True love doesn't exist
If someone ever said that true love is exist then i would tell you that you're stupid to believe that.
Because i don't believe in love
Here i am , like always , sitting on the couch with my parents in front of me babbling about my love life , asking if i have a boyfriend or not , asking when i would find one , saying that i'm getting old , saying there's no one will take care of me after they gone and so on
I'm still young!im 25 years old not like 85 or something
It's always like this , there's no one day without my parents talk about my love life , it makes me feel like want to run away from here or just told them to stop interfere in my life , but i'm sure i would get a good slap on my face if i do that
"Jennie kim!" My mom slap my hand
"Ow mom!"
"We are talking to you right now !stop giving us that attitude of yours and sit properly" she scold me.i groan in annoyance and put my hand which on my cheek before to my lap.i sit properly as if i was having an interview section while looking at them with a bored look
"Jennie , we just worried about you , look at you..you're pretty honey , like me , and you're smart , like me , and you have everything , like me" my mom said and i don't know if she's trying to compliment me or bragging about herself
"And i'm really sure everyone was drooling everytime they saw you but i couldn't understand why you're still single" my mom sigh
"Dad~look at mom!" I complained
"What your mom said is true honey..look you're 25 years old , and if you ever been with someone you atleast need a years to fully know him well and trust him to make him as your husband.i mean you're not going to married someone that just got to know for weeks only , so it will takes time.and your age would-"
"Dad come on!augh i'm just not yet ready.and what's the use of having someone actually?having a lover is sucks , they will just give me a headache"
"Not everyone are same like your ex jennie , beside i already told you that i don't like him from the beginning" my mom said making me roll my eyes
I ever been in relationship before for 1 year with kai , my ex.that time i was so head over heels with him but end up we broke up , because he was after my money , and just want to get into my pants
Well you know , bet with friends thingy , and i'm one of his victim
I was 21 years old that time , and now for four years , i never date anymore.i don't believe it when everyone ever said that they love me in a romantic way , and even when there's people tried to court me or something i would immediately tell them that i'm not interested.i don't want them to wait for me or expecting something high from me , i ever been played , so i don't want to make a same thing to others
"Mom..dad..it's normal to not have a boyfriend at the age of 25 , i'm still young" i look at them with a puppy eyes and hold my mom's hand
"Act cute doesnt work honey" my mom said and slap my hand away
"I know , actually we would not worried about you if you really doesn't have anyone to be your partner.but the things is , you have..a lot..and the most worried things is you seems like you really doesn't want to get married or been in a relationship until you die, that's why we are worried about you jennie" my dad said while massaging his head
"What's wrong by being single..i can live in a happy life until i die" i mumble quietly but badly my mom heard it.she shoot a glare at me making me smile sheepishly
After getting lectured for an hours , finally i got to meet my bed.i flop myself and sigh heavily while thinking about what my parents said earlier.
I understand my parents's concern, because i admit..i'm really not interested in love.before, i ever told them that i want to live as a single women for the rest of my life , and since then they started to keep being worried about me and asking me about it everyday.and i really regretted to told them about it
"Aish...a lover huh?bullshit" i sneer while scrolling on my phone , but suddenly my phone ringing and i immediately answered it
"Jendeuk!"
"What?"
"Woah , chill..did you got scolded by your parents again?" Jisoo ask with a laugh
"Ugh stop it , what do you want?"
"I'm bored!do you want to have some coffee with me?i heard there's a new coffee shop opened , let's go there!and maybe we can find your lover too" she said teasingly
"Tsk..okay i'll go change first "
"Pick me up!"
"Bitch you have a car just go there by yourself"
"I'm lazy to drive , pick me in 30 minutes okay?love you!" She said and end the call before i got to say anything.i groan and get up from my bed.i walk to my wardrobe and open it searching for an outfit

"Well jennie i don't understand you , there's a lot of guys and girls want to date you , you only need to choose"

"Is it because of kai?"
"Maybe yes and maybe no"
"Look jennie , it's been four years already.just forget about it and build your new life with someone , i don't have anyone also but atleast i'm interested to find one , not like you geez..what are you thinking by wants to live being single until you die? you still need someone to take care of you"
"Damn do i still need to get lectured even when i'm not at home?stop it i'm dizzy from getting too much babbling" i groan and slammed my head on the table
"Excuse me miss , here's your coffee" we get interrupted when someone call us , i lift my head up and look at the person , it's a girl with a small face and blonde hair wearing a long sleeve white shirt with a brown apron covering her front body.she smile at us while holding a tray with our coffee on it
"Thankyou" jisoo said while me just staring at this blonde girl.she nod and bend a little placing our coffee on the table
"Enjoy your coffee miss " she smile and bow to us before went back to the counter
"Jen stop staring you might scared her away" jisoo hit my shoulder making me turn my head to her
"I'm not staring at her"
"Yes you did"
"I'm not" i glare at her
"I saw you stare at her stupid , why?did you finally open your heart to fall in love?" Jisoo smirk making me make a disgusted face
"Nonsense"
"But she's kind of cute , look at her sweet smile.it can make people's heart flutter just by looking at it"
"Stop staring at her , such a creep" i scoff
"Oh shut up" she roll her eyes and take a sip of her drink.i lift up my coffee and secretly glance back at the blonde girl , she was smiling brightly to all the customer that she serve , that smile nerver left on her face making me unconciously smile a little
"What are you smiling at" jisoo frown
"Huh?am i smiling?no i'm just drink my coffee" i said and put down my cup
"Yeah yeah sure" jisoo mock me

"I'm home" i lazily take off my shoes and open the door , but suprisingly i have a guest.there's a women in about my mom age with her son beside her sitting on the couch.i smile politely and went to them
"Jennie , sit here" my mom smile and softly grab my hand making me sit beside her.i look at her confusely
"So , this is my friend honey , and beside her is her son" she said even i'm not asking.i glance at the guy and he shyly look at me
"What are they doing here" i whisper to my mom
"Me and your dad want to match you with her son"
"'What?!" My jaw dropped at what i just heard
"Hell no mom"
"Hell yes daughter"
"Mom!why you didn't tell me first?i don't even know who he is!" I whisper shout to my mom as i don't want them to hear me.but my mom ignore me and turn her head to her friend again
"So yeah this is my daughter , she's pretty right?" My mom cup my face and i force a smile
"Yes she is " she smile and i return it with a polite smile
"well how about you both have a little talk first?you guys can go to the kitchen if you're done" my mom said and i just nod with a fake smile still on my face
After they all left , the guy shyly lift her head up at me and blush

I walk to him and stand in front of him with a crossed arms
"What's your name?"
"J-jun..nice to meet y-you j-jennie" he said in a low voice with a red face
What the hell is wrong with this guy?how can my mom choose a shy boy like this for me to date?

"Listen her jun , i want you to tell your mom that you don't like me and force her to find someone else for you" i said firmly.he look up at me and frown

"I have a boyfriend" i said simply.well i want to say that i don't like him but it would be too harsh and might hurt his feelings.after i said that , his eyes widen
"Really?"
"Yes , but don't tell your mom that i ask you to do this , and don't tell her that i have a boyfriend too.just say that you don't like me because of my attitude or something" i said.well if his mom know about that fake boyfriend things , my mom must know about it too , so better this guy shut his mouth or else i'll cut his thing down there
"Okay..but it nice t-to mee-"
"Yeah yeah its nice to meet you too , lets go now" i said and went to the kitchen
"Oh you already done?that was fast" my mom said and ask me to sit beside her.
"How was it jun , did you both have a good talk?" Her mom ask him.he glance at me and i shoot a glare at him making him gulp
"Ah..yeah..we did..but mommy.." he lean closer to her mom's ear and whisper
"I don't like her..i don't think she's good for me" i heard he whisper making me grin widely.i saw his mom nod and she give us a smile

"Ruby jane i know you did something don't you?" Here i am again for the fourth time sitting on the couch with my parents in front of me..this is so tiring
"Aniya~i did nothing.." i pout
"Then why jun looks so scared of you?did you hit him or something?"
"Mom!i'm not..its his personality.." i mumble
"Aish..now he doesn't want you , should we find someone else" my mom ask while looking at my dad making my eyes widen
"Mom!okay okay!look can i find it by myself?" I said with a hopeful eyes
"Then death would come to us first before we got to see you bring your boyfriend to us"
I groan, well i know my taste and it would be more better if i'm the one who choose the person than them.atleast i'm not going to date with a quiet mute guy if they choose it for me
"Okay okay i promise you mom , this week..i'll f-find someone , and if i don't..i'll let you find for me" i said swallowing a lump in my throat.my parents look at me with a shock looks and their eyes light up
"Really?oh my god so you have interest to date now?you don't want to be single until you die?oh thats my girl come here honey!" my mom hug me tightly.i face palm in my mind but just hug her back while my dad give me a proud smile
