1. As usual, prepare 512 × 800 canvas
2. Add your picture.
3. Make a new layer and color it black.
4. Lower the opacity to the preferred darkness
5. Add your title.
6. Change the blending mode of the text to overlay.
7. If it's not clear enough, duplicate the layer so it's brighter.
8. Set the length(s) to 0 and pick the rectangle drawing tool.
9. Draw a rectangle to make it as a frame.
10. Change the blending mode to overlay and duplicate it like the text.
