Step 1... Lock yourself in your room.
Step 2... Lay down on the bed in a fetal position and bug your knees to your chest tight.
Step 3... Start crying.
Step 4... Start a P U R G E and release your anger, sadness, aggression, and stress on those people who have hurt you and made you feel bad-
Step 5... Go back to crying in your bed-
Now here's some tips to cure your mental breakdown !
Step 1... Stop crying.
Step 2... Re-think all of your life choices and question your entire existence.
Step 3... If you're mad at someone or something, throw them/it across your room or slam them on the glass table-
Step 4... "Are you okay ?"
