A girl, maybe 17, stood at the door. She was awful pale, a bit smaller than you, with dark brown hair and long legs. She was pretty, pretty enough to make you a bit speechless. "Uh, 'ello." she said, with a slight, embarrassed smile. "I'm, uh, L.A, and I..uh.." she stopped. "I'm sorta..a runaway, I guess. I..uh.." she paused. "I got..some, uh, issues with my dad." You stood, motionless, before you notice her grey eyes filling with tears. You honestly didn't know what to do. You couldn't very well leave her to return home, you knew how it was. But you werent used to being so kind. Before you knew what was happening, you hugged her close and let her in. "Its okay luv, i'm right 'ere. Aint no one gonna get 'cha now, got it?" You sat her down in a chair, trying to smile. 2-D emerged from the kitchen, with a tray of slightly burnt quick-bake cookies. Russel was trailing close behind him. 2-D looked at the girl. "Oh...uh..wow...er..." He set down the tray and twisted the edge of his shirt nervously. "uh, 'ello..." Russel, after staring quietly for half a moment finally gave a quick "Sup." and sat down. The girl wiped her eyes, and got rid of the bit of eye makeup that'd smudged. "Oh, well, 'ello. I'm L.A..." She looked nervous. You finally stood, even though you might have been blushing. You wouldn't know, it had never happened. "'kay, listen up you two. Theres another girl in the house now-" 2-D raised his hand. With a sigh, you pointed at him. "What, face ache?" 2-D pointed at L.A. "Why's she 'ere? Somefink bad 'appen to 'er?" Russel piped up from his seat, "Yo man, she might not wanna talk 'bout it." L.A piped up fron her seat, "No, it's fine. I just got into a fight with my dad is all." 2-D giggled. "Just like you murdoc, hmm?" You glared, picking up your whiskey again. "Yes, dent'ead. Now let the girl see 'er room, 'kay?"
