"Papa!! Papa!!! Catch me!!!" A pink haired 5 year old girl jumped into Natsu's arms, while a small mer-boy swam up, turning into his human form. "Yo, dad where's mom?"
"I'm right here child.."
The blond boy turned around to see his mother in the water of the lagoon, holding a dead jellyfish.
"Child, can't you learn to be patient..?"
Natsu walked over and kissed his blondie wife.
The boy groaned, "mom! Its not fair! I'm a half mermaid while your a full mermaid!"
Natsu spanked his son's neck, "Watch your tone, with your mother! She has no choice but to live in the water... We can't change that.."
Lucy grew emotional and swam off.
"Now look what you did Luke!"
Luke (their son) dived in going from human to mermaid and swam after mother, it was hard since his mother was a more experienced and older mermaid than him.
Natsu sighed picking up his daughter and joked around with her, reassuring her that everything would be ok.
Meanwhile with Luke, he came accross a pack of wild barracuda and sharks aiming for him, he grew scared and terrified.
"M-M-mom... W-where are you...!?"
"L-LUKE!!!!"
Lucy swam to her son's aid and fought off his attackers.
"The hell were you thinking!? Its too dangerous on the deep side!!"
"I-I wanted to make sure you were ok..."
Lucy sighed... "I'm not mad Luke, just don't be so damn reckless.."
"I won't I promise!"
"Good... Now, lets go home dork."
The mother and her son swam off. Little did they know, they were followed by someone who was meant to be dead.
