It's the new year and it's two months In I've had a lot of rough shit going on. My family have had the worst drama going on and this month I've finally opened up about my mental health and I'm not getting the help I need!
I've started antidepressants and I'm going to therapy and I'm getting the help I need! I'd just like to say as well never be afraid to talk to someone it's one of the most important things you could do in life if you don't feel like yourself please reach out to someone x
