Adam drove like usual,slow.His fingers were intertwined with mine I felt like such a disappointment to Adam,He had to help me in a bad situation which I should have been able to handle.His car came to a stop and I noticed we were at his house already,but one thing was wrong.His parents were home and I'm not exactly what they'd want Adam dating,they wanted him to date a beautiful rich girl and I wasn't that.Adam said
"I can't go in there...Im sorry"
His head was put down and I thought I heard him cry but I wasn't sure.I laid my head on his shoulder and said
"Adam it's fine,we can go to my house."
Adam knew where my house was because I told him and before we started dating he saw me walking home,my parents were clueless to my life all they did was care about each other and I was left out.We arrived to my house,which wasn't anything special and Adam grabbed my hand.I walked in the door looking for my parents who were making out on the couch.
"I'm home."
No response..just the slushing of their tongues crashing into each other's tongues like waves.
"Thanks for giving a shit." 😒
Still no response I showed Adam to my room and even though we lived in an average house the view from my window was of the ocean,it was calming and peaceful compared to my life.I sat on the edge of my bed and motioned Adam to sit next to me,we both starred at the view which was truly amazing.I grabbed his hand and kissed his cheek.Adam said
"I think you can do better then that."
"I could kiss you better if I wanted to."
"I bet you want to."
"Adam."
"Yes?"
"I love you.
"Good,because I love you too."
Something about him saying I love you was comforting and soothing,maybe it was his voice but I didn't know.I went to my dresser and grabbed Pajamas and threw a white t-shirt and some sweatpants at him and motioned him to change.I grabbed my pink short pajamas bottoms with a white tank top and a pink sports bra,I changed quickly before Adam came back and hopped on my phone to check Instagram.52 comments..hate comments to be specific.I teared up while reading some but as soon as Adam came I made the tears disappear so he wouldn't see.
"I saw that..you don't have to tell me if you don't want to."
"I don't want to talk about it."
He sat on my white sofa in my room and I joined him.I turned on TLC and watched "Say yes to the dress" I loved that show but I could tell Adam wasn't too fond of it.Adam said
"You're really pretty you know that right..?"
"You're really handsome."
Adam kissed me and ran his fingers through my hair.I loved Adam I really did and I was glad that he was mine.
