Sad:
I wake up.
And what is the first thing I feel?
Overwhelming sadness.
It makes my body feel tired.
Even though I have gotten a full night's rest.
An hour passes, and yet still no change.
Two hours pass, and I toss and turn.
Three hours pass and the decision has been made.
I decide, nothing productive for me today.
Sad is not the best way to articulate how I feel.
But it is necessary to help others understand.
Or so it seems.
Maybe, its because I do not wanna except the label.
Here I am, me just being me.
I am depressed.
But you would never know from looking at me. . .
How sad. . .
