"i love aaliyah and all but charlie is hot, if i was olivia i would have done the exact same thing" tristan nodded
"okay no i'm done night" i said laying my head on payton's shoulder
"that's like ethan and hayden" ashton said, ethan was a close boy-friend of tristans
"i mean if she wanted too" she shrugged
"you make me sick" i laughed
"where'd you two go?" ashton said turning back and looking at me and payton
"the beach" i mumbled
"the beach?" she asked
"yep payton dragged me there before i could object" i shrugged
"she's didn't even realise we were walking the wrong way till we got like halfway there" payton laughed
"it's because it was dark" i replied
"sure okay hayd" he smiled
"you two are so cute" tristan said
"you're really putting me off of him" i said giving her a look
"yeh no thanks" payton said
"why not whats wrong with me?" i said giving him a playful look
"we've had this conversation hayden" he laughed
"feels like age ago" i mumbled
"it was like three weeks ago but okay" he nodded
"wait liv really slept with charlie omg" ashton mumbled
"she's so young though" she added
"not really" i replied
"true" she nodded, i let out a laugh and tristan pulled up outside, moms car was there and so was dad's hmm okay okay okay
"what's he doing here?" i asked more to myself, i opened the car door and walked up into the house
"oh hayden" mom mumbled as i walked into the lounge
"what?" i asked
"you look so pretty!" she cooed
"i'll be upstairs" payton mumbled to tristan and ashton, they gave him a nod and he walked up into my room i'm guessing
"oh thanks" i said
"where did you go?" dad asked
"to a party" i said
"you let her go to a party?" dad asked looking at mom
"i also let tristan and ashton go to the same one, tristan drove!" she said
"did you drink?" he asked
"sure yeh" i nodded, his face dropped and looked over at mom
"i was joking, i wouldn't" i laughed
"what happened why you back so early?" mom asked looking down at her watch, it must have been around nine half nine at night
"oh my whole friend group fell apart, i can only now rely on payton to hang and have sleepovers" i smiled
"sophia and aaliyah?" she asked
"aaliyah and olivia" i nodded
"jesse took liyah's side and sophia took olivias" i shrugged
"what about you and payton?" she asked
"where staying out of it" i replied
"good" she nodded
"why is he here?" i asked looking over at dad
"we are talking, money and visit's" she said
"i have a very very very busy schedule so if you expect me to go to canada it's a big fat no" i shrugged
"no i'm thinking of buying a small house out here" he replied
"okay good for you, make sure it's far away though" i said
"no promises" he said, a chuckle following
"okay then mom, it's time to move" i nodded
"look hayden i don't expect to be best friends straight away, i left you all i get that and i regret it but now i'm making an effort and i'm trying" he said
"you know you owe mom a lot, she single handily raised three girls, basically all the same age, she moved to a whole new country, got a well paying job and raised us the best she could, seven year's i tried reaching out to you and you ignored me everytime, the amount of daddy daughter dances we couldn't go to because we didn't even know what a dad was is unbelievable, father's day was a normal day for us and i'm not being funny we needed you the most when we where kids, we are not kids now, we understand a lot more and i'm not going to let myself get attached for you to leave" i said
"hayden" she sighed
"no" i said
"i think it's time you leave, we'll speak a different day" mom said giving him a look he nodded and stood up, he walked towards me and i just walked away, up the stairs
