"Hey y/n" Oscar said while grabbing Andreas hand
"Hey um I'll pick her up after im done with work" I smiled and walked to my car. I drove to the Taqueria and parked. I started serving tables as soon as I got in.
"So are you talking to Oscar now?" Jose came up to me as I put the plates in the sink
"I shouldn't be" Jose looked at me confused
"I can't say anything" I walked away and greeted a table.
"I'll be waiting at home for you baby" I turned around and saw Mateo. He looked mad and I knew what was gonna happen.
"Ok" I gave him a fake smile and he walked out.
"What was that about? you gonna get some?" Jose nudged me and laughed
"I'm gonna get something" I looked at him with tears in my eyes.

"Wait so he's been hitting you?!" Jose yelled as I sat in his chair in his office
"Shhh and yes" I looked down playing with my fingers.
"Just because your talking to Oscar?" I nodded my head slowly
"Take off your makeup" he handed me a makeup wipe and I wiped off my makeup revealing my black eye and bruises.
"Y/n you need to tell someone" Jose looked at me worried
"I told you and if I tell anyone else they're gonna tell Oscar and last time someone touched me he died. I'm not doing that again. Promise me you won't tell Oscar" He nodded his head and sighed
"I promise" he walked out and I redid my makeup.

"Y/n I really like you but your making it difficult for us to be together if your gonna be talking to Oscar" Mateo slapped me twice as hard
"I'm sorry" I cried hoping he'd stop
"I know you are baby but it can't happen anymore" he kissed my head and walked out of the house.
I walked to my mirror and looked at my face.
"Mija I'm going to the store" my mom barged in my room and I quickly hid
"Ok, mama um can you buy tampons?"
"Yeah" I heard the door close and I quickly covered up my bruises.
"Mommy" Andrea came up to me
"What's the matter mi amor?" I picked her up and kissed her head. She lifted up her shirt and I saw a bruise
"Who did this to you mi amor?" I looked back up at her
"Maya" I grabbed my keys and drove to Oscars. As soon as I got there I stormed to Maya who was sitting on Oscar's lap.
"Your hitting my daughter?!" I yelled making her get up
"I'm not touching her I don't even like her" She poked my forehead.
"Y/n you can't just accuse her of hitting Andrea. She doesn't have anything in her body" Oscar got up and I stormed to my car getting Andrea out the car.
"So what's this?! She didn't have this when I dropped her off!" I showed him the bruise
"Y/n she could've fell" Oscar laughed.
"You got to be kidding me Oscar!" I grabbed Andrea and put her back in the car.
"Bye Oscar" I got in the car and drove off.
"Mommy" Andrea sounded sad
"It's ok mi amor" I got home and put her to bed.

"Go with daddy" I let go of her hand and Oscar grabbed her hand.
"No mommy" Andrea cried running back to me.
"How bout you go to work with me?" I picked her up and she nodded
"What? No, I wanna spend time with her" Oscar looked at me madly.
"Ok fine. Andrea Ve con papi. Regresaré bien mi amor?" I put her down and she slowly walked to Oscar.
I got in the car and drove to work.
"So you think Maya is hitting her?" Jose came up to me
"Andrea said it was her and Maya said she doesn't like Andrea and she will do whatever to get me away from Oscar" I sighed and sat down.
"And what about you? Did he hit you again?" I nodded my head
"You need to end things y/n" I looked at him and laughed
"I've tried he won't let me!" I felt a tear fall down my cheek. Jose came up to me and hugged me.
"Ok everything will be over soon" I nodded my head and got back to work.
"Hey, baby um I want a number three of course" Mateo smiled at me and I went to the kitchen and gave him the order. I walked back giving him his drink. He pulled me onto his lap and kissed my neck.
"I gotta get back to work baby" I got up and walked to Jose's office
"Can you give Mateo his food I think I'ma go home" Jose nodded his head and I walked out.

"Did she do anything else mi amor?" I looked at Andrea who was playing. She lifted her shirt revealing another bruise.
"Mama can you watch Andrea please?!" I yelled getting my keys
"Yeah" she walked out of her room and I drove to Oscars.
"What now?" Oscar got up looking annoyed.
"Your bitch is hitting our daughter and you don't even care!" I yelled walking into the house where she was asleep in the room.
I grabbed her by her hair and dragged her outside. I threw her on the floor and got on top and punched her multiple times.
"Fucking touch my daughter and next time I'll kill you!" I looked at Oscar who was holding me back
"Maya, did you hit her?" Oscar looked at her
"So what if I did she's annoying" Maya got up and I ran at her punching her more. Oscar grabbed me and took her off of her.
"You need to get out of here Maya now" Maya got back up and spit her blood out.
"Your kicking me out just because I hit a stupid lil bitch" She laughed looking at Oscar I tried getting out of Oscars grip but he wouldn't let me go.
"Andrea isn't a lil bitch" Maya turned around and saw all the Santos. Maya ran away and we watched her.
"Don't believe your own daughter Oscar? Who tf are you?" he let me go and I drove back home.

Another day
"Girl I haven't seen you in so long you have to go to the party with me" she threw me a dress
"I shouldn't go Julianna" I looked at her
"You're going your mom is watching Andrea so you might as well come" she put on a dress and put on her heels.
"Damn you look good" I laughed as she winked at me.
"Let's go" We walked out and headed to Oscar's house. We got there and I saw Oscar and sad eyes sitting outside.
"Hey y/n" Sad eyes got up and hugged me
"Hey" I smiled and Oscar got up
"You look good" I smiled and looked down.
"C'mon let's go get a drink" Julianna grabbed my hand and we walked into the house. She grabbed two beers and handed one to me.
"Loosen up have fun" she smiled at me.

"Get it girl!" I yelled as Julianna danced.
I looked up and saw Antonio watching her
"I know for a fact your getting some tonight" I laughed and pointed at sad eyes. She smirked and walked towards him. I walked outside and sat down on the stairs.
"¿Qué tienes en mente?" I looked to the side of me and saw Oscar.
"Nada por el momento" he laughed as I looked straight
"Y/n what's going on you don't talk to me anymore" Oscar sighed
"I really shouldn't be talking to you right now" I got up but Oscar pulled me to him. He stood up and stared at me. He started leaning in.
"Um I should go home" He laughed and kissed me. I pulled away after a while and ran home.
"I don't think it was a good idea to do that baby" I back up into the door as Mateo walked closer to me
"I-im sorry please" I cried as he walked closer and closer to me. As soon as he got closer he slapped me.
"It's too late to say sorry don't you think" He slapped me again.
"Please Mateo" I cried wishing he'd stop

*Week later*
"Y/n why aren't you picking up your phone?" I turned and saw Julianna.
"Omg y/n what the hell happened" she walked up to me looking at my face
"Nothing I'm fine" I got up and put on sweats and a big shirt.
"Your face doesn't look fine" I walked over to my vanity and started doing my makeup
"Is it Mateo?" I didn't bother answering I just continued to do my makeup
"Y/n talk to me. It's Mateo isn't it?" I looked at her and nodded
"What about Mateo?" I looked at the doorway and saw Oscar.
"Um nothing" I smiled and walked out.
"Y/n this isn't your usual self. Your not picking up my calls or texts and I haven't seen Andrea. What's going on?" Oscar followed me to the living room.
"Well she's right here you see her. You need to leave" I avoided eye contact with him.
"Y/n take off your makeup" Julianna came holding a wipe
"No" I folded my arms
"Now!" Oscar yelled so I grabbed the wipe and wiped my makeup off.
"Why the hell do you have a black eye?!" I looked down and sighed
"Oscar please leave. I don't want to get in any more trouble" I looked up at him
"Where is he?" Oscar looked at Julianna and then at me.
