"Good morning little newtonts!" Sikowitz said, coming into the class. "What the heck" I said. "Alright now, it's time for bad news" Sikowitz said. "They found out coconut juice makes your hair fall out?" Rex asked as Sikowitz laughed. "NO! We're going to do an action exercise about giving bad news" Sikowitz said. "Why?" Jade asked. "To teach you that acting often involves making choices about how to save things. For example, how do you give someone bad news and make it seem not so bad" Sikowitz said. "By telling them in a language they don't understand!" Cat smiled. "No Cat! Just come up on stage here, Robbie you too, up up! And now your partner in this little acting exercise . Taylor, come in! Everybody, this is Tay, a little boy who lives next door to me" Sikowitz said as the others smiled and waved. "Whose kid is that?" I yelled over the noise. "I have no idea. Have a seat. Alright, Cat And Robbie, here's a card with some random bad news for you to give to Taylor" Sikowitz said. "Got it!" Robbie said. "Okay" Cat smiled. "Now, improvise a scene where you have to give Taylor that bad news, in a way that doesn't upset him" Sikowitz said. Cat and Robbie wondered for a moment and then Cat whispered into Robbie's ear. "Ooh that's good! One sec..this kind of news, is always hard to tell someone" Robbie said. "We really hope it doesn't break your heart" Cat smiled. "But somebody ran" Robbie sung. "Somebody ran" Cat sung. "A woman or a man" Robbie sung. "Maybe in a van" Cat sung. "Somebody ran over your go cart" They both sang. "And got crushed!" Robbie yelled. "It's unfixable!" Cat smiled as we all clapped. "Yes! Now that's how you give bad news!" Sikowitz said, running out. "That's really cool, did you guys just make that up? Like right now?" The boy asked. "Yes" Cat And Robbie smiled. "Now Taylor, this is for you" Sikowitz smiled, bring in a box of broken go cart. "My Go Cart!" Taylor said. "Sorry, at night, your parents' driveway looks a lot like mine. There you go, scoot along now . Drive safely" Sikowitz said as the kid left the room. "Wait! You really ran over the boy's go Kart?" Tori asked. "Three times, I thought it was a raccoon" Sikowitz said as there was a silence and I burst out laughing. "Y/n!" Tori hissed. "That's hilarious!" I laughed, wiping tears of joy off my face. "Take your seats. Alright. Now let's talk about the new play I'm directing" Sikowitz said. "Do I get to star in it?" Jade asked. "I think it's my turn to star in one of Sikowitz's plays" Andre said. "I don't mind.. but if I'm not the lead something really bad might happen to you" I smiled as we all started arguing. "See, every time I cast a new play you get your preddies in a pretzel. So, you will choose your own roles. Andre, pick a role" Sikowitz instructed. "Tommy, 10 year old, identical twin brother of Carter" Andre said. "Beck, pick a role" Sikowitz said. "Carter, ten year old, identical twin brother of Tommy. I guess we're twins" Beck shrugged. "Then Momma's got some explaining to do" Andre said, looking around. "Jade, pick a role" Sikowitz said. "Nancy, loving wife of astronaut, Walter Swain" Jade said. "Y/n! Pick a role!" Sikowitz said. "Astronaut Walter Swain, husband of Nancy" Jade and I looked at each other in disbelief. "I'm supposed to play her wife?" Jade asked. "I'll just pick another card-" I tried to put my card back in the box but Sikowitz walked away. "No, my box has spoken!" Sikowitz yelled. "Uh Sikowitz, I think I just heard something moving over there with the go kart parts" Andre said as a raccoon came out of the box. "I knew it!" Sikowitz yelled.
Jade and I ran into each other in the hallways and glared at each other. "I don't wanna be your wife in the play" Jade said. "I don't wanna be your husband" I said, glaring intensely at her. "Oh" Jade said, walking away. "Oh" I mocked her.
"Nancy, boys. I'm home" I came in with my stage outfit on. "Hi honey!" Jade smiled at me and I felt myself blush a little. "Hey Dad" Andre said. "Hey there Dad" Beck said. "Oh hello-" I pretended to fall on the couch. "Oh! It's alright boys, it's alright. Honey! Honey!" I blushed again at her words. "I'm up! I'm up! So Tommy, How was school today?" I asked, getting up from the sofa. "I'm Carter" Beck said. "I'm Tommy!" Andre said. "Oh what kind of father am I? I can't even tell my own two sons apart!" I yelled. "It's not your fault, they're identical! Look at them!" Jade said as Andre and Beck broke character and smiled. "Oh Nancy, you're so h-" I pretended to faint on her chest as I blushed as I did, realising I had nearly called Jade hot. "Sweetheart, darling!" Jade said as I blushed as I jumped up. "Blast off!" I yelled. "No no, you were saying I'm so" Jade said. "You're so good, gentle, how can you love a sleepy loser like me?" I asked. "You're no sleepy loser, you're an astronaut" Jade said. "I love you" I said awkwardly blushing. "I love you" Jade said. "Uh no you don't! Burn a candle Bert, this place stinks" Sikowitz said. "I don't have a candle" said Bert. "Then get a better haircut!" Sikowitz yelled. "Shake it Off Bert, he's just in a mood" Sijin said. "You girls are ruining this play!" Sikowitz said. "How?" I asked. "Andre, Beck, take 5" Sikowitz said. "This is our fifth rehearsal, and you two aren't getting any better at playing a believable husband and wife! Bert be quiet! You girls meet me for dinner at Nozu for sushi at 7pm" Sikowitz said. We protested but he just walked away.

Jade said as we looked at the guys from the sushi bar. "What do we do?" Jade asked. "Run!" I yelled. "Run Nancy!" I yelled. "Yes Walter!" Jade said as we both ran off the stage.
