As soon as we got home I went upstairs and locked my door. I went to my scrapbook of me and James. Camp. Summers. School. Even when we were younger. I looked in the mirror and noticed I was crying. I set the book down and wiped my eyes.
“Skyler you okay?” James asked through the door
“Yea im fine”
“Then can I have a hug good bye?” I stood up and opened the door. I hugged James and hid my face in his shoulder. “I don’t want to say good bye” I said. “Me too..you still have my number right?” I nodded “then call me soon” I nodded and James pulled me away and held me arms length “Don’t cry okay?” I nodded and watched him walk down the stairs. I went to my window and watched him drive away. “Good bye James” I put my hand to the window “only if you knew why I was really crying”
