Later that night

I made my way down stairs to the living room Dave looked up from his phone and shook his head.
"What?"
"You must trying to get pregnant again?"
"No."
"That dress says otherwise."
"Calm your horny ass down."
"Shit I can't cause you look too good we might just have to stay in."
"No we're not my mama have the girls and it's date night."
"But now ion wanna leave cause you're looking too good."
I looked at Dave.
"Dave."
"Alright I'll control myself so we can go on our date."
"Thank you."
"But once we get back home I'm fucking you."
"Okay."
I walked out of the living room with Dave right behind me making all types of noises.
"Damn lil mama what's your name is?"
I chuckled and continued to walk towards the door.
"Lil mama I know you heard me you must got a man or something," I turned towards Dave.
"Nah not a man I have a husband and two kids."
"Lucky guy."
"He is but I think I'm the lucky one to have him in my life."
"Nah he's definitely lucky to have you you really changed him for the better he couldn't see his life without by his side."
"Aww baby," I fanned my eyes.
"Yo you really about to cry right now?"
"Stop saying sweet things to me and get me all emotional."

"I know," I sniffed.

"Your makeup still look good."
"Okay good."
We walked out of the door I waited on Dave to lock the house door.
"When did I buy this dress ion remember buying this dress."
"That's because you didn't buy this dress I bought this dress."
"Umm a few weeks ago when I went to the mall with Ari and E."
"Oh okay."
"Also D got back to me about going on a couples trip."
"Oh yeah when we going?"
"May 16th we'll be gone for two weeks."
"Alright that's enough time for us to knock the girls parties out of the way."
"Right."
We walked down the steps and over to my Mercedes Dave unlocked the doors and opened the passenger door I got in and thanked him. Dave nodded and closed the door then he made his way over to the driver side. I unlocked my phone and went to Google to look up places to go for our one year anniversary.
"Babe while you got your phone out look up places for us to go on our first wedding anniversary."
"I'm already ahead of you I'm looking up places now."
"Okay."
"Don't make any plans for your birthday."
"I don't have any plans anyways."
Dave glances over at me as he drove."
"You forgot your birthday didn't you?"
"I did with getting the two new locations open, running my online business, taking care of you and the girls it totally slipped my mind."
"It's okay baby your husband got everything handled already."
I'll be 27 next month, Bella will be 1 and Kai will be 4 that's 3 birthdays in two months the next child gotta be born in a different month besides March.

I dusted off the setting powder and added the highlighter to my face. The kids are with my parents for the night since me and Desmond are going on a date tonight. Once I was done with highlighting my face I applied my lipstick I was about to get up but Desmond stopped me.
"Wait baby before you get up lemme get a picture of you."
"Okay."
Desmond helped me me up then he moved my chair and turned my ring light towards the wall and sat me back down. I did a pose and Desmond snapped the picture.
"Lemme get a few more."
"Two more and that's it babe we gotta get going."
"Alright alright you look good in my jacket by the way."
"Thank you."
Desmond took two more pictures of me then we walked out of my beauty room and down the stairs heading towards the front door. I was surprised when I came home and Desmond showed me my beauty room because I wasn't expecting to have one but he said I needed my own getaway since he had his mancave. We walked over to my purple Ferrari Desmond unlocked the doors and opened the passenger door for me I thanked him and got in. Desmond closed the passenger door and walked to the driver side and got in.
"Babe did you tell Haze that her and Dave gotta get their shots for the trip?"
"I did I also told Lik to let E know."
"Alright I'm so ready to go to Seychelles the pictures does no justice."
"Me too."
Desmond put the gear in drive and drove down the driveway.
"Put your seatbelt on."
"Baby ion wear seatbelts."
"You better start wearing them."
"Alright baby."
Desmond put his seatbelt on.
"You know what Haze doing for her birthday," Desmond asked as he glanced over at me.
"Nope but if I know she forgot her birthday cause of the two new locations that's she's about to open, Kai birthday coming up, her being a wife and with Bella first birthday coming up."
"Right."
"But if I know bro I know he has something planned for Haze."
"Yeah and he'll fill us in."
"We gotta plan our one year anniversary trip, Des and Dani birthday along with Dj first birthday."
"Right. Are you going to give me another son?"
"When?"
"After Dj turns one."
"Maybe we'll see."
"I just need one more son to complete the family."
"Okay."
"How's the shop in Downtown?"
"It's actually going pretty good I changed the name to Melanin Goddess Beauty Bar."
"What will the white people think who pass by the shop think?"
"I don't give a fuck what they think every employee there is black it's not about them anyways it's all about us and empowering us when they try to break us down and make it about them."
"Okay baby."
"I had talked to Haze about me changing the name."
"And what did she say?"
"Why you asking me can you change the name of the beauty bar I no longer own it it's your you can do whatever you want," I said mocking Haze voice.
"She's right though."
"I know but I still wanted to ask her."
Desmond nodded I grabbed his phone out of the cup holder and unlocked it going straight to his camera to take pictures of us then next I'm going to flood all of his so media accounts.
