"CHILL OUT REINA, THEY'RE GOING TO LOVE YOU! I KNOW MY PARENTS ALREADY DO" Rose assured her friend.
They were currently situated on the platform, with the trio (consisting of James, Reina and Rose) awaiting the Potter and Granger-Weasel family.
Lily was staying with a friend for the holidays, as was Albus and Hugo would be arriving home a day before Christmas. Rose normally stayed at her aunts and uncle's before Christmas, as her parents were always on a business trip around this time, and would come to the Potter's once they returned.
James did not know why the girl was so panicked. He had repeatedly told Reina, that his mother already loved her and his father was eager to meet the girl his wife and best friend would not shut up about.
How could they even possibly hate her?
Never in his life, had he heard of anyone disliking the girl. Before the whole dating ordeal, the hate that Reina felt was very much one-sided. He never had a reason to hate her, but she obviously did.
Although that feeling had subsided within the girl, he could still feel the grudge she had against him. Albeit less visible, but still very much present.
She still had that fiery and sort of broken look in her eyes whenever she would gaze upon him. It hurt him in ways that he could not explain, nor had he ever felt before.
Despite the deal, he still felt that the their relationship was very much authentic. At least in his eyes it was.
He hoped and prayed, that they would last longer than the expiration date of their agreement. Wether it did or not, it was completely up to her.
Reina blushed slightly at her friends comment. When she met Rose's parents, she was completely out of her depth. She hadn't any experience with parents, her own absent from her life, so she was winging it the whole time.
She was glad that she made a good impression.
"But what if they think I'm rude or worse, stuck up? My father has a tendency of leaving a lasting impression on those he thinks are less worthy, and not in a good way," she said with a slight scoff.
Her fathers discriminating actions were definitely no secret. It was well known that Ozias Carter refused to accept anyone less than a half-blood to work for him. He claimed that they were 'bad luck' and that they would 'bring about the downfall' of his precious business, Paradox.
It was an extremely successful business, that sold luxurious products from expensive books to handmade wands. Being the daughter of the owner, made her extremely wealthy and let her get everything for free, the only thing she had to thank her dad for.
Approaching the group, was a disheveled Harry Potter. His top button undone while his tie hung loosely around his neck. His robes were crinkled beyond belief and his hand loosely held a brown leather briefcase.
"Sorry I'm late kids, got let out of the office an hour later than normal," he quickly apologised, attempting to steady his breathing.
"It's fine dad" James slightly laughed at his fathers state. Way to make an impression dad.
"Dad, this is Reina. Reina, this is dad." He quickly introduced the pair. Reina clutched the handle of her luggage tighter out of nervousness and Harry smiled.
"Nice to meet you Mr Potter"
When Harry glanced at the girl, his jaw dropped. She resembled a girl he once knew very well, someone his whole group knew very well.
But it couldn't be, she had died before she even got the chance to reach her 20's.
Clearing his throat, he shook the girls hand. "Nice to meet you Reina. James can't seem to shut up about you, neither can my wife for that matter"
Reina blushed a little but laughed nonetheless.
"Nice to meet you too Mr Potter," she said, releasing her hand from his.
"Nonsense, call me Harry" She laughed slightly and nodded her head. "Now come on kids, Mrs Potter's cooking up something delicious!"

"YOUNG MAN, YOU BETTER HAVE A GOOD REASON FOR NOT WRITING TO ME!" Exclaimed his mother, who was still clad in her Quidditch uniform.
James visibly winced at his mother's tone, but plastered a charming smile on his face. "Well if it isn't my darling mother!" He hugged her while she rolled her eyes.
James pulled away after a moment and went to stand behind Reina. "Mother dearest, this is Reina" he introduced. Her previous anger was replaced with excitement.
"This is the famous Reina?" She asked, astounded. James nodded and wrapped his arms around her waist. Reina looked up at the boy and narrowed her eyes at him, and he winked at her in return.
"Let me look at you" she exclaimed in a motherly tone. Reina looked nervously at James who had a shit-eating grin on etched onto his face. He pushed her lightly towards his mother, causing the girl to stumble slightly.
"Dear Merlin, James did not do you justice, you're absolutely gorgeous!" She cooed while she held Reina's arms. She blushed with a smallish smile as Mrs Potter pulled her into a hug.
She stood awkwardly for a moment before hugging back, making the older woman laugh slightly.
She pulled away and exclaimed, "JAMES!"
The boy, who was watching the scene with a light smile, let his expression drop when he heard his mum. "Yes favourite parent?" He asked sweetly, trying his best to suck up to her.
"Go set the table," she demanded whilst narrowing her eyes at her son. He didn't think twice before nodding rapidly and obediently, quickly running into the dining room.
Mrs Potter laughed breathily and shook her head, muttering that boy. Turning her attention back to her niece and her son's girlfriend, she smiled brightly.
Mr Potter gasped loudly, "Did you hear that Gin? He said you're the favourite!" He exclaimed. His wife glared at him, before smacking him upside the head.
"Of course I'm the favourite!" She boasted proudly.
"Now go help him!" She all but growled, while narrowing her eyes at him. Scared for his life, he sprinted into the dining room. Rose laughed at her families antics whilst Reina smiled brightly.
"It's nice to see you Rose dear," she greeted her niece with a big hug. "Would you take Reina to her room? It's the one opposite to yours."
Rose nodded her head in reply and dragged Reina up the stairs by her hand. The only woman laughed at the two, the pair reminding her of herself and her best friend when they were teens. She frowned at the thought, she would never be able to see her again.
Shaking her head slightly, she sighed when she saw the discarded bags stationed by the door.
"These kids will be the death of me"

Ok so I've planned the end of the book. You're either going to cry or hate me, or both.
It's gonna be emotional, that's all I'm gonna say.
