"Ang aga naman natin umalis Ashley, where are we going?" Ashley didn't answer for a couple of minutes
"Let's drive around for now" sabi niyang nakangiti
"San naman? It's so early, by the time we get there pagod na tayo"
I said while smiling sarcastically
"Chill Alex meron ka ba ngayon? drive around lang tayo near the lake and stuff. We'll grab some food, enjoy yung mga scenery downtown" she explained
"Okay okay, sige na nga and No I'm not on my period" suko ko naman sa argument niya
"You've become a taong bahay na talaga noh?" she jokingly said
And nag chuckled lang ako
"Siguro nga, I didn't go out of the house in a very long time" naala ko yung mga time na sobrang depress pa ako. And I don't want to return in those moments.
"Anong ginagawa mo sa mga oras na yun? Mukmok ganun?" It sounded na parang nang aasar siya pero seryoso naman yung tanong niya.
"Ou, I was just laying down, spacing out" yun lang yung mga nasabi ko sa kanya.
"Kung ako yan girl, I don't want to experience that." She said shivering on the thoughts
"Kaya nga, umayos ka sa paghahanap ng jowa" pang asar ko naman sa kanya
"That's also the reason why wala pa akong jowa" biro niya naman
"Why? Are you scared?" Seryosong tanong ko sa kanya
Bago niya pa masagot yung tanong we pulled in the drive thru to order some food
After we got our order, tumuloy na kami sa pag dadrive
Mejo mahaba haba pa yung oras namin
I grab some food and ate
Bumili lang kami ng pagkain na pwede gawing snack
Para di rin mahirap kay Ashley because she's driving
Kaya habang nag dadrive siya I'm feeding her food
At inaabutan nang drinks, it looks like we're a couple
"To answer your question..." sabi ni Ashley "...di naman sa takot, siguro the right guy is not here yet" sabi niya while focusing on the road
"I'm waiting for the right guy, and I hope na siya na nga talaga yun" biglang naging quiet yung paligid namin
"Dude, magkaka first boyfriend ka pa lang kaya, okay lang naman to get your heart broken eh. Tsaka it could also be a lesson, para matuto ka of what love really is." Explain ko naman sa kanya
"Luh, porket may experience na to" biro niya naman at napatawa lang kaming dalawa
"Wag ka nga masyadong seryoso diyan" dagdag niya naman
Meron talagang time na we could never talk seriously. Lahat dinadaan namin sa biro, because it's cringing us.
"I'm just saying Ash. Totoo naman kase" I smiled
"You've become so mature and serious simula nung nangyari yun" I know what she meant. Napayuko lang ako at ngumiti.
She was right though, my life has became more serious and gloomy. Parang di na ako yung masayang Alexa, I feel like everything is just sad and dark.
"That's why, I'm here to cheer you up! Kaya tayo gagala habang nandito ka para naman maibalik mo yung mga nasayang mong oras while you're just at home mourning for the love that you don't even deserve" grabe ang haba nang sinabi niya ah
"Ouch, Ash" yun lang nasabi ko
"That's the truth, tanggapin mo na" she looked at me and smiled
"Duh, natanggap ko naman na noh, edi sana wala ako dito ngayon kung hindi pa" pagtataray ko naman sa kanya
"That's what I said Alex" palusot niya pa
I just rolled my eyes and we continued driving around the area
Nakakarelax naman yung mga tanawin, madaming tao pero the scenery is all that matters.

It was finally 8pm, nag park na lang kami kase ang gastos na sa gas. "You're paying for my gas later aight?" Ashley said, wala nang tanong tanong.
Langhiya talaga tong babaeng to "sino ba kase nag sabi sayo to drive around? Ikaw diba? Ikaw mag bayad" argue ko naman sa kanya. "Sige naman na, please" she looked at me with a puppy eyes
"Di mo ko makukuha sa ganyan" I sarcastically smiled at her
She gave up eventually, "damot mo talaga" sabi niya naman sakin kunwari nag tatampo
"Tara na, it's already 8pm" aya ko naman sa kanya
"Excited ka ghorl?" Tanong niya naman
Natawa lang ako sa sinabi niya at bumaba na kami ng sasakyan
Medyo malapit lang naman yung plaza sa pinag-park namin. It was only a five minutes walk.
Buti na lang summer
I can already hear the loud music, hindi pa naman nag sisimula pero ang dami nang tao sa plaza
"Ash! You think we can be at the front?" I shouted cause the music so loud
She just nodded at me "siksik lang tayo papuntang front?" She sheepishly smiled at me
I rolled my eyes at her "bastos!" I said jokingly and I saw her laugh
Packed na yung plaza kaya nahirapan kaming mag pa harap, but we still made it through the crowd
"Huy! Baka awayin tayo dito, isn't this first come first serve?" I asked her "eh! No big deal, free na nga ito eh" binalewala niya lang yung sinabi at tinanong ko. I shrugged it off, the DJ is the one that's performing right now, meron pa namang ibang mag perform later at night.
We were given light sticks and we also put on bandanas right before we entered the plaza, para naman kuwari astigin daw.
The night was getting deeper at umiinit na din yung mga paligid, kakasayaw at kakatalon namin. Tinignan ko yung oras sa phone ko and it was already 11pm.
They said it's going to be done by 12am, nauuhaw na ako. I don't know where to get some drinks, at ang hirap ng lumabas dito. Sana pala bumili ako ng drinks bago pumunta dito.
I tapped Ashley's shoulders, "want some drink?" I shouted through the loud music. "Yeah sure, I'm kind of thirsty too" she shouted back, I nodded. I tried squeezing myself out from the crowd. Pumunta ako sa pinakamalapit na drink vendors di naman kalayuan.
I ordered the drinks and waited for it tapos may tumabi sakin, I didn't mind it, maybe he just wants to buy too. "Hi!" Bigla niyang sabi, lumingon ako sa paligid ko, maybe I'm not the person he's talking too.
Tinignan ko siya tapos tinuro ko sarili ko "me?" Tanong ko.
Napatawa lang yung lalaki sa tabi ko, he nodded "yeah you!" He smiled. "Uhm hi?" Ayoko naman maging rude. Sakto naman dumating na yung drinks na inorder ko, I took it and said bye to the guy.
"Wait! I haven't got your name yet!" Rinig kong sigaw niya, napatawa at napa-iling lang ako. Naki pag siksikan ulit ako sa mga tao, on my way to Ashley. I gave her the drink "it feels nice to have a cold drink" kakabili ko lang pero malapit niya nang maubos "uhaw ka ghorl?" Tanong ko naman and she just nodded eagerly.
Umiling ako and we continued to jump around, shout and sing along to the performers. It's almost midnight at matatapos na din yung festival. After a couple of minutes nang natapos yung live musics, may mga tao pang nag stay.
Some of them were buying an alcoholic drink, some of them bought food and some of them were just chilling. "Ano? Bili ba tayo foods muna?" Tanong ni Ash, "sige tara mejo nagutom ako dun" sabi ko naman
Di pala ako mejo gutom, gutom pala talaga ako "Ash, can we just eat somewhere, sobrang gutom pala ako" sabi ko sa kanya. Lumingon siya sakin and smirked "alright where?" Tanong niya naman.
"Tara hotpot" suggest ko sa kanya, tumango lang siya, pumunta kami sa parking lot to get the car. We drove to the hotpot restaurant. Mejo may pila kaya we have to wait for a couple of minutes, di naman katagalan.
Yung sahog sa soup is unlimited kaya puwede ka mag order ng mag order and its only for $20 per person. Kaya sulit na lahat dito atleast busog ka pa.
We ordered what we want, nilagay na namin sa hot soup and waited for it to cook, medyo mabilis lang kase mainit naman yung soup. I can't wait to eat!
After nang maluto yung foods, we ate. The first order we got was a big proportion, kaya mejo madami dami pa. But me and Ash can finish this and order one more serving.
I don't know what time we'll be arriving home, bahala na talaga. It's almost 1am at kumakain pa rin kami, and my mom hasn't even called me yet. I think dahil alam niya naman oras ng uwi ko and I texted them before we ate.
