(A/n; ok, so I decided U.A. will be a college instead of a Highschool. So Izuku, Rias, and Akeno will be 18. Issei, Xenovia, Kiba, Asia, Irina, and Koneko, she is older due to a reason which will be revealed later, will be 17 but all moved up a year to get into U.A. Now the big thing, the original story of Highschool DxD is canon with the addition of Izuku as the White Dragon Emperor and a little twist down the line. Which means Vali never existed, khaos brigade did however, but their more of just vali's team plus Orphis being mercenaries. More will be explained later but now onto the story)

It was a bright day outside in mustafu (A/n; did I spell that right?). One child however, was a bit saddened. His name was Izuku Midoriya, he had recently learned that he wouldn't manifest a quirk, but to make things worse, his father had died overseas and his mother was suffering from an illness. Thus the 4 year old was thrusted into a life no 4 year old should ever be in. Yet, as Izuku was thinking, he found himself in the park. Feeling a bit tired, he sat on a bench and simply watch the trees sway in the wind.
Izuku;'God, I know you probably have no time, for a quirkless Deku like me but please, I ask of you grant me something to get through this hard time in my life. Amen' he thought as he felt a tear coming down his face.
However the young boy was shaken from his thoughts by a loud explosion from nearby the park. As he looked over, he saw his frie- no bully would be a better word. Izuku became angered, ever since Bakugo manifested his quirk, he became a bully. Using his explosions on others, putting others down, and actively trying to make Izuku's live a living hell. But this is not what angered Izuku, what angered him was he was hitting a red-head with long hair and a black haired girl with with an orange ribbon holding her hair in a pony tail, both looked to be Izuku's age.
Izuku;' no....I-I-I want to help.... but I'll get be more then a burden'. Izuku thought bitterly. Izuku always wanted to be a hero but now that he was quirkless he thought again it.
???;" Are you just going to watch?" A odd voice asked in Izuku's mind. The boy looked around to find who the voice belonged to but couldn't find it.
???; " Have you forsaken them to save yourself from your tormentor. They'll get hurt more if do nothing and watch, who knows maybe you'll become their hero." The voice said and Izuku knew that the voice was right, Bakugo will keep hurting them and he wanted to be a hero.

So being the hero he was, he ran to Bakugo just as he was about to set of another explosion. He got in front with his arms stretched out to shield them from the explosion. Izuku expected the blow to hurt but it didn't as the same voice yelled.
???;(DIVIDE)! The voice bellowed out. The four kids watched in surprise as a good sized explosion shrunk in power to a simple warm wind.
Bakugo:" wha...what!! What did you do De-." The explosions boy cut himself of as he saw Izuku.
Izuku's determined face morphed in to surprise as he looked at his back, and saw bone-like structures coming from his back as two blue 'feathers' came from them. The girls were surprise as well as they knew what the wings were but were sure that the wings are real. Izuku then shook out of his surprise and faced his ex- friend.
Izuku; " No more Bakugo. No more hurting others. No more bullying. Now leave." Izuku proclaimed as his eyes glowed an icy blue. Bakugo shakily stepped back before running home. As the wings disappeared in a blue partial affect, he turn to the girls.
(End Music)
Izuku;" Are you two ok?" He asked worried for them
Red-head;" y-yes thank you for saving us. My name is Rias Gremory and this is my friend Akeno Himejima." The girl now known as Rias said the the boy.
Akeno;" Yes thank you for helping us. But what is you name?" The asked with a slight head tilt.
Izuku;" oh, sorry. My name is Izuku Midoriya." The boy said with a bright smile in which the two girls made a slight blush at.
'C-cute' the girls thought in union.
Izuku;" So do you two want to play for a bit." Izuku asked, hoping for two new friends.
Rias;" Yeah, we can play for a little bit. Until my big brother comes and gets us at least." She said and Akeno agreed with a small smile and a nod.
Izuku;" yay! Tag your it Rias!" Izuku yelled as he tapped Rias' shoulder and ran away as the girls began to chase him around.
After seemingly an hour or two of playing, a men with shoulder length hair and blue-green eyes in a suit walked into a park with a girl with long sliver hair in a maid uniform.
Red-haired man;"Rias! Akeno! It's time to go!" In an brotherly tone.
Izuku;" Hey, Rias that man is calling you." Izuku said while looking at the man.
Akeno;" Oh? Rias it's Sirzechs. " she called out to her friend. As trio walked to the now name Sirzechs, Izuku looked saddened and Akeno noticed this as they walked.
Akeno;" Izuku, what's wrong? Why do you look sad?" She asked in a caring tone. A tone Izuku only heard in his mother.
Izuku;" it's.... my mom. She's really sick and is at the hospital so I'll need to visit her in a few." He said in a sad tone.
Sirzechs;" Oh, I'm sorry about that young one. Tell me what is your mother's name and we'll all go visit her." The man said.
Izuku;" Mom's name is Inko sir." He said with tear threatening to fall. As Sirzechs and the sliver haired lady heard this name their eyes widened at the revelation and hugged the boy.
Confused Izuku asked," wait why are you hugging me?" He said with his head tilted.
Sirzechs;" The reason being is that both I and my wife, Grayfia, ours lives. As your mother, Inko saved our lives two years ago."
The three kids look shocked that Izuku's mother saved the husband and wife. Speaking of the husband and wife, both Sirzechs and Grayfia has warm smiles on their faces remind the short time they had known Inko.
Izuku;" Ano... Mr. Sirzechs can you tell me what happened those years ago?" The boy asked with increasing curiosity.
Sirzechs;" Of course my boy, but please just call me Sirzechs. Now let us walk to the hospital and I'll tell you about it." The man replied as the kids and Grayfia followed Sirzechs.
(Flashbacks 2 years ago)
It was a cold, rainy afternoon as Inko was walking back home from the daycare where she picked up a two year old Izuku. As she was walking home however, she heard groans form the alley as she walked by. So she decided to investigate and found a man in some odd armor and a woman in a maid outfit. Both of them were badly injured, the woman looked worse then the man however.
Inko;" Hello? Do you two need help? My apartment is not far from here." The sweet woman called out to them.
Sirzechs look up and saw the mother and son with tears in his eyes as he told the woman that they needed help.
So Inko gave Izuku to Sirzechs. Inko didn't understand why but she felt that she could trust the man. So Inko picked up Grayfia on her back and led Sirzechs to her apartment. As they got their Inko went on auto-pilot and began cleaning wounds, stitching gashes and much more that lasted the entire night.
The next morning both Grayfia and Sirzechs awoke on Inko's guest bed. But as soon as they tried to get up, they winced in pain as Inko came in with some food and water for them. After they were mostly healed, they told Inko who they truly are, as Devils. But not just any normal devils but Lucifer and his queen.
Suffice to say Inko was shocked but wasn't worried. Not one bit, as she saw how calm Izuku was around the two devils. Yet even when it was for Sirzechs and Grayfia to leave, they wanted to give Ink something to repay her. Too their surprise, Inko didn't want anything, just that if their in the neighborhood then to say hi.
And with that the Devil king and queen agreed and left.
(Present, at the hospital)
As Izuku and the group arrived at the hospital, and after checking in, they walked up to Inko's room. Yet the closer they got to Inko's room, Akeno noticed Izuku's mood had become worse. So, Akeno knowing what it's like to lose a mother, held Izuku's hand, with a slight blush.
When the group entered the room, the Devil King and Queen were saddened at the state of their old friend, when the nurse in the room noticed the group, she went towards the red haired man and whispered in his ear.
Nurse;" She doesn't have much longer to live, an hour or two at most, two and a half if she's lucky. She has also signed a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order so please prepare both yourselves and her son please." with that the nurse walked out.
Sirzechs;" Grayfia dear, can you talk to Inko while I talk to the kids for a moment." Grayfia had noticed the sadness in her husband's voice and simply nodded as she went over to Her friend's bedside and started to catch up on things.
As Grayfia talked to Inko, Sirzechs talked to the kids. telling them what the nurse had told him. All the while, Izuku was crying with Akeno and Rias holding him in a hug. After Sirzechs finished explaining what was happening, they all went to Inko's bed, were they talked and even reveled to that they are devils with Akeno being a Fallen Angel to Izuku's surprise. But in the back of Izuku's mind he was thinking about that voice from earlier. But was snapped out of his thoughts when his mother had said something that surprised him.
Inko;" Sirzechs, Grayfia. I would like to use that favor you gave me." Both Sirzechs and Grayfia nodded to the Mother.
Inko;" I would like for you to take care of my Izuku for me. I can feel my life fading as we speak so please promise me that you'll take care of him for me." To both Sirzech Gremory-Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifuge-Gremory replied.
" We promise to take care of Izuku in your place Inko." With that Grayfia stepped out of the room to grab some adoption papers for Izuku. As Inko smilied at her friends and her son, her heartbeat started to slow down. And slowly her heart had stopped. Leaving Inko Midoriya deceased.
As Izuku held his mother's hand for one last time, his back started to glow and icy blue. then a loud voice bellowed out from seemingly nowhere.
(Divine Dividing Second Liberation!)
As those words were said, Izuku 'grew' wings with three large blue energy like feathers. Save to say Izuku was amazed by the wing. But Sirzechs was astonished that he never felt the scared gear hidden in Izuku, especially one as powerful as the Divine Dividing. Aken and Rias more so now that they finally knew the power of the hero that had saved them from a bully not to long ago. But they were all snapout of their thoughts when a voice said.
???;( Greetings, my name is Albion. The Heavenly Dragon of Supremancy and the White Dragon Emperor. But to you Izuku, I am you partner, your sarced gear. Thus making you Izuku the New Dragon of Supremacy. And I am sorry for your mother young one.) The dragon now known as Albion told his new parnter, Izuku was amazed yet teriffied at this new power, but that all went away when Akeno gently squeezed his hand and told him.
Akeno;" Don't worry Izu, you have me, Rias, Albion and other to help you get through this so don't worry." She said with a smile as she hugged Izuku tight.
Izuku;' She's right I will get through this. I will become strong. and I'll protect my new family.' The boy though as he hugged Akeno back.
Albion;( Indeed you will partner. Indeed you will.) The dragon said in Izuku's mind.

(A/n; So new book. I would like to say that I'm sorry for not uploading in a while but I've just been drained on some other stuff. But I am happy to publish this new book as my thoughts and ideas as just flowing though my head. With that said however, I am putting my other book Gen; Locked Heroes on hold, as I've hit a bit of a block in ideas for it, so I do apologize for that.
