"C'mon Oscar! She's your daughter I have to work can't you just watch her until I get out of work?" I followed Oscar into the house
"What is this bitch doing here?" Maya looked at me with an ugly look
"Baby, can we go to the room?" She grabbed his hand and led him to the room.
"Unbelievable Oscar!" I walked out and saw Sad eyes
"Hey y/n" He hugged me
"Hey um I gotta go to work. I'll talk to you later" I got in my car and drove to work.

"So he's not making time for Andrea and he's fucking around with Maya?" Jose talked as he served a table.
"Yeah. It's like ever since Maya came around he hasn't made time for us" I served a table and walked back to the front desk.
"Maybe she said something to him. You never know" Jose went back to the kitchen and grabbed more plates. Then my phone rang.
"Hello"
"Mija Oscar is in the hospital" I heard the fear in her voice
"What? Ok, I'm on my way" I hung up the phone and looked for Jose.
"Jose I gotta go Oscar is in the hospital" I ran out the door and went to my car. I drove off and headed to the hospital.

"I'm here to see Oscar Diaz" I waited for the nurse to answer me back
"Room 210" I walked to his room and saw him laying down.
"Y/n?" He looked at me confused
"What the hell happened?" I walked up to him and grabbed his hand.
"Prophets. You know" he laughed trying to make things less awkward.
"Yeah" I looked down
"What are you doing here?" he asked with a calm voice
"I had to make sure you were ok. You are the father of my daughter" I looked up and laughed.
"What the hell is she doing here babe?" I looked at the doorway and saw Maya.
"She's just leaving" he yanked his hand away and looked away from me.
"Yeah, I was just leaving" I laughed and started walking out. Maya grabbed my arm which made me stop walking
"If you ever go near Oscar your dead" she whispered and I gave her an ugly look
"I don't know who you think your talking to but you better get your hand away from me before you regret it" I whispered back and she let me go. I walked out and started tearing up.
I got to my car and drove to my house. I got there and Andrea ran outside to me.
"Mommy!" she held out her arms wide to give me a hug.
"Hola mi amor" I hugged her and kissed her everywhere.
"How was she?" I asked my mom while walking in
"She's an angel" I smiled and put her down and she started playing.
"Hows Oscar?" I sighed and walked to the kitchen
"He's fine" I grabbed a water and sat down at the table
"What about Maya?" She came and sat next to me.
"Ella todavía es una perra" she laughed at my choice of words.
She got up sat down on the couch. I went to my room and changed into shorts and a big t-shirt.

I took a shower and got dressed
"Mama I'm leaving" I yelled as I packed Andreas things.
"Ok mija be safe" she walked into the room and hugged me.
I grabbed Andreas' hand and walked to the car. I got to Oscar's house and let out Andrea.
"Daddy!!" she ran to Oscar and gave him a hug.
"Hola princesa" he smiled at her as he picked her up
"Hey y/n" I gave him the bag and kissed Andrea.
"I'll be back after work mi amor. Be good for daddy" she nodded her head and I walked back to my car
"Don't do anything stupid in front of her!" I yelled before driving off. I got to work and started serving tables. Today was a boring old day.
"What can I get you?" I asked as a man my age looked through the menu.
"Um number three" I wrote it down and looked back up at him
"And for your drink?" I asked him and he smiled at me
"Coke is fine" I smiled back and walked to the kitchen. I gave the cook the order and grabbed a Coke and walked back to him.
"Here you go" I placed the plate down and smiled at him
"Thank you. Uh I was wondering. Can I take you out?" he smiled at me and I tried to hide my blush.
"Oh uh my name is Mateo" I laughed
"Well Mateo id love to go out with you" he smiled and nodded his head
"Well I'll pick you up at 7?" I laughed and nodded my head. I walked back to the front desk and Jose came up to me
"Got a date huh?" I laughed and looked at him
"So now you're stalking me?" he laughed at me and nodded his head
"Maybe" he walked away with sass and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Hola mi amor" I smiled as Andrea hugged me.
"Hi mommy" she let go and continued coloring.
"Um, I have a date so do you wanna watch her, or do I have to ask my mom?" I looked at Oscar and he rose his brow
"A date? With who?" I rolled my eyes
"Someone can you watch her or no?" he laughed
"Yeah sure" I bent back down and kissed Andrea.
"I'll see you later mi amor I love you" I smiled at her and she hugged me
"Ok bye mommy" she got back to coloring and I walked out. I drove to my house and got dressed.

"You look beautiful" Mateo smiled at me as he drove.
"Thank you" I looked out the window and saw the beach.
"You like the beach right?" I nodded my head and we got out of the car. We walked to the beach watcing the waves pass by.
"Um before this goes any further I have to tell you something" I looked at him and stopped walking
"You can tell me anything" he smiled at me and I smiled back
"I have a daughter her name's Andrea"
"How old is she?" he asked me still smiling at me
"2" I smiled
"I love kids. Can I meet her?" he asked and started walking again
"Um her birthday party is this Saturday if you wanna come" he nodded his head and I smiled
"Yeah just send me the address" he pulled out his phone and I put my number in it.

"How was your date?" Oscar looked at me annoyed
"It was nice" I smirked while grabbing Andreas' bag. I picked up Andrea and started heading out.
"You didn't even ask me" I put Andrea in her car seat and closed the door
"I didn't think I had to ask Oscar. Your dating Maya so why can't I date someone so let me be happy for once" Oscar walked up to me still mad
"All I want is for you to be happy y/n! you don't think I don't want that?!" I laughed and walked to the driver side
"I don't got time for this Oscar" I got in the car and drove off.

"I don't know why he's so mad that I'm talking to someone" I said as I served a table
"He's jealous" Jose walked back to his office.
"Hey beautiful" Mateo walked up to me and kissed my cheek.
"Hi" I smiled as he sat down
"What can I get you?" I asked him while grabbing my notepad and pen
"Number 3"
"And a Coke?" he nodded his head and I walked to the kitchen. I walked back and gave him his coke
"When do you get off?" he smiled
"In 30 minutes but I gotta take Andrea to her doctor's appointment" He nodded his head and the cook rang the bell. I grabbed his plate and handed it to him.
Oscar and the Santos came in and sat down. I went over to them.
"What can I get you?" I looked at Oscar and sad eyes.
"Just a Coke" Sad eyes looked at me
"Yeah coke is fine" I nodded and grabbed their Cokes.
"I'll call you later" Mateo kissed my cheek and walked out. I walked back to Oscars table and gave them their coke
"So that's the guy" Oscar laughed drinking his Coke.

"Yeah that's him"
"Wait y/n you talking to someone?" Sad eyes looked at me confused
"Yeah he took me out yesterday" I smiled
"Good for you. It's good to see you happy again" Sad eyes smiled at me and Oscar glared at him.

"You ready to go?" I asked Andrea who was still playing
"Daddy?" she looked at the door waiting for Oscar to come in.
"He's not coming with us mi amor" I picked her up and walked out.
"Ok let's go" I buckled her up and got in the car. I looked at Andrea and saw her sad
"How bout we go and see daddy?" I asked her and her face lit up. I got to Oscars and helped her out the car. She ran to Oscar with wide arms
"Daddy!!" Oscar smiled as he hugged her
"What are you doing here princesa?" Oscar asked. I walked up to them
"She wanted you to see you before her appointment" he looked at her as she was in his arms
"Is that so princesa?" Oscar looked at her and she nodded her head.
"Well we gotta go we don't wanna be late" I gave Oscar a faint smiled and he stared at me.
"I'll come" Andreas had a big smile on her face.
"But we're going in my car" I laughed and nodded my head. I went to my car and grabbed Andreas' bag.

"She just needs her shots" the doctor told me
"No!" Andrea ran to Oscar and he picked her up
"Princesa I'll be here. It's not gonna hurt ok?" He sat her on the bed and the doctor came with the needles.
"Ok ready one two three" the doctor gave her her first shot
"See not bad. After we'll go out and eat ice cream and I'll buy you whatever you want ok?" Oscar kissed her cheek and she nodded her head. The doctor gave her last shot and she started crying.
"Ok all done" the doctor took off her gloves and smiled.
"Your all good to go" I smiled and Oscar picked up Andrea and we walked out
"Ice cream time" Oscar said while putting her in her car seat.
"Let's go to target" Oscar drove to target and we went to the toy section.
"Whatever you want princesa" Oscar put her down and she started looking at the toys.
"You spoil her too much" I laughed
"There's nothing wrong with that" Oscar looked at me and smiled. My phone rang and I answered it.
"Hello"
"Hey y/n. How did Andreas' appointment go?" I smiled
"She hates shots but Oscar went with us so now we're getting ice cream and buying her some toys" he laughed
"Well next time I'll go maybe when I get to meet her?" He asked
"Yeah. You still going to her party tomorrow?" I looked at Oscar and saw he was mad
"Yeah" I smiled
"Ok well, I gotta go bye" I hung up and looked at Oscar.
"So you invited him to the party without asking me?" I looked at Oscar confused
"Oscar I don't gotta ask he just wants to meet her" I watched as Andrea grabbed a toy
"Whatever" Oscar picked up Andrea and we walked to the cashier.
"Let's not do this in front of her please?" He paid and walked out

"You couldn't have asked me?!" Oscar yelled as he walked to the room.
"Antonio, can you take her outside?" Sad eyes walked Andrea outside and I walked to the room
"I don't gotta ask you, Oscar! First, you want me to ask you if it's ok to date and now this! I control my life, not you!" I yelled as closed the door.
"What I don't get is it's ok for you to date Maya. I let you date her! So let me date him!" Oscar punched the wall making me jump
"Get out!" he yelled at me and I walked out slamming the door.
"Let's go" I grabbed Andrea and put her in the car. I got home and went to my room.
"Mija you ok?" My mom walked into the room and I cried.
"He's controlling my life. He doesn't want me to date Mateo and now he's mad bc I didn't ask him if it was ok that Mateo's gonna be here for her party tomorrow" she hugged me and sighed.
"Mija if you like Mateo date him it's not Oscars choice" I nodded my head
"Don't let Andrea see you like this" she wiped my tears and kissed my cheek.
