Once again (Y/n) found herself at the park, this time Nanashi by her side, which she was glad about. The girl had settled down in the sandbox, using someone else's discarded bucket to build a makeshift "sandcastle", which in reality, was just a big pile of sand, but a pile of sand that she was proud of nonetheless.

"Look Shi! My sandcastle's so big! Now I just need something to decorate it with. Ya' know, to make it stand out," she began to look around the sand box, not moving away from her sand pile in fear that something will happen to it if she does. The girl missed the eerie figure that stared at her from the coverage of the woods, but Nanashi sure didn't. There was a rock that came flying in the two's direction, specifically towards (Y/n)'s head. Just a few inches away, the rock was stopped by an invisible force, as if the girl had a protective force-field surrounding her, but in reality it was the ghost boy's doing. He glared towards the direction that the rock came from and floated it towards the oblivious four year old, who was still looking for something to decorate her "sandcastle".

(Y/n) blinked in surprise as she felt a bumpy object tap her cheek, turning towards the floating rock. She grabbed it and turned to her dull eyed friend, beaming a gap-toothed smile. "Wow! How'd you know this was just what I needed Shi? You're so cool!" The ghost just nodded at the compliment, going back to observing the (e/c) eyed girl build her sandcastle.

Their peace was broken when the two noticed someone sit down in front of (Y/n)'s sandcastle. Out of the corner of her eye, (Y/n) saw two pairs of legs, one sitting and the other standing. She lifted her head and was greeted by two different people, a boy who looked her age and a girl who looked like an adult. She met the boy's eyes first and blinked at his strange appearance.

Rather than having only a pair of eyes on his head, the boy had many all over his face, leaving no room for a nose or mouth anywhere on his face. They varied in size and seemed to be looking in many directions, blinking at different moments, but a majority of them were faced towards the girl. The boy's eyes were all a deep black with a white ring in the center. He had short, shaggy black hair and wore a black jacket that was buttoned up all the way so (Y/n) couldn't see what he was wearing underneath it, long with a pair of shorts and no shoes.

Next to the boy, stood the girl, who was also unknown. Unlike the boy, the girl had no eyes, in fact she had no face at all. Just a gaping hole where her face should've been. It dripped a liquidy black substance that vanished into thin air as it almost hit the ground. You would be able to see through the hole if she moved her long, black hair out of the way. The girl had an obvious slouch in her posture and her hands dangled by her sides, her nails painted black. She wore a long, flowey white skirt that stopped by her ankles and an off the shoulder black shirt.

"Hello!" (Y/n) greeted the two, receiving a nod of acknowledgment from the woman and a short "Hi" from the unknown boy, making (Y/n) blink in surprise. She did not expect a verbal response from either of the two, yet the boy was somehow able to respond without a mouth."Woah! How'd you do that! You didn't even have to move your mouth," (Y/n)'s eyes sparkled as she asked the boy, discarding the fact that he didn't have a mouth to begin with. The boy just shrugged and blinked rapidly as he responded, "I don't know. I guess it just come's with my quirk." He shrugged, some of his eyes looking to the side shyly. This statement peaked (Y/n)'s interest even more as she asked, "Really? What's your quirk?"

The boy scratched his head and a majority of his eyes looked up as he responded, "My mommy said it was like a prediction quirk, but I can also see glimpses of other's past and if I try hard enough, maybe into another diminishin, whatever that is." This boy just gets more interesting by the second. (Y/n) clasped her chubby, (s/c) hand's together and leaned forward, almost crushing her sand pile as she asked, "Do you think you can tell me what my name and quirk is? I wanna see how your quirk works." The black haired boy nodded, before closing his eyes, his mind focusing on nothing other than the (h/c) haired girl in front of him.

After a minute, the boy snapped his eyes open, (Y/n) watching-a bit creeped out- as they all rolled to the back of his head. His arms spazzed out for a moment beside him before he froze completely, slouching down and taking deep, shaky breaths. The boy's hair framed his face and covered the eyes on his forehead as he met (Y/n)'s worried gaze. "Are you okay?" she asked, a small frown on her face as the boy nodded. "Yes I am, (Y/n) (L/n)," he stated as (Y/n) widened her eyes, gasping a she said, "Hey, you got it! That's amazing!" The boy nodded, rubbing the back of his head, saying, "Yeah, sorry I couldn't guess your quirk. I'm still getting used to mine, but if I may ask, who's this Nanashi?" He was confused. In his glimpses to the girl's past he saw her calling the air in front of her Nanashi.

"Nanashi is my best friend of course! He's right here," She motioned to the ghost next to her, who was now sitting in mid air. "We met a few weeks ago when my mommy and daddy brought me to the doctor for a quirk checkup. Momma told me that my quirk had something to do with dead people I think. At first I thought it was scary but then momma said that if I didn't have that quirk then I wouldn't have met Nanashi," she finished with a grin. The mentioned ghost looked to the two children conversing. He felt something where his dead heart was after hearing (Y/n)'s statement. Shrugging it off, the ghost continued to observe the kids.

"Anyways, you still haven't told me your name. Or your friend's." At the mention of having a "friend" with him, the boy froze up, looking behind him. He saw no one, but (Y/n) and Nanashi sure did. "W-well I'm Daifuku Reikuun," he -now known as Daifuku- stated, stuttering a bit. "Daifuku?" (Y/n) tilted her head continuing, "Like the sweet?" Daifuku sweat-dropped, some of his eyes focusing on the ground as he stated, "Y-yeah. My dad say's it's 'cause my mom really liked them, but I think it's embarrassing." "Well I think it's cute Dai," the four year old girl complemented, turning the little boy's ear's red-not that anyone could see.

The two continued to converse, forgetting about their ghost counterparts that lurked over them and not noticing the figure walking up to the sand box.

"Hey (Y/n). Who're you talking to?" (e/c) and black eyes turned to meet violet ones. (Y/n) beamed as she got up to greet her friend. "Toshi!" She yelled, tackling the boy in a hug, taking them both down. Shinso let out a small grunt of pain as his but landed on the ground. "Ow! (Y/n), you're heavy ya' know," the violet eyed boy said with a small grin, receiving a smack-that didn't hurt a bit-on his head. "Am not!" the (h/t)(hair type(d)) haired girl pouted, getting off of her friend as he retorted, "Are too!" Starting a small argument between the two.

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"Am not!"

"Are too!"

"Am not!"

"Um, (Y/n)?"

A timid voice interrupted the playful banter between the two friends, causing their gazes to turn towards the numerous-eyed boy who was still sitting in the sand box, his eyes focused on multiple things-(Y/n) and Shinso, his fiddling fingers, and various places around the park. "Yes, Dai?" (Y/n) asked, a close-eyed smile on her face before the snapped open in realization. "Oh! Dai!" The girl took Shinso's hand and dragged him into the sandpit as she begun to introduce her two friends to eachother. "Dai, this is my bestest friend, Hitoshi Shinso. Toshi, this is my newest friend, Daifuku Reikuun."

Nanashi raised an eyebrow at this. He thought he was your bestest friend. "Daifuku? Like the sweet?" Shinso questioned, making the tips of the mentioned boy's ears turn bright red as he nodded. "My mom really liked them," was what he said receiving a nod from the other boy. "Cool," Shinsou said digging in his short's pocket and pulling out a rectangular shaped red box as he continued, "Anyways, my mom brought pocky on the way here. She told me to share it with you. You want some Reikuun?" At the mention of his name, Daifuku turned his attention towards his new friend and nodded his head rapidly. And so, the three friends ate their pocky in the sandbox, and played until they all had to go home.

As (Y/n) brushed her doll's hair in her room, a dark mist began to solidify itself next to the girl's Power Puff Girls themed bed. Both her and Nanashi turned their attention to the mist, the ghost taking a protective stance in front of the girl. As the mist solidified, it took the figure of the ghost girl from earlier. The one who was constantly behind Daifuku. Seeing this, the bright eyed girl grinned, while Nanashi only glared in distrust, lowering his defensive stance, but still ready to protect (Y/n) if any thing went wrong.

"Oh, it's you! The ghost that hangs around Dai!" (Y/n) exclaimed, receiving no response. Peeking around, Nanashi's legs-not that there was a point, she could see through them somewhat-(Y/n) asked, "Do you have a problem with speaking too?" The girl jumped in surprise when she heard a soothing, woman-like voice echo around her room.

"I have no problem with speaking child. I've only come here to thank you." (Y/n) was confused. Thank her? For what? 'Seeing' the child's visible confusion, the ghost continued, "I see that you've befriended my little boy, Daifuku," Hearing her black haired friend being mentioned peaked the little girl's interest. She wondered what this ghost's connection to him was. "Recently I've noticed that he's been having...trouble making friends at kindergarten because of the appearance that his mutant type quirk has given him. Today I witnessed you and one other boy bond with my son and I want to thank you for that. Please relay this thanks to that other boy. I, Sachiko Reikuun, are forever in your debt." With that, the no-faced ghost bowed and disappeared in the same fashion she appeared in.
