All this death
from the sickness and violence
has been acceleratin', recently,
and how can we be
so sure that that's
not what was planned from the start?
Tonight, I saw blinking, blue lights
policing another soul off into the night.
I wonder if there was any altercation, any struggle-
If the perp went down with conviction,
or if he was just fighting
to continue blowing bubbles.
If he really knew right from wrong, but felt...
like he HAD to do this.
He HAD to send a message
to the world that had, maybe, wronged his clan
and his sooty hands,
or if he was just in it... for the money...
for addiction... simply for addiction's sake.
What a boring tragedy- That's my hot take.
