I hope you all are doing okay. At this time of health crisis, most of us are either isolated or spending time at home, alone or some of us are even quarantined. Now, we human beings are social animals, we can't stand being alone much, even though many of us enjoy spending time alone, but staying alone for a long time may cause damage to our mental health. If you have had anxiety or depression, this period may cause the feelings of loneliness and overthinking to surface back. I hope you stay strong and utilise this time in a fruitful way, start thinking about how you can develop your personality or start learning something new. Watch YouTube and learn cooking, baking, sketching, painting, guitar, dance, any new language or even singing. Don't let the feeling of loneliness overpower your mind. Start working out to your favourite songs to reduce anxiety. Complete the series you always wanted to, but didn't get enough time, read novels, spend time with family. Video call your friends. You are not alone, we all are together in this and refuse to give up. We stand united. Lots of love and hope you all are safe. ✨
