<(Y/N)'s P.O.V>
"Don't be sad, Miss (Y/N)..." Kazuichi said, patting my back. Teruteru was just being executed for killing Byakuya. The execution was frightening. But I'm glad that my friend, and basically my crush, comforting me.
"Don't worry, if Komaeda isn't here, then we'll be save!" Kazuichi said, proudly. "W-Wait! Did you kill him?!" I said, panicked. "O-Of course not! It's just... me and Nekomaru tied him up in the old building..." Kazuichi confessed. "But, please don't tell anyone about this! Alright?" He said with a pleading eyes.
I just sigh and nodded. "But... I'll bring him food and drink. He's so pale at the beginning..." I frowned. "Wait, what? Miss (Y/N)! Do you know what you're doing?! He's crazy!" Kazuichi said. "He's crazy, but he's a human too, Kaz!" I said, and turned my head away.
Kazuichi sighed and nod his head.

The next morning, I prepared for Nagito some rice, and whatever they have in the kitchen. Then I put all of the food in red tray, and ready to leave.
"(L/N)? Where are you going?" Hajime caught that I was leaving the Restaurant, and asked me. Kazuichi was just looked at me with a nervous eye. "Well, I prefer to eat the food in my room." I lied. God, I hope this works.
"Ibuki thinks that (Y/N)-chan should stay here! With her friends, of course!" Ibuki commented. Ibuki... why? "Yeah, I think that Ibuki is right, (L/N), you should eat with everyone instead of eating alone." Mahiru said. "Tch, who cares about her?! She's just as unimportant as that pigbarf over there!" Hiyoko scoffed and point at Mikan. "Eehhhh! Why meee???" Mikan cried.
While all of the attention were on Mikan and Hiyoko, I took the opportunity to sneak out, and went to the old building.
"Komaeda...?" I ask, looking into the building room. And there, a Nagito lying on the ground, his hand and legs were tied up. "Oh dear..." I said, clearly panicked with the sight in front of me.
"Oohh! (L/N)-san! You knew that I'm here too?" Nagito said, lifting his head up. "N-Nekomaru And Kazuichi d-did this?" I asks. "I don't know! I was unconscious! Haha!" Nagito laughed. "But! A hopeful student like you bring food for me? How hopeful!" I raced to his side and placed the tray down, a small frown appeared on his face.
"Wh-What's wrong? Komaeda?" I asked. "No... it's just that, I would prefer toast, even better, bagels!" He said, with a hint of light shining in his eyes. "W-Wait! Y-You're telling me, to come back at the Restaurant?!" I panicked. "Do you have any idea how hard was it for me to come here without being stalked?!"
Nagito frowned. "No one else knows that I'm here?" I shook my head 'no' "Only me, Nekomaru, and Kazuichi." "Ok then... I don't want to eat..." Nagito said. "But you have to! You're so pale!" "I only want toast." "Uugghhh! I'm not your babysitter, Komaeda!" I shouted.
The silence was for a while, and I was bored. So I decided to help the pale boy up, and let him drink some water first. "I'll be back with your 'toast'." I said, leaving the old building.
"Stupid Komaeda, bring my into troubles..." I said with a visible frown. "Miss (Y/N)! You're back!" Kazuichi greeted, but his smile fades away as soon as he saw me with the tray still full of food.
Luckily, there's no one here in the Restaurant anymore. "He didn't want rice, he said he wanted toast..." I said. "Oh, then just don't feed him!" I just shook my head. "I'll just get him the toast, no big deal."
I entered the kitchen, and put two loaf of toast on the dish, and bring it out if the restaurant. When I came to the old building, Nagito's eye were shined again. "Oh, hi (L/N)! I felt bad for me to order a talented student like you to get something for a trash like me." Nagito said, and I just shook my head. "I beg you Nagito, just eat."
I kneed down to the boy, and help him sit up, just to eat.
"So, who are you thinking about?" Nagito asks, snapping me out of my thoughts. "What do you mean?" "I mean, you were spacing out, so that mean you have to think of someone." Nagito explains. I just sighed. "Fine... I was thinking of... Kazuichi..." I said. "I had a crush on him... but all he said is telling me that I was a friend! That hurts, you know..."
Nagito nodded, and continue eating his toast. "Then you should confess, before..." "Before what?" "He got too attach with Sonia." "Wait, he likes Sonia?!" I asked, hearing it for the first time.
"God! You should see his attitude around Sonia! He clearly liked her!" Nagito laughed. "But again, you should probably confess before it was too late, or your hope would be crushed into despair! No one wants that, right?"
"He... likes... Sonia...?" I muttered. I was pretty fragile with these stuff, so I'd be sad if... he likes someone that wasn't me...
But even before all of this Killing Game, I was abused by my parents, bullied by my classmates... I didn't know what to do. Kazuichi was the one that made me happy... but...
He likes someone else.
He likes someone that is better than me.
He likes Sonia.
And I knew that I wouldn't have... even a small chance on him.
"I'll bring you food tomorrow, I'll try to bring bagels..." I said, help him drink the water, and left the place.
"Miss (Y/N)! You're alright!" Kazuichi said, happily. I just nods and walked past him. "I'll see you tomorrow..." I said blankly and came to the restaurant.
Before putting the trays away, I took a knife from the rack, and hide them away. Luckily, on my way there, there wasn't any obstacle, so I was free.
I slammed the door behind me and begin to cry uncontrollably. "Why... why must... why is it has to be him? Why did I like him? Why did he like her? He knows I'm depressed... right...?" I muttered to myself.
I raised the knife and put it on my bare skin, pressing the knife deeper. "Ngh...!" I groaned as some blood poured out. It has been long since I've done this. I've tried to be happy. For him. But I realized that he wouldn't even notice me, so what's the point?
I pressed the knife deeper, and turn it into a dark pink line. "Why...?" I said, and proceed to cut another line. Suddenly, I heard a knock.
"Miss (Y/N)? Can I come in?" Shit! I quickly get my jacket, and quickly put it on. Then hid the knife under my bed. I opens the door, while whipping my tears away.
"Oh, thank God, you're fine!" Kazuichi smiled, and look at the jacket I wore. "Oh, that's new." He said, pointing at my (F/C) jacket. "Ah, this? It was here in the beginning, but I didn't want to wear it, but now I do!" I forced a smile at him.
"Yeah..." Kazuichi said with a doubting voice. "Anyway, did you seen Miss Sonia anywhere?" Kazuichi asked, looking around. I frowned immediately at this. But then faked a smile again. "Well, I dunno, but it's getting late, so I'll take a bath now! Bye, Soud- I mean, Kazuichi!" I said, and slammed the door.
"Sonia, Sonia, Sonia! All you think is about Sonia! Is she really that perfect? Am I really that ugly?!" I shouted, knowing that the wall is sound proof.
I took the knife out again, and cut my arm, until they're filled with pink.
"Yeah... I'm not perfect... I'm nothing compared to Sonia..." I cried.

"Hey Komaeda... I bring bagels..." I said monotonous. "Oh, what happened, (L/N)?" Nagito asked.
"It's nothing..." I placed down the tray, and helped him sit up again. "I-Is that blood?!" Nagito shouted as he saw blood dripping from my arm. "Oh, this...? I tripped, how clumsy I am..." I sighed, and continued feeding him.
When I got out, unexpectedly, I met...
"So Nagito was here?" Chiaki asked, looking up from her screen. I was about to open my mouth to say something, she countered. "Don't ask me how... you just never came to the restaurant to eat, so I decided to follow you."
I nodded. "Well... I... it was Kazuichi and Nidai's doing..." I confessed. "But please keep this a secret... I don't want others to shout at Kazuichi and Nidai..."
Chiaki just nods, and walks away.
At least it wasn't Hajime or anyone... especially Hiyoko...
While I was walking back to the restaurant, I saw Sonia and Kazuichi was talking to each other. Sonia clearly look like she's not interested, but Kazuichi kept talking to her.
I looked down, and walk past them. Why must I be such a failure...? I returned the tray to the restaurant, and went back to my cottage.
When I got back, I took out the knife, and made some more cuts. I flinched a bit. The blood loss is damaging me. I tried to move, but I couldn't. I need to... clean up these...
<Kazuichi's P.O.V>
I saw (Y/N) walking pass us, my face turned into a frown. "Hey... Miss Sonia...? Why is Miss (Y/N) so distant to me...? I mean... she start wearing jackets and stuff..." I said.
"Oh, I don't know about that.." Sonia said. "Maybe you should go check on her?" I nodded, and thanked her. And ran after (Y/N).
After she enters her room, I just hope that she'd come out. But she didn't, so I decided to knock on her door. "Miss... (Y/N)? Are you alright?" I asked.
No response.
"M-Miss (Y/N)? Do you need me to come in there...?" I asked, knocking on her door again.
Still nothing.
I tried to open the door, and it worked! Thank God she didn't lock it. I bursted into her room... just to see her, lying there... "M-Miss (Y/N)!!!" I shouted, running to her.
"K-Kazuichi...?" She whispered. "Yes! It's me! (Y/N)! P-Please... don't go... ok? Do you have a first aid kit in your room?!" I asked, she just nod slowly.
I remember that there's one in every room, in the bathroom, so I ran there and took the aid kit.
"(Y/N)! Hang in there, ok? I'll be back soon!" I said, and ran into the bathroom, searching inside the cabinet. Finally! I ran out, and look at (Y/N)'s arm in sympathy.
I kneed down to her, and start bandaging her arm.
I pick her up, and laid her in her bed. "Wh-Why did you do this, (Y/N)...?" I cried. "I-It's ok, Kaz... don't cry... you have better things to do, right?" "Better?! What? Y-You could've died!" I shouted. "I can't..."
She just nods in response. "I know you like Sonia... I'm sorry for wasting your time like this..." She sighed. "Me? Liking Sonia? Who told you that?" "Komaeda." "Tch, you believe him? Sure, Sonia is pretty, but I don't like her that way, I only want to be friendly with everyone here." I confessed.
"Oh... really..?" She asked. "No... idiot... of course not..." Then she mumbled something. "What's wrong? Miss (Y/N)?" He asked.
"Ah! Nothing, Kaz!" She forced a smile, I knew that, so I gave her a frown. "You know (Y/N)... the person that I like... is you..."
"W-Wait... what?" She immediately sat up. "No... you're lying... aren't you?" "No! I'm not lying, (Y/N)! I'm telling the truth!" I defended.
"My feelings for you is real!" I held her hand. She looked into my eyes, and then look away. "I... like you too... Kazuichi..." She said.
"Really? Then please, live for me, alright?" I smiled. "I don't want you to be hurt!"
She gave me a smile, a sincere one. I hugged her and we both talked for the whole night.
