You guys know this OTP generator thing. Well I'm trying something knew since I can't get any ideas lately so I guess bare with me.
"Come on _____ just try this, it's actually really good and not that bitter." San says. You slightly push the cup of coffee away from you.
"San I already told you, I would rather drink an isotonic drink rather than coffee. The isotonic drinks keep me up way better than coffee." San sips the coffee.
"Suit yourself. Hey how about for the next study session we go to a cafe. I heard there is this new cat cafe that just opened." San wiggles his brows. He knew your soft spot for cats was huge. You glared at San.
"Fine but your not going to convince me to drink coffee." San pouts.
"You're lame." San says as he continues studying.
For the next few days, you went to the library to study. You found out you need another book cause you finished reading and studying the first one. You quickly searched the shelves for the next. When you spot it, you tried jumping for it.
"Damn whoever is this 6 feet giant that placed it too high." You say under your breath. Suddenly you felt someone else helping to reach the book for you. You turned to face the person.
"Here." Holy shit. This man was beautiful...which planet did he come from.
"T-Thank you." He flashes a smile and goes on his way. Your heart raced a million times faster. It's not everyday to see such a handsome gentleman.
"I need to tell San about him..." You went back to your table and quickly packed everything. On your way back, you called San. The both of you were roommates at the dorm but today he had some practice.
"Hello San?"
"Well well well, finally calling me after having my number for so long huh." San says.
"Shut up. I need to tell you something."
"Hmm okay bye babe." You hear a peck.
"Who was that?"
"My boyfriend."
"Right...his name is wooyoung right?"
"Yup, anyways what did you want to talk about?"
"Some hot dude just helped me grab a book from the top shelf."
"Okay and? Did you get his number?"
"Well no he walked aw-"
"Don't tell me about him until you get his damn number."
"Anything else?"
"Oh and suck his dick." You sighed at san's words.
"You really only care about when I get about to get dicked down."
"That's the point. You can tell me then, it will add more flavour to this whole thing."
"I hate you."
"Anyways, I have to go. Remember to tell me when you get fucked!"
"No how about you remember to not miss the study session!"
"Oh of course, wooyoung might join too hun."
"I'm gonna third wheel."
"Too bad, you signed up for this."
"Well I'm sorry no existent man likes me? I'm not cut out to find a boy that likes me."
"Poor ____. Well I really have to go now bye!"
"Bye." You end the call. You unlocked the dorm then placed your bags on the coffee table. Well it was pretty boring and you were lazy to study right now so you just picked up the remote and start binge watching some kdramas.
San comes home.
"For once I actually don't see you studying."
"I was too tired."
"Did that guy take the motivation from you to study?" San says.
"Maybe...but you can't exactly say the actual cause."
"Scoot over. I haven't watched this episode yet." You moved over. San sits beside you. You lay your head on his shoulder. You and San were quite clingy and cuddly with each other but it's all just friends. Besides San had his boyfriend.
3 days passed by and you told San to meet up at the café. Obviously, you made it first because San was always the type to be fashionably late. You took a seat. You could see the cats pass the gate area. They looked so cute.
That's where you lost it, you stood up and went to the counter. When your eyes met with the cashier...oh no, it was that handsome gentleman.
"What can I get you-oh? Aren't you the girl that needed help to reach the book?"
"A-Ah yes...it's kinda embarrassing if you put it that way." The guy laughs.
"I'm sorry but welcome to our cat cafe. Would like any drinks?" You scanned the board, there weren't much drinks and you didn't really like smoothies that much so you opted to buy coffee although you hated it.
"Can I have the oreo mocha frape?"
"Whip cream?"
"Sure." He types in the order.
"Your probably going to play with the cats so we have some cat treats and toys you can use."
"Thank you I will buy the cat treats later. Just maybe will need the toy." The guy hands you the cat toy.
"Your drink will be out in a second Ms?"
"I'm _____." He smiles and nods.
"Then in that case, you can call me Seonghwa."
"Okay. Umm i will just go umm play with the cats." You awkwardly say. He chuckles and smiles. You placed your coat down on your chair. You sat on the floor. A cat comes up and meows at you.
"That's cookies by the way." Seonghwa says.
"Cookies? That's a cute name." She settles herself on your lap and starts purring when you pet her.
"So adorable." After playing with the cats, you went back to your table. Seonghwa comes up with your drink.
"Here is your drink."
"Thanks." You opened up your notebook.
"Studying?"
"Yup, we have a huge major test coming up, so it's chaos. My friend is supposed to be here but-" The bell dings.
"Hey _____." San says. His eyes spot the person you were talking about.
"If you need anything I will be at counter, just need to feed the cats." Seonghwa smiles, he quickly leaves. San sits in front of you.
"So that's the guy huh." San smirks.
"Yes and shut up."
"Got his number yet?"
"No."
"Well go ask for it."
"It's not simple San. Anyways where is wooyoung?"
"He couldn't come. My baby is sick." He pouts.
"Well at least he let you go to study."
"Well he didn't want me to get sick." San notices the drink you were about to have. "Wait isnt that coffee?"
"No."
"You're lying, i've had that drink before at McDonald's."
"Damn okay you caught me." You took a sip of it. The strong taste of coffee, it was bitter and you hated it.
"So can I have it?" San says as he tries to grab it. You pulled it back to you.
"No. I bought this and Seonghwa made it for me." San smirks.
"Oh so if I order won't it count as I'm cheating on wooyoung? Cause Seonghwa made the drink for me?"
"Fuck off San." He chuckles. From what Seonghwa sees, he felt like you and San were boyfriend and girlfriend so he backed off. He thinks you're really pretty but if you are dating, he respects that.
After today, you honestly seriously want to come to see Seonghwa. Okay but it's also maybe because he works at a cat cafe and you love cats. Mostly cause you actually have a crush on Seonghwa.
So what did you do a few days later? You went to the café again. Sadly Seonghwa wasn't there, another person replaced him and it was his co-worker, Yunho.
He was pretty handsome too but your eyes completely remained on Seonghwa.
"Hey ____. Here for another study session?" Yunho says. You smile and nod. "The usual?"
"Yeah, thanks yunho."
"Anytime. Bet you are looking seonghwa." He smiles.
"Yeah, why hasn't he come to work here for a few days?"
"Well he just told me he had to visit his home. He hasn't seen his parents in a while so he thought he'd visit them." You nod.
"Anyways cookies has been waiting for you. She keeps pacing around and meowing."
"I'm not even her owner."
"Well, not many customers play with Cookies. She is after all an energetic kitten."
"Poor cookies. Anyways could you add some cat treats into the bill. I'm gonna spoil cookies."
"Of course." Yunho smiles. He hands you the cat treats and you make your way over to cookies.
"Hey baby." Cookies manages to meow before rubbing herself on your legs. You sat down on the floor.
"Sit." She listens. Damn okay you really trained her well.
"Woah, when I tell her to do that it never works. It's like cookies really loves you." Yunho says
"Well what can I say yunho, I'm a cookies whisperer." You wink. He chuckles. Someone walks in. Yunho happily greets them.
"Hey." Oh god that voice.
"Seonghwa?"
"Haven't seen you in a while." He says.
"Well you haven't come to work, I have been here almost everyday to study."
"Really? What about your little boyfriend?"
"Who?"
"You know that guy when we met for the first time in the café."
"Ah, San? No you got that wrong. He is just my best friend, he isn't into girls and he has a boyfriend."
"Oh...I'm sorry I didn't know." Seonghwa apologises.
"It's fine." Cookies nudges you to continue petting her. You look down and smiled when she meows.
"This isn't normally how cookies acts though."
"Hyung, she has been like that since ____ comes over almost everyday. If ____ doesn't come one day, she meows like crazy."
"Angel no~You are so adorable but mommy can't come everyday. I'm not your owner and I can't take you home. The headmaster will kill me if they find out about you."
"Well how about you take a picture and I will have it on my phone for when Cookies misses you." Seonghwa suggests. You blush.
"O-Okay." You get ready to pose. Seonghwa pulls out his phone. He takes the picture and shows you.
"I can retake it if you'd like."
"Its fine. You're really good at taking photos." You say. Seonghwa gets flustered. Yunho clears his throat.
"Okay but I can't watch you two simply subtly flirting with each other. I don't wanna third wheel. How about you two just text each other. It will be way better cause if Cookies needs more pictures of you Seonghwa hyung can just ask for it and you can snap a photo of yourself." Yunho says.
"But that means I need his number." You say.
"I can give it to you-If you umm don't mind."
"Yeah I don't mind." You hand Seonghwa your phone so he can dial his number. He texts your number and instantly a short message shows up.
Then of course between each texts Seonghwa sends you, you find it weird cause sometimes he asks for selfies at the wrong timings. Especially when you were in class, you had to excuse yourself to go to the bathroom and snap a picture.
Who released the butterflies in your stomach? Anyways yeah, so when school ends you went to the café. San nudges you to confess while you leave the school together.
"Come on ____ just do it."
"It's not easy San. I'm sure he and me are just friends."
"Oh please, all those flirting and texts. I don't think you guys are just friends."
"Whatever San."
"Okay if you're gonna be like that, I'm leaving for my date with Wooyoung. See ya." He walks aways. You rolled your eyes and you walked to the café.
You walk into the café. You spot cookies waiting, you smiled and went to pick her up.
"Hi angel, I haven't seen you in a while." You say to her. Then you felt a hand around your waist. You jumped at the contact.
"Chill out it's me."
"Omg Seonghwa you scared me." He smiles.
"Let's sit down and have some coffee."
"Okay then I want my-" He holds out your drink.
"Here I made this while you were on your way here."
"Thanks." You sip the drink. You and seonghwa sat down on the ground. The café was closed today but you were a regular customer so Seonghwa and yunho always let you in during their off days so you could play with Cookies.
"So, umm about the heart I sent through the text-"
"I like you." Seonghwa says. Your eyes widened.
"That was sudden Seonghwa."
"I know...but I just can't keep these feelings when I'm around you. I just feel weird. I had to let you know, it's fine if you don't like me."
"Seonghwa no, I like you too."
"R-Really?" You nod. He bit his lips.
"Then can I k-kiss you? I-I have been wanting to for a very long time." You giggle.
"Sure, your too cute asking for consent. I can't reject that." Seonghwa places a hand on your cheeks and leans forward. He kissed you. Just as the kiss was progressing and getting a bit too much...Cookies had enough of it and jumped on you. You and seonghwa pulled away.
"Cookies, me and Seonghwa were having a moment." She meows.
"Don't mind her." He places his hand under your chin so you can look at him. "The main attraction is here." He kisses you again.
