Can do anything with his mind, control fire(less control than Rose), move objects, read minds, and if there are enough control and focus, he can control someone's mind. A dim orange light will appear on the object or person he is using the quirk on.
Requires brainpower, energy, and focus.
Drawbacks are that it drains an immense amount of energy and causes headaches, major usage leads to migraines. Some minds can not be entered without permission(like Rowan's), he will need a constant reminder on what is mind and what is reality, if not, he can be messing with his mind and accidentally destroy the moon and himself at once.

Pranks come naturally to him, he can see and create what is needed to make any type of prank(this includes traps) and has speed aided by shadow to escape before being found.
Requires creativity, energy, focus, lipids(to make nessisary tools), and shadows or darkness(to have super speed).
Drawbacks are a short attention span, need to practice pranks, overly imaginative brain,it drains an immense amount of energy, the need to have a person to hold him into reality so he can tell what is a prank and what is actually happening.
