FLASHBACK
Grandmaster Luke Skywalker is in a room by himself. With numerous books floating all around him that he has read.
He sits and communes with the Force, beforehand telling Ben and the rest of his students to not disturb him until he came out. As he sits on the ground, criss-crosses and eyes closed, he senses great danger from far away. Not knowing where it is or when it will strike, he reaches out to the Force, wanting to seek the answer for the upcoming threat.
The Force gives him an answer, but not one he is expecting.
As Luke is concentrating, he opens his eyes and gasps as he feels his very life force move around him. He gets up quickly as the room is surrounded by blue energy, but in the center of the room, the energy starts to compact.
Luke looks around in panic as the energy gets more and more wild in the room until suddenly, he is blown back. He hits the wall but lands on his feet as he hears crying.
He puts down his arm that was covering his eyes and he's shocked when he spots a naked baby on the ground, crying loudly.
He slowly approaches it and bends down to poke it,
"Is this.. real?" He questions as he gets his finger closer and closer to the infant. The baby instantly stops crying when Luke softly pokes the baby.
"Yeah, it's real." He lets out quickly as he runs over to wrap the baby in cloth. As Luke is covering up the baby, he doesn't notice that the baby is staring directly at the Jedi Master. As Luke finishes, so many thoughts are going through his head,
Where did he come from?
Why did he show up?
Did I do this?
As he is thinking all this, the baby reaches up and grabs on Luke's beard.
"Ow!" He yelps as he looks down at the baby, holding his beard tightly.
The baby laughs as Luke looks down at the gleeful baby.
"So...." he wonders while looking at the baby,
"What should I name you..."
The baby has a confused look as he continues to grab Luke's facial hair
Luke then hears a knock at the door and swiftly turns to look at it.
"Ummm Master Skywalker??? I know you said not to disturb you but we heard some loud noises and..."
"It's okay!" Luke yells out as he rocks the baby in his arms, "I'll be right out!"
He then looks at the baby and sighs,
"Well, there's no use hiding you....."
He then readies himself to reveal his newfound son and student
Force... give me strength
He opens the door to his hut and several of his students are on the other side.
"Mast- um.... what's that in your arms?" A student asks in wonder and confusion
Luke then looks at the baby,
"It seems the Force has brought us another student to train in the ways of the Jedi."
"Literally" Luke comments in his head
Ben Solo is in the crowd of students as he looks at Luke and the youngling,
"Brought another student.... eh who cares." He thinks nonchalantly to himself
"What's its name?" Another student asks
Luke rocks the baby as it starts to fall asleep,
"His name..... is Y/N."
7 years later
"Wake up Benny! Wake up,Wake up, WAKE UP!" The young student known as Y/N yells at the sleeping Ben while shaking him
Ben continues to be immersed in his sleep as Y/N groans.
He then gets a bright idea,
"Then I guess he won't mind if...." he then tiptoes over time Ben's desk and quickly grabs Solo saber,
"I borrow this for a moment."
He then quietly steps out of Ben's hut and while making sure nobody's around to see him, he darts to the forest.
He then makes sure he has enough space between the academy and himself before holding Ben's lightsaber in front of him.
He activates the blue blade and he is instantly mesmerized,
"Wow! My first time holding a real lightsaber..... cool!"
He then starts to swing it in front of him, using techniques Luke taught with sticks, he notices the Saber is much heavier.
How does Luke and the older kids swing this so effortlessly
Ben finally wakes up, groggy as usual and stretches out.
Maybe it was just me, but swore I heard...
He then goes over to his table and can't find his lightsaber
That damn brat! I knew it!
Ben then puts on his Jedi cloak and boots and runs out
When I get my hands on that slimy kid.....
Y/N continues to swing around Ben's weapon in a playful manner, cutting into trees and imaging taking down enemies.
"I can't wait to get my o- WOAH!" He suddenly yells as his body is being pulled by his arm with the force.
"What the heck is going o-" he suddenly feels a hand grip his wrist, he looks up and laughs nervously as Ben glares at him.
"H-h-HEY Benny! Nice of you to drop by..."
Ben simply grabs his lightsaber back as Y/N falls to the ground.
"What did I say about touching my belongings?!"
Y/N then looks up at Ben again, "All I did was get the hang of a saber."
"Cause god knows anything else of yours aint worth much...." he whispers to himself
"What did you say?" Ben directs at the child
"N-nothing."
Ben rolls his eyes as he helps Y/N up,
"Come on, it's almost time for training." Ben slightly smiles as he walks away, but looks down when he sees Y/N holding his hand and smiling widely.
Ben slightly chuckles, rolls his eyes but continues to walk to the temple with the child in hand.
Luke is seen standing up amongst young students that are seated down on the ground.
"Today's lesson will focus on t-" he stops as he seems Ben and Y/N coming into view from the forest.
"Hey Master Luke!" Y/N yells out cheerfully while waving
"Quiet!" Ben whispers to Y/N as he looks forward before they eventually reach the group
"And do tell why you two are coming out the forest this early."
Y/N then steps forward,
"Well, you see what had happened was-"
"Y/N took my lightsaber, went into the forest and played around with it. He's okay though.... physically. Mentally ehhhh..." Ben interjects with a slick smile
Y/N then looks up angrily, "Hey! Are you calling me d-"
Luke lifts up his hand to quiet Y/N down, "That's enough. As long as you're okay, that's all that matters. Just please try not to wander again... and NO touching other people's lightsabers."
Y/N then looks at the ground sheepishly,
"Yes Master Luke... I hear you."
"Good.... now Ben, you know where to go. Y/N come join the younglings."
"Yes, Master." Ben says before walking away,
"You behave now, you hear?!" Ben yells out
Y/N rolls his eyes as he sits down in between a Twi'lek young girl and a Rodian young boy.
"Soo, what did I miss?" Y/N whispers to the young girl
"We barely just started, so nothing much."
The rodian then leans towards Y/N,
"Did you seriously take Ben's saber from his hut?"
"Yep" Y/N answers with a huge smile
"Awesome... how did a real lightsaber feel?"
"Heavy..., but I felt like a bada-"
"Y/N! Dion! Are you paying attention?" Luke yells out, noticing those two talking
They quickly look forward,
"Yes Master."
"Okay students, today we will be lifting stones."
Y/N instantly raises his hand,
"With no hands." Luke adds in while looking at Y/N, who immediately puts his hand down.
As the students are getting the hang of it, Luke paces around them,
"Good, all of you. Let the force flow through you. It's everywhere. To it, a stone in the air feels the same as a stone on the ground."
Y/N makes excellent progress as he smoothly lifts the rock with just his mind, other students are struggling, others are doing well.
"Let it shows you the truth. There's no difference. No difference at all."
Y/N reaches deep into the force as he tightly closes his eyes,
"Wow! H-hey!" A human girl yells out as she is being lifted up
"Holy..." another student lets out as they are also lifted up from the ground.
Luke turns and sees 4 students in the air, surrounding Y/N who still has his eyes closed
"Not again!" Luke screams in his head
"Y/N! That's enough!" Luke lets out
Y/N then opens his eyes as the 4 students drop on the ground
He looks around and sees what he caused,
"Ah man.... sorry guys." He apologizes as he helps them up one at a time.
"That's alright Y/N, just shows how strong you truly are." One of his friends say as they catch their breath.
"Hey! Don't pump his head up." A girl yells out in laughter
The whole group laughs and Luke lets out a little chuckle before setting the class down.
They soon go into pairs to train in combat, Y/N pairs up with his Rodian friend Dion.
Luke each student a wooden stick, shaped like a lightsaber
Y/N grips the weapon in one hand as he looks at his sparring buddy,
"You do know who's going to win right?"
Dion simply shrugs as he holds his sword out in front of him with two hands,
"Yeah I know, Cant hurt to try though."
Y/N simply smiles as he charges at Dion.
Safe to say, Y/N was too much for the poor Rodian.
Luke looks on in heavy interest, as he always does when it comes to watching his son.
If kept on the path of the light, no darkness can influence him....
Ben Solo is currently dueling an older student and he is getting the upper edge.
Ben takes heavy swings to break through his opponents defense. Recently Ben has been hearing whispers that the angrier you get, the stronger you become.
Whose voice he was hearing, he has no idea.
As he is dueling, the younger students are dismissed and allowed to roam the temple. But Y/N however wants to see his "big bro" do his activities, so he sneaks to the grounds.
He notices Ben dueling with another human male,
"Oh yeah! Go get 'em Benny!" Y/N yells out as Ben wins the spar
Y/N runs over to Ben and charges at him for a hug,
Ben's friends laugh as they look down at the kid congratulating Solo
"Nice work! You looked like me out there!"
Ben's friend roar in laughter as Solo rolls his eyes
"Okay okay, he isn't THAT funny!"
"I don't know about that Solo!" One of the older students laughs out, "doesn't laughter usually come after something funny happens?!"
As the bickering between the older students go on, Y/N turns and sees Luke near the temple entrance, motioning him to come in.
Y/N then turns to the students,
"Sorry grown ups, but an even older grown up, requires my attention."
As he runs off, a female Twi'lek nudges Ben in the arm,
"Why can't you be more like him? More carefree and such?"
Ben Solo scoffs,
"Hn, One doesn't become powerful being carefree."
"Huh?"
"N-nothing.." Solo whispers as he walks away
Y/N catches up with Luke,
"Yes Master?"
Luke walks ahead as he waves Y/N over,
They soon stop in a small room as Luke closes the door and they both sit in the middle of the floor.
Luke takes a deep breath before starting,
"Now I know for a while now you've wanted to know who your parents were an-"
Y/N then gets excited and bounces up and down excitedly
"You're finally gonna tell me! YES YES YES!!"
Luke starts to get a mini heart attack and tries to call the boy down
"Okay okay, the truth is.....
Y/N internally crosses his fingers,
Please be him please be him please be him
"Through.... particular means..." Luke starts to stutter
"Wait Wait Wait, if you're talking about sex, I already know the drill."
"No,no,no not t-" Luke then stops and looks at Y/N,
"You're seven years old! You shouldn't even know the word nor...."
Then Luke puts on a serious face,
"Who was it that told you about it?"
"Uh... I'm not a rat." The boy nervously lets out
"Y/N..." Luke says as a warning
"Fine.... Dion and Sera."
Luke then calms down,
"I'll talk with them later..... anyway."
Luke then nervously collects himself,
"I'm your Father."
Y/N then hears a blank look on his face, unreadable to the grandmaster.
Look at me, I can fight the dark side with a clear head but a child's reaction is giving me a nervous breakdown
"Look, I understand if you're upset.. I just didn't know when to t-"
Y/N interrupts Luke by hugging him tightly,
"Thank you thank you thank you!" Y/N yells as he cries into Luke's shoulder
Luke is absolutely stunned but immediately hugs his son back with a smile
Y/N eventually lets go as he jumps around excitedly around the room
"I can't wait to tell everyone the good n-"
"NO!" Luke yells out,
"You can't tell ANYONE. Not even Ben."
Y/N then calms down,
"Seriously? Aw man...."
Y/N then paces the floor,
I'm the Grandmaster son, this is..... insane.
So Aunt Leia is really my aunt.....
I've never seen Ben's dad
So Ben's my cousin....nice
Y/N then stops and holds his index finger up...
"Wait Wait Wait," he repeats as he turns to Luke for another question,
"Who's my mom?"
"You see.... well. There is no "mother" in the equation."
Y/N then wears a sad look,
"Oh.... is she dead?"
Luke seeing his son's distressed look, immediately assures him
"No,no,no.... I'm sorry, what I meant was, One day I was communing with the Force...."
He then looks around,
"In this very room. And for a while now, I've felt a dark presence.... where it lies... I don't know. But what I DO know is that I asked the Force for guidance,solution or anything."
Luke gathers himself before continuing,
"Then suddenly, I feel my very life force swirl around me and flowed into this" Luke points to the exact spot on the ground Y/N appeared from, "spot"
Y/N then looks at the ground in amazement
"Woah."
Kind of gross to think about, but cool
"And there you were, a small baby." Luke finishes with a smile
Y/N then thinks deeply,
"Soooooo basically, The Force is my Mom?"
Luke then laughs deeply,
"In a sense, yes."
"Awesome!" Y/N cheerily lets out
"But don't think this means you get special treatment from the others. That will lead to situations that are not necessary."
"Right." Y/N then comes up with an idea
"Can I try out your lightsaber."
"Now what did I just finish saying..."
"No,no, I just want to see how it feels and activate it. That's all, just in this room." He begs
Luke thinks for a solid 5 seconds before giving in,
"Fine" he says as he unclips his weapon,
"But be.careful."
Luke hands his weapon into Y/N small hands as the young boy eyes widen when he gets a feel of it.
He then puts it out in front of him, points the hilt up and out comes a bright green blade.
Y/N eyes sparkle as he looks at the blade in amazement
"Wwwoooaaaaahhh" he breaths out as he swings it a few times.
"Now I'm sure you know this... but this is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or random as a blaster. An elegant weapon... for a more civilized age."
Y/N looks at Luke,
"I think we're pretty civilized... don't you think?"
Luke laughs softly,
"And soon, you'll have your own saber..."
I wouldn't mind wielding this one....
Y/N then charges at Luke for another hug but Luke stops him,
"First rule of business when you get your own saber..." he starts off before taking his weapon back,
"Never charge at someone with a lightsaber unless you intend to do harm."
"Got it."
2 Years later, THE DESTRUCTION OF LUKE's TEMPLE
After Ben buries Luke in his huts rumble,
He climbs out slowly as he sees The Knights of Ren scavenging the destroyed area.
"B-Ben?" A child whispers behind him
Ben turns and sees Y/N standing, in tattered clothes and a blue lightsaber in one hand and a knight of Ren on the ground next to him. With a saber wound in their chest.
"W-why are you doing t-this? W-where is Master S-Skywalker?"
"Who the hell are you?" Ben breaths out as he steps towards the young child
"Y-you don't remember me? I-it's me." He desperately cries out while gripping his lightsaber tightly
"Solo!" A knight calls out to him,
"Snoke wants immediate departure. Our job here is done."
Ben smirks as he force pushes Y/N away and runs off with his newfound companions
(A/N: Incase you're confused on why Ben doesn't remember Y/N. Snoke (or Palpatine) distorted Ben's memory. He has a twisted memory of how the Luke, the students, and his parents treated him.)
Y/N collapses as he hit debris and struggles to get up as he tries his hardest to call out to Ben. He soon blacks out.
Luke soon frees himself out the destroyed hut and the first thing that comes out his mouth,
"Y/N!" He cries out as he staggers around the outskirts of his temple,
Eventually he finds the young boy, unconscious and bruised.
"Oh no no no" he whispers as he picks Y/N off the ground as R2 beeps sadly.
Luke looks down at his unconscious son and weeps in his chest.
Back to The Ruins of the Death Star
"After the temple was destroyed, Luke thought to keep you safe, to wipe out all your memories of him, the Jedi academy and your friends. He thought if by any reason the first order got to you, that they couldn't go through your mind and find out who you truly were.
He gave you up to a small family and watched over you for a few months before leaving to the island..." Anakin concludes
"Wow....." is all Y/N could muster up
"It's quite the tale... I know." Anakin smiles at the shocked look on the young Jedi's face.
"No kidding" Y/N whispers as he gets up, and looks to the Force ghost.
"So you're my grandfather...."
Anakin smiles, "Yes, and I know you will carry the Skywalker with pride."
Y/N smiles but then remembers something,
"So.... where's Kylo..." He then shakes his head, "I mean Ben?"
Anakin points behind him,
"I projected a memory of his father to him... his memories are being sorted out as we speak."
"And Rey?"
Anakin looks down,
"Left to Ach-To.... Luke is speaking with her."
Ach-To
"I had given up.... and in the process let my only son go...." Luke concludes to Rey as she looks down, weeping at what her lover lost and what he went through
Rey wipes her tears, "I-I-don't know what to do..."
"What are you most afraid of..."
"Myself."
Luke looks on,
"Because you're a Palpatine..."
Rey looks up at the Jedi Master and nods,
"Leia knew it too... she also knew about Y/N..."
"S-she didn't tell me.... but she still trained us.."
Luke goes over to Rey and sits down with her,
"Because she saw your spirit... she felt obligated to train her nephew.... and somethings are stronger than blood."
"If you three don't confront Palpatine.... it will be the end of the Jedi.... and the war will be lost."
Luke then gets up and tells Rey to follow him,
Rey ends up hold Leia's saber, as Luke looks on....
"It was the last night of her training... Leia told me she had sensed the death of her son at the end of her Jedi path. She surrendered her saber to me and said that one day, it would be picked up again."
Rey stares at the saber and then back at Luke,
"I can't get to Exogul, I don't have the wayfinder, I destroyed Ben's ship."
Luke smiles, "You have everything you need."
Rey goes to Ben's ship and reaches to grab the wayfinder.
"Of course.... two were made."
Rey then hears rumbling beneath her and notices the water start to separate
She looks on as she sees Luke's X wing raise up slowly from the depths of the ocean, she turns and Luke smiles as he continues to raise the ship

Back to the Death Star
"Now.... Last I remembered, you stabbed Ben in the stomach before he flung you into that ocean."
Y/N opens his eyes in shock,
"SHIT! I almost forgot!" He yells as he rushes through Anakin and comes up to the downed Ben
Y/N hesitates but he puts his hand on Ben's wound and slowly but surely, it closes up as he puts into more of his life energy.
I keep this up, I'm not going to have any more to give....
Y/N and Ben breath heavily as they gather themselves before Y/N speaks up
"Soo...." he starts off awkwardly,
"Do you remember who I a-am now?"
Ben slowly looks at the Jedi, and smirks,
"H-how could I forget... you have the biggest mouth in the galaxy."
They both share a laugh for the first time in many years,
"This is awkward"
they both let out in their heads
They both look behind them and see Anakin give one last smile and nods before disappearing
Y/N looks back at Ben,
"Rey left to go to Ach-To, she's on her way to Exogul. I hope you remember your way there, seeing as you broke the wayfinder."
"I can take us there."
Y/N nods,
"Good, we should leave, NOW."
They both get up as Y/N clips his saber to his belt, but then looks over to Ben.
"Um, where's your lightsaber?"
Ben huffs as he lazily points out to the ocean,
"I kind of threw it out in the ocean...."
Y/N is immediately aggravated and holds his head in annoyance,
"Why the fuck would y-"
"I'm sorry, it was that type of moment!"
"Wha-whatever, i dont even want to know." Y/N finishes off, he then takes on a more seriously look, "Ready to put the Emperor's reign to an end?"
Ben, finally realizing what they are up against, walks up to Y/N, and simply nods in response.
The cousins then walk side by side as they follow the path they previous fought on as enemies.
Y/N leans into Ben and whispers,
"I just got to remember you again and you already fucking shit up by throwing your only weapon away"
Ben simply smiles, just glad to have his cousin back.
