Karin's POV - The next day (Thursday)
I woke up to the alarm on my phone, the sun was beaming today. I got up went to the bathroom to release myself, brush my teeth, and get in the shower. After i got out the shower i did my hair in a simple bun. I went to my closet to get dressed in my scrubs and my comfortable huaraches, i went downstairs to look in my fridge. Seeing that i didn't have nothing i craved at the moment i closed it, guess i'm getting something to eat on my way there. I went out the house and locked up.
I entered my car and connected my phone to the aux. As soon as i was getting turnt up listening to Lauren Hill my phone rang, i was surprised to see that Pop was calling me
{Phone Call}
Me: "Hello"
Bashar: "Wassup mamas"
Me : "Nothing just trying to see what i did to get this honorable phone call"
Bashar : "Haha i was just calling to see what you doing and shit"
Me : "I'm on my way to work but i'm stopping at Mc'Donalds first"
Bashar : "Oh okay, you want me to bring you lunch"
Me: "Aww that's so sweet but its up to you"
Bashar: "Yea i'm down with that, but chill with that sap shit". He chuckled as i went through the drive thru of Mickey D's. "Hold on let me call you back"
Me: "Okay"
After 30 seconds he called back but this time on Facetime, it looked like he was playing a game, on his PS4 i guess
Me: "Oh my god, you know that after i get my food i have to drive right"
Bashar: "Yea just put your phone somewhere where i can see you"
Me: "Ugh okay"
I propped my phone on top of the dashboard where he can see me but i can still drive
"Welcome to Mc'Donalds, what would you like". The lady on the drive thru machine said. "Hello, can i get two bacon, egg, and cheese Mc'Griddles and a medium frappe". I said. "Okay will that be all". She asked. "Yes please, thank you"
"Okay your total is $8.46, next window please". She said happily. "Thanks". I drove up to the next window and waited for the lady
Bashar: "Damn you so polite"
Me: "I almost forgot you was on the phone, and yea i don't want her to spit in my food"
Bashar: "I feel you, what you want to eat for lunch"
Me: "It doesn't matter to me, i'm not a picky eater"
Bashar: "Aight, what hospital you work at, and what time is your lunch?"
Me: "Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and at 2:30". "Thank you". I said to the lady that handed me my food and i drove off
Bashar: "Aight well let me get off your phone so you wont crash". We laughed
Me: "Okay, see you at my lunch, and i cant wait for our date tomorrow"
Bashar: "Yea me too, i know you gonna like it and shit"
Me: "Yea, well see you later"
Bashar: "See you later mamas"
{Phone Call Over}
Lord that man is just too fine, i was nervous on the phone a little bit because he was looking too good.
Pop Smoke's POV -
I'm at home chilling. I just got off the phone with Karin, i'm gonna bring her lunch today. I just want to see her, i feel like i haven't seen her in a long time even tho that's not true. While i was on the phone with her i could tell she was a little nervous i love making her feel that way, it makes me feel accomplished.
She was looking too good in her scrubs, i could see her like that everyday and not care. But fuck allat sap shit imma get back to what i was doing and that beating my homie Jiggy ass in this 2K19.
Jiggy is one of my members, he cool and shit, we hit a couple of licks together and he a real solid person, nigga never switched up. I love his daughter like she my own that little girl is a gang banging bad ass four year old but she my niece so get away with shit.
"Who was that she look bad as fuck". He said being mad nosy. "Damn nigga all up in my phone". I laughed. "You hit that yet". He said rubbing his chin. "Nah, we not on that type of timin', ". I said shrugging. "Really, damn i'm shocked she must be the one, and she work at a hospital". He said looking surprised
"Yea i'm taking my time with her, you was just all in our conversation". We laughed. "Well nigga it was hard not to you paused the game and the shit was on speaker". He shrugged. "Mhm nigga, where my niece at tho?"
"She with my mama, that's the only person she been asking for 'daddy can we go to gamma's house'. He mocked her. "Oh, i wanna see her that's my little ride or die". I said. "Shit you can keep her". We laughed
"Aye don't be playing my niece like that, you know her body". I said jumping at him. "She ain't gonna do shit, she need her ass whooped". He said jumping back at me. "What she do?". I said laughing already knowing she did some bad shit
"She told the teacher to suck her dick". He said looking at me crazy. "She got that shit from you, you be cursing". I said laughing and shrugging. "Nah nigga she need to stop, i need Aaliyah to stop tryna argue with me because of what she doing".
"I'll talk to her when i see her, she gonna listen to me". I said. "Aight but lets get back to this game i'm tryna beat ya ass". He said confidently. "Nigga you lost three times ". I laughed
A couple of hours later...
It was 1:50, so i was about to head out to go buy Karin's lunch. I was getting her a chop cheese. I don't know what she like so i wasn't bout to be just buying shit. "Ayo Jiggy i'm bout to leave and go buy this girl her food and take it to her, you wanna ride?". I asked him
"Hell yea i wanna see who making my chuz do all this sap shit". He said shaking his head. "Ha ha ard". We walked out, i locked up, we went in my Audi today. 10 minutes later we pulled up at the store. "I'm getting out real quick to go get her food you want something?"
"Yea bro get me a Pepsi and a bag of Doritos". I nodded. "Aight"
I went in the store ordered me and her chop cheese's cause i was hungry too, i went and got all of us a bag of Doritos, Jiggy Pepsi, Karin's Arizona, and my Sprite. As soon as i walked up our food was ready so i paid the man and left out.
"Yo Wassgood Boss". Some nigga named Biggs that worked at the trap said. "Wassup". I dapped him up. "Aight chuz imma see you at the spot". He said walking off. "Aight chuz". I called out
I got in the car and drove off to the hospital. On the way there we was bumping some 50 cent. As i pulled up to the hospital i texted Karin since it was 2:30 on the dot, i told Jiggy to get in the back so she could get in the passenger seat
Karin's POV -
Bashar texted me telling me he was outside. Damn right on time i checked the camera in my phone to see if i looked okay. Then i went outside, he was just on the hood of his car on his phone
"Hello". I said as i was walking up. "Wassup". He said as he pulled me in to a long hug in his big, buff manly arms. "I'm hungry so you came right on time". I said rubbing my stomach. "Damn fat ass you only want the food". He said laughing
"I mean its good to have your company but food is life". I said shrugging and laughing with him. "Yea i feel you well lets get in". He opened his car door for me and then closed it. "Thank you, you are a gentlemen". I said as he got in and closed his door
"I treat my mom and my sister the same way, i was raised like that". He shrugged. Then somebody cleared their throat. I turned my head to look back, and saw a guy. "Oh you had company, why you didn't tell me". I looked at Bashar
"Oh i forgot his ass was back there, Karin this my homie Jiggy, Jiggy this Karin". He introduced us. "Hello". I said with a light smile. "Wassup, damn ma you mad beautiful". He replied. "Thanks, preciate' it"
"Nigga she know she beautiful you don't gotta tell her that". He turned and looked at his friend sounding a little jealous. "Its okay Bashar he just gave me a compliment that's all". I said laughing a little bit. "Damn nigga it was a harmless compliment, see you gave her that government though". His friend said wiggling his eyebrows
"I'm not his girl, just a friend". I said. "Its ight y'all soon be together". His friend said. "Yea she know the vibes". Bashar looked at me. "Mhm right". I said sarcastically. "Don't say it like that, you know you my mamas". He smiled
"I guess". I blushed so hard eating a half of the chop cheese. "Mmm this is so good, thank you". I said licking my lips. "No problem, you bussin that shit down". He pointed out. "I'm hungry and you are too". I said looking at him stuffing his face too
"You right". He said nodding.
After we was done eating we started talking, 5 minutes later i had to go back to work
"Okay guys i have to go back into work". I said pouting. "Don't pout, let me help you out the car""Okay". I laughed at how stern he said it.
We got out the car and he walked me back to the hospital building
"Thank you for lunch it was so good". I said smiling. "No problem, make sure you ready at three for our date tomorrow". He pointed his finger at me. "Yes sir". I saluted and we laughed. "You crazy but text me when you get home after work"
"Okay". I said a little sad
He pulled me into a hug, his body felt so warm and i felt a little spark when we touched. I finally pulled away
"W-well see you tomorrow". I stuttered when his lips came in contact with my forehead. "Yea mamas". He chuckled
He walked off as i went into the hospital to go back to work i had a couple of patients coming in that had appointments with the doctors. And a lot of people called in for walk- ins so i was pretty busy today.
After the work shift...
I was finally done so i clocked out and headed out. I got in my car and drove to the Chinese restaurant to pick up the order i placed 10 minutes before i left. I pulled up and picked the food up then drove home. 10 minutes later i arrived home, i was so drained. I put the food on my kitchen counter, went upstairs and took a shower but as i put the towel on me i got a Facetime call from Bashar
{Facetime call}
Me: "Hello"
Bashar: "Wassup mamas you lookin' good in that towel"
Me: "Oh shit i forgot, but i just got out the shower, sorry". I propped my phone on my vanity while i went to go put on my pajamas. I put on some biker shorts, and a tank top
Me: "Okay i'm dressed ta daaaaa". I said as i did a 360 spin
Bashar: "Wait spin again". I spent again. "Ya ass lookin' nice mamas"
Me: "Boy stop it". My cheeks heated up
Bashar: "Shit ya ass always lookin' nice even in ya nurse uniform"
Me: "Oh my god, never did you say my scrubs but thank you"
Bashar: "No problem, i just wanted to call you and say goodnight cause i know you had a long day"
Me: "Yea thank you, and goodnight Bashar"
Bashar: "Goodnight mamas"
