Minnie & Yuqi : Since Minnie and Yuqi are foreigners themselves they would probably like to have a foreign best friend or s/o . Besides both are good at English, so communication wouldn't be a problem. They also seem like very open girls so they'd probably be down for it.
Miyeon & Shuhua : I think these two would like to have a foreign best friend or s/o because they're interested in different cultures and languages. So as long as they can communicate with that person, I think they would be open for it.
Soojin & Soyeon : These two strike me as the ones that are least likely to have a foreign s/o or best friend because of cultural differences but I also think as long as they can communicate they would like to get to know the other person's culture as well.
