The shadows of darkness are spreading fast,
They're moving like magic spells shifty cast.
The world is in turmoil, the night is nigh,
Eyes that never close, mouths that speak of lie.
Her majesty is bent by cruelty,
Her eyes tear acid and toxicity,
Her breaths are cold, scalding, wild and furious,
Still, her children are blithe and oblivious.
The end of all things is a step afar,
But mother never wishes to go that far,
For she trusts fervently in her offsprings,
Hoping that they would restore her marred things.
