So you have all heard of the big scary word depression and I have also along with a load of people has come across these Demons in their head
Mine started when I was 10 I was never bullied I just started to look at myself different I don't have many friends and I always thought I was worthless when I turned 11 I started getting suicidal thoughts and I felt nobody would give two shits I then started to self harm it was about two months after my birthday when I took my first attempt But I chickened out which I now realise it was a good thing I that I stopped over the next couple of years I have made over 10 attempts and at the time of writing this in am 1 month and 5 days clean from self harm I have never told my family any of this as I am scared they will be like I'm just in it for the attention but I'm not
