'Grumpy-gills and the weasel, huh...' I think
"We should mess with them. Ooh! I know, when we..." I hear Inner say as she starts mumbling about what to do to them
"-ura...Sakura!" I snap out of my thoughts when I hear Pain yell
"Oh!! Yes!"

"L-lead-der-sama!"
"Sigh, didn't you hear me? Are you feeling okay?" He asks
"Yes. I was just thinking about the mission and-"
"And what?" He asks/demands
"And, our strengths and weaknesses, and how to avoid failure...yeah." I say covering the fact I was just listening to Inner
"Good. That's good, thinking ahead of the mission and how to achieve success." Says Pain
Omg he bought it, I can't believe he bought it!
"Correct me if I'm wrong, but did you not work with the Nara heir when you were in ANBU Black Ops?" Asks Pain
"Hai. I did."
"I can tell. Now go pack up you're leaving in an hour, I've already told your teammates." he says dismissing me
"Hai." I say, but just as I'm about to leave I hear Pain say something that stops me dead in my tracks
"Oh. And Sakura..."
"H-hai?" I say wincing for stuttering
"I know you lied about thinking of the mission." he says

I turn around and see the smallest smirk on his face
"Lea-" I start until he interrupts me
"It's fine..now go."
"Hai."

We have been walking forever since we first left the base and I'm so hungry
"We're almost close to a small village in the outskirts of the Land of Waves."
"Finally!" I say excited to take a break and rest my feet
"Haha. Well someone's excited." says my blue companion
"Yes! My feet are killing me and my stomach is collapsing on itself."
I say with a serious face
"Haha whatever you say, kiddo." he says smiling at me before we bust out laughing
"Hn.."
"OMG!!"
They both stop so suddenly that Kisame runs into Itachi
"What! What happened!! Why did you scream!!!" Says Kisame getting off a glaring Uchiha
"Hn.."
"I saw it!! You smirked!!!" I say pointing at Itachi
He gets up an dusts off invisible dirt and looks up
"And?" He asks
Me and Kisame are just staring at him like we just learned that he is the secret to the universe
"He smirked?" Kisame whispers to me
"Yeah, Ikr! Weird..." we whisper a little bit more before the impossible happens
"I'M RIGHT HERE!! I CAN HEAR YOU TWO!!!"

"Omg we broke him..." We say at the same time

After a little over a minute
"They will not kill you. Now the location."
"They have many underground bases, but the main one is in Amegakure."
"Thank you. Do you have anymore information?"
"No."
"Then it was a pleasure doing business with you."
The mystery Shinobi pulls out a katana and stabs the man known as Watanabe Akinishi
"B-bu-t yo-u-u sa-"
" I said they would not kill you, I never said I wouldn't."
The Shinobi watches the light leave the mans brown eyes and turns to leave
"I'm coming, Sakura."

~~~ Sakura's POV~~~
"Ah finally."
"Who are you!" "State your business!"
"We are just travelers from the Land of Fire and have been walking all day. We came to eat and rest. We mean no harm." Say Itachi
"Very well."
"Welcome to Yugakure." (湯隠れの里, Yugakure no Sato "Village Hidden in Hot Water")
"Thank you."
"Enjoy your stay."
When we got far enough we started talking again
"When did they setup the "guards'?" Says Kisame
"Maybe when we started getting jinjuriki." says Itachi as we walk towards a bar
"Isn't this where Hidan grew up?" I ask remembering Hidan's headband
"Yes. He lived here when it really was a hidden village but now the civilians just call themselves Village that has Forgotten Wars." (戦を忘れた里, Ikusa Wasureta Sato).
"Hmm-" I say thinking about why the guards still called it Yugakure
"Well that's interesting but I'm going to get some food and sake."
Says Kisame
"As will I." says Itachi then they both look at me
"Where will you be eatin' kid?" Says Kisame. When I noticed they were serious I thought this was the perfect opportunity to screw with them
"With you guys, why?"
"Are you sure Sakura?" Asks Itachi concern lacing his tone
"Yeah, but I might not drink as much as you guys." I say, unbelievably with a straight face
"Haha we are going to blow their minds! Cha!" Yells Inner
"Haha. I can't wait to see their faces..." I say back to her
"Haha. We know you can't drink more than us, but don't get too drunk." says Kisame
"Hey! I could if I wanted too!" I say
"Yeah right." Snickered Kisame
"Sakura, don't make promises you can't keep." scolds Itachi
"Hook, line, sink." I think
"Oh yeah! You're just scared of getting beat by a girl!" I say knowing their "manly" pride should be butting in any sec-
"You wanna bet, little missy!" Says Kisame
"Haha right on que! Ch-ha!" Laughs Inner
"Speak of the devil, an he shall appear..." I think while Inner holds her side as tears stream down her face
"Saku-" Itachi says till I interrupt him with seven words they both thought would never come out of my mouth
"I kinda feel sorry for you two." I say confidently
"You better not cry when you lose." Kisame says mockingly
"As long as you don't." I say back
"Hn...save it you'll need that sorry for yourself. Just know I'm not carrying you to the Inn." says Itachi pride burning in his eyes
"Wait that looks like the Will of Fir-" I don't finish my thought because Kisame pulls my hand and takes me into the bar

~~~Itachi's POV~~~
"She look at me like she had seen something she hadn't seen in a long time...why?" He thinks as he watches His partner, dare to say friend, pulls the cute pink-haired ex-Konohagakure-nin/newest Akatsuki member
"Wait...did I say 'cute'? What's wrong with me I need a rest more than I thought."
He walks into the bar and spots his teammates
"She is very appealing to look at.."

"Okay I need a lot of rest." thinks Itachi as he walks towards the table

"Ahhh~~" I sigh contently
As I look around I see not only Itachi and Kisame looking at me, but also the crowd that gathered around me and Kisame's 28th bottle of sake
"What?" I ask everyone

"What?!" I ask again
"How are you not dead?!" I hear a random man in the crowd ask while everyone nods confirming that's what they were thinking
"Yeah or completely drunk off your ass?!" Says the woman who was our waitress for the night "What your secret?!" Says another man
"My secret..three words..." everyone gets closer to know the secret, for their own gain when they have drinking contests or just plain curious I don't know, but I look around and pause for dramatic effect
"Lady..Tsunade's...apprentice." I say and they all sweatdrop or anime fall. After that they disperse
"Well..kid-dd-do, *yuck* you beat meh. Hahahaha. Congrats." Says Kisame obviously way past drunk
"Thanks my blue spirit animal!" I say back
"Haha...spirit animal?" He asks wiping tears from his eyes while Itachi just smirks
"Yeah, I don't know you're kinda like a big brotherish figure to me, since I never had one." I answer
"What about 'Tachi?"he asks waiting for something funny like 'Weasel-Nii-San'
"Hmm, well, idk he was kinda like that at first but I don't know now." I answer
We see Itachi blush a little and laugh a bit
"Wow I guess I'm drunk too, talking nonsense." I say to protect Itachi's pride or what's left of it
"Hn...good to know.." says Itachi
At that I stop laughing and look at him while Kisame looks like he's about to shit himself
"What does that mean?"
"You'll know soon.."
"Yeah kiddo, you'll know soon~~" Kisame says mocking Itachi
"Hey I just realized something!" Yells Kisame a little too loud
"What?"
"Hn?"
"You don't have a nickname for kid over here." Exclaims Kisame
"I don't see the need." He says back
"Well she gave you a nickname you have to give her one!"
"Hn." remembering when Sakura started him Raven after her 34th bottle
"Come on. we all got one for each other...if you don't you'll be left out."
"Hn...so."
"So.." he whispered in his ear and I see Itachi's eyes go wide then he smirks, looks at me and says
"Okay...how about...cherry blossom?"

~~~Kisame's POV~~~
"So...you'll lose her heart." I whisper into his ear
I see his eyes widen and he stops breathing for a second then turns to her and smirks
"So I was right he does like her..."

In dream-
Sakura.
"Huh, hello?"

"Who's there?"
"It's me..."
I turn around and standing there is Itachi
A shirtless Itachi
"It-Itach-chi! What are yo-" I say but before I can finish he...

"Mmph"
He continued to kiss me then he slowly pulls away and looks at me
"My Cherry Blossom, you are my light in the Uchiha darkness..."
"Itachi..."
"Your beautiful, emerald eyes pierce my soul and makes it hard to breathe...i love you..."
Dream over-
"...I love you..." and just like that I wake up
"Wait..." I say as I touch my lips
"It...it feels..." I say as I swear it feels like I've been kissed
"I guess that dream was that good." I think as I go back to sleep
