Due to failing the Provisional License Exam, Yin Hamada now had to go take on a Special Hero Course...
But luckily for him, he wasn't alone...

Kieran Omari also has to take the exam due to showing up late...

Yin only nodded...even though Kieran was one of his classmates, he still hasn't gotten used to him yet...in fact, Yin hardly knew the boy at all...

Before Kieran could say something else, they both stopped when they heard yelling coming nearby...
They both turned their heads to see Bakugo Katsuki telling at Todoroki Shouto...oh yeah. That's right. They were also retaking the exam...

Yin quietly groaned to himself...so noisy...all of this happening so early in the morning...he wish he could just skip this makeup test and go back to sleep.

All Might: It's a measure that we're taking after consideration of the League's actions...

They all turned their heads to be greeted by the Yuki-Onna, Fumiko Yukimura.
Shouto: Auntie...what are you doing here...?
Fumiko: I recently heard you failed the exam from Mikoto...so I came to give my support.
Shouto almost a smile at that... However, it went away when they they all saw Endeavor walking up to them.

Shouto: He didn't try anything did he?
Fumiko: No. He did not.

Yin: What's Endeavor doing here...?
Yin wouldn't have never guessed he and Todoroki Shouto had something in common. They both hate their fathers.
Yin Hamada hated his father for all the pain he put Yin through all because he wanted him to follow in his footsteps as a villain. He abused his mother to the point of death and his Auntie Jade's whereabouts is still unknown...only his father may know where she's at...but he's long gone...

Sometime later, Shouto and the others, they ended up running into Camie and Inasa, who are also there to take part in the training.
Inasa: Hey! U.A!!!
Camie: Oh My! Oh My! What's this. This Guy is Super Hot. That's like totally crazy. I'm totally psyched to train with some hot guys...

As they arrive at the gymnasium used for the training, they are also meeting with Yokumiru Mera, from the Hero Public Safety Comission.
Endeavor shouts to Shoto trying to encourage him, which just draws attention to him and more specifically, The Yuki-Onna and All Might.
Camie and Kieran introduces themselves to everyone. Camie then reveals that, although she does not remember the test itself, she was able to make it to the second stage and thus, is able to partake in the training.
Kieran, excused himself from being absence most of the school year, due to circumstances back in his Homeland and wishes to take part in the training.
Endeavor wants to talk to All Might
Shishikura, along with a teacher from Shiketsu, reflect over Camie and what had happened to her prior. Due to her odd personality, speech, and mannerisms, it took a while for the school to even suspect that something was amiss.
With her gap in memory, testing positive for narcotics, and the testimonies from U.A, it was discovered that the League of Villains, more specifically Himiko, had taken the place of Camie. The teacher proceeds to comment that the absence of the symbol of peace must be filled.
Shortly thereafter, Mera introduces Gang Orca, who shows disdain to the group for not being able to pass when the course was extremely easy.
Gang Orca: There is something I realized up until this point.
He then begin to single then all out.
Gang Orca: That far from heroes, you lot are lower than the ocean bottom dwellers!
Yin: (Ouch...)
Gang Orca: Bakugo! Do you even want to be a hero!
Bakugo: First of all, I'm not a turd...
He comically threw Bakugo far over his shoulder.
Gang Orca: Disciplinary Action!
He did the same to Shouto and Kieran.
Gang Orca: Disciplinary Action!

Kieran: Why?!
Gang: Yin Hamada! Do you have any idea that you quitting the exam during the third course had impacted on your team?!

Gang Orca then said that Katsuki, Shouto, and Inasa as being incredibly strong, but not having the heart of a hero as Katsuki was disrespectful to the rescuees, and Shoto and Inasa fought one another instead almost harming another student. Yin quitting the exam forcing his teammates to evade their plan despite the fact that he had a good reason too...
To prove that they can connect to the heart of civilians, these five, along with Camie...Have to a challenge...
Yin: What kind of challenge did they have in mind for us...
Their challenge was...
Kids: LOOK! HEROES! REAL-LIFE HEROES!!!

They must connect with rowdy children from Masegaki Primary School, Camie is included as she was not truly put to the test in the hero license exam.
The children run rampant, annoying and hurting the prospective heroes, while their teacher, Komari Ikoma, explains that this group of children is a bunch of problem children.

Camie: Eh?
Kieran: Children...? That's our challenge...
Gang Orca promises that the six will be able to move the children and create a promising impact on them by the end of the day.
Little did they know...that situation was going to be harder than they thought...
