[Outfit above]
The next day in divination I sat in between Harry and a snoring Ron while Hermione sat on the red heads other side. "Crystal-gazing requires that you clear the Inner Eye. Only then, will you... See." Professor Trelawney stopped in front of our table and crouched down "Oh my, what do we have here...?" As Trelawney eyes the crystal, Hermione rolls her eyes and fakes a giggle. "Do you mind me trying?" Professor Trelawney smiled widely but it disappeared at Hermione's words. "The Grim, possibly"
Professor Trelawney leaned closer to hermione "My dear, from the moment you first arrived in my class, I sensed that you did not possess the proper spirit for the noble art of Divination." She picked up Hermione's hand and started to brush her fingers over her palm. "You may be young in years, but the heart that beats beneath your bosom is as shriveled as an old maid's, your soul as dry as the pages of the books to which you so desperately cleave."
She folded Hermione's hand closed and patted it, Hermione looked at her taken aback and was attempting to form words but couldn't. She stood up from the table and knocked the crystal ball off sending it rolling down to the doorway with her following it. Professor Trelawney looked back to Harry, Ron and I "Have said something?" The three of us stayed quiet which invited Trelawney to leave our table and go to another's for the rest of the class.

I had been following Harry and Ron down the hallway when I spotted the crystal ball Hermione knocked off. I carefully picked it up and turned back to the boys "I'm going to bring this back" Ron nodded while Harry walked towards me "I'll go with you" I smiled as a thank you and the two of us made our way back to the divination room. I set the ball back onto our table where we had been not long ago and turned to leave when I saw the ball darken.
"Harry..." I looked over my shoulder at him inviting him to come closer and see the ball, I looked back towards the crystal now faintly seeing the face of Sirius Black through the glass. Out of nowhere a hand grabbed onto my arm causing me to jump back against Harry's chest as we both followed the arm that lead to a wheezing Trelawney. "Professor.." I breathed out after just being startled.
"He will return tonight...." Harry carefully pulled her hand off my arm at her eerie words and pushed me partially behind him. "S-sorry?" He stuttered nervously at the blank eyed professor "Tonight, when the clock strikes twelve, the servant shall break free. He and his Master shall be reunited. It cannot be prevented." She smiled savagely at the two of us before her head fell forward for a moment and then she raised it and her eyes fell back onto mine and Harry's tense bodies.
"So sorry, dears. Did either of you say something?" Her voice was back to normal no longer dark and haunting, I shook my head as Harry slipped past her and pulled me with him by the hand "No. Nothing." The two of us fled the room and down the stairs even more thankful that it was our last class for the day. We returned to our common room to change and to find Hermione and Ron so we could go see Hagrid before he executed Buckbeak.
"I can't believe they're going to kill Buckbeak! It's too horrible." Hermione said and I nodded in agreement. "It just got worse." Ron stated and the three of us looked down the hill to where Draco and his goons Crabbe and Goyle "Father said I can keep the head, I think I'll donate it to the Gryffindor common room." Hermione and I trudged down the hill straight towards Draco just as he turned around and looked up seeing us. "Ah. Come to see the show?"
Hermione pulled out her wand "You. You, foul, loathsome, evil, little cockroach." Draco stumbled back against the tall rock as Hermione held the tip of her wand to his neck. "Hermione! No!" Hermione glanced back at Ron surprised he said something but I kept my eyes on Draco. "He's not worth it." Hermione released a heavy breath and slowly lowered her wand and turned around walking back towards Ron and Harry but I hadn't moved yet.
"Stupid mudblood" I heard Draco mutter under his breath which set me off, I spun around and punched him straight in the nose causing him to shout. He ran away while holding his nose in pain, his goons following closely behind. When they were out of ear shot I gasped in pain and shook my hand out "That hurt so much more than I expected it to...but it felt really good"
I looked up at Ron, Hermione and Harry who were all smiling widely "Not good...brilliant" Ron praised with a laugh "Come on we better get to Hagrid's" Hermione said getting us back onto the task at hand, the four of us continued down the hills and through the pumpkin patch to Hagriid hut. He had seen us coming from the window and already held the door open welcoming us in, Harry and Ron sat down across from Hagrid while Hermione and I made tea or all of us.
"Look at 'em. Loves the smell o' the trees when the wind blows..." Hagrid said as his eyes were focused outside on Buckbeak. "I say we set him free." Harry stated but Hagrid shook his head shutting him down "They'd know I did it. And tha' would only get Dumbledore in trouble. Gonna come down, yeh know. Says he wants ter be with me when it... when it happens. Great man, Dumbledore." I handed Hagrid his cup of tea and leaned against the armchair of where harry sat.
"We'll stay with you too, Hagrid." I told him softly but Hagrid immediately disagreed "Yeh will not! Think I wan' yeh seein' a thing like this! No. Yeh'll drink yer tea an' be off. But before yeh do -- I wan' ter see you an' Ron shake hands, Harry." Ron and Harry shared a glance and they both turned to either Hermione and I watching as we both shrugged. "Thin' I haven' seen 'ow it's bin betw'n you two? Go on now..." Reluctantly, Harry and Ron slowly extended their hands and shook them resulting in a satisfied nod from Hagrid.
"Good. Now then. Ron, I wan' ter see you give Hermione a hug." Both of their jaws dropped "What!?" Hagrid nodded towards the two "Go on! You two've been at it all year. An' I'm sick o' it." Uncomfortably the two stepped forward and hugged each other in the most awkward way possible making the rest of us cringe. "Crikey, tha's jus' abou' the most pathetic hug I e'er seen. But yeh did it, an' tha's wha' matters. There's jus' one other thing..." Ron shook his head "I'm not kissing Fang if that's what you're thinking..."
Due to his name being said the big brown dog thumped his tail happily against the floorboard, Hagrid turned to the side and took the lid off of a tin lettin a small head pop out of it. "Scabbers! You're alive!" Hagrid passed ron the rat "Yeh should keep a closer eye on yer pets, Ron." behind him Hermione crossed her arms "I think you owe someone an apology." Ron narrowed his eyes and held Scabbers close to him "Right. Next time I see Crookshanks, I'll let him know." Hermione rolled her eyes stubbornly "I meant me."
"Crikey. Here we go again..." Before he could finish what he was saying a glass jar on the shelf near me shattered, I bent down in time to pick up a small jagged stone just missing another one that had evidently hit the back of Harry's head. "Ow!" Harry groaned and turned to look out the window "Hagrid..." I stood up and looked out beside him followed by the others, from not far away Dumbledore and Fudge were approaching along with the executioner behind them.
"Yeh got to go! It's almost dark. Anyone sees yeh outside the castle it'll be trouble! Big trouble! 'Specially you, 'Phelia n' Harry-" Hagrids frantic words were cut off by the banging on his door, he stiffened in fear for a moment but then gestures towards his back door. Ron and Harry ushered Hermione and I out first, the four of us hid behind the pumpkins long enough to run away back towards the spot we were before with the sundial rocks.
I looked down the hill from the open space between the rocks watching as they were about to kill Buckbeak for doing something that wasn't his fault. Behind us the clock tower had begun dinging in a rhythmic timing, tears pricked my eyes when the axe had met Buckbeak. I felt two arms wrap around me from the side and I turned into their chest and wrapped my arms around their torso, the familiar scent of pine told me it was Harry. His one hand stayed steady on my upper arm as his other rubbed up and down my back softly as I cried for the creature.
