?
You: I was watching the little reunion when Clay woke up from the building across the hospital then I heard you and came to the rescue
Peter: Why though?
You: You've been the nicest to me. Antonio as well. Logan here and there but the others no. You're too nice and sweet to die. Plus you saved me to so I got your back no matter what
Peter: You really mean that?
You: Yep
Peter: Thank you. I have your back to. Well try to when it comes to Jeremy
You: Hmph he's harmless
Peter: Oh no he is not. He's done some crazy shit before. Especially if someone is found a traitor of the Alpha packs
You: Interesting. I hope one day I get to see some crazy shit like that
Peter: Ha! Good luck. Jeremy wants to keep you in here twenty four seven
You: Hmm we'll see about that. Anyways what games do you have to play?
Peter: Chess
You: Anything else? Something more... fun?
Peter: Let me go check
He gets up and heads upstairs
Later that day...
Jeremy and them were still driving around, looking for Thomas's little hideout from last night. They suddenly come across a car on the side of the road and a woman passed out on the floor
Elena: Oh my god
Jeremy: Stop the car, we got to see if she's okay
Clay: We shouldn't get involved
Jeremy: Clay!
He let's out a growl then stops the car as Jeremy gets out of the car and runs over to the woman. Elena goes over to the car to see if anyone is in there. The others quickly get out of the car to aid Jeremy and Elena. Jeremy grabs the woman, she quickly turns around and cuts him in the chest. He yells while dropping her. Your eyes get wide as you rub your chest
Peter: Are you alright?
You: Yeah
You get a confused look but keep playing
You: Yahtzee
Peter: What?!
You: Come on now they made me special remember? I never even played this game either
Peter: Hmph. Let's go again
You smirk
You: You're on
Everyone looks. Clay rushes to him. They're ambushed by other wolves which were mutts in their human forms
Nick: Shit!
Antonio: Ambush!
They all start fighting each other. Making sure they don't get to Jeremy
Jeremy: I'm not feeling so...
Jeremy suddenly collapses
Clay: Jeremy!
He quickly catches him then puts him in the car
Clay: Get in the car now!
They all see what's going on then quickly get in the car while slamming the doors. Clay speeds off back home as the mutts scattered off
