“Lindsay! Lindsay! Lindsay! Wake up! Wake up! It’s time for Disneyworld today!” exclaims Cody, jumping up and down on the bed like a little kid on Christmas Day.
“Five more minutes,” I groaned and then flipping my head under the pillow.
“Okay then, if that’s how you wanna play it sleepyhead,” added Cody chuckling, and then hopping off the bed. He lifted up the covers of the bed and pulled my feet a few inches from the pillow.
“Gah!” I say as Cody pulled me more. “Okay! Okay! I’m awake now!”
“Good, because, I want to go to the most wonderful place with my girlfriend which is Disneyworld.” Said Cody.
“Woah, so you mean Disneyworld is your girlfriend?” I say, giggling and then yawning.
“Noh! My girlfriend is you! And you know that!” added Cody, smiling.
I just love how he says ‘no’ it’s so cute! It’s like a noh!
“My parents are already awake, getting ready, same with your parents, they are getting ready, Alli is in the shower, and all I gotta do is wake you up,” he said leaning in for a kiss.
His lips touched mine and once more I felt sparks go into my mouth and chills down my entire body.
I pulled away from his kiss, and then giggled.
“Why’d you pull away?” asked Cody, pouting and then crossing his arms.
“I’m sorry; I just have to get ready remember? Or do I have to wait for Alli still?” I asked.
“You have to, but right now, kiss me one more time, before Alli gets out,” added Cody leaning in.
I giggled and pressed my lips against his. Our tongues battled back and forth from each other’s, and we’re both smiling in between each kiss.
The bathroom door opened, and I couldn’t see Alli, because my eyes were closed, wait if you kiss are your eyes supposed to be closed? Or am I the only one who’s been through with a ton of boyfriends?
“Woah-ha-oh! Maybe I should be back in the bathroom and stay there for another hour until you guys are done,” exclaims Alli covering her eyes and then walking into the bathroom again.
We we’re startled, we quickly pulled away and started blushing so much, we didn’t know that Alli was done with the bathroom.
“Oh! Well, I guess I could go in and change then!” I say, hopping off the bed, grabbing my clothes that I pulled out last night and, grabbing my bag full of toiletries.
I never knew I could be this embarrassed when Alli is around; no one has ever done that yet; walk in while me and one of my boyfriends are kissing.
I giggled to myself in the bathroom mirror, and thought to myself, how I got lucky again, with the person who I called my idol before. I never thought when I moved to LA, I would meet him, but now it’s coming true.
I changed into my outfit that I picked out which was denim shorts, a light blue graphic tee, my pastry black sneakers, and my New York Yankees hat that my mom gave me on my birthday.
I walked out and see Cody already dressed; he was wearing a light blue t-shirt, shorts, his really good shoes I can’t name, and a black hat, which completed his look.
“Haha, we all match!” exclaims Alli wearing the exact same thing, but she was wearing her “Swagge” black hat.
“We all do! I wonder what our parents are wearing?” I ask putting on a thinking face.
“Maybe they are wearing the same thing?” questioned Cody, smiling, then laughing.
“We’ll just see then, you all ready?” I asked, pulling out my Nike string backpack from my luggage and stuffed it with an extra shirt, my fully charged camera, and a bunch of other stuff a girl needs to put in her bag haha!:)
We walked out of the room to see our parents, and I’m pretty sure that they are done changing too; I wonder if they are all wearing the same thing?
I knocked on my parent’s room, and my dad whipped it open, wearing, a light blue tee, shorts, his Van’s sneakers and his Boston RedSox baseball hat, he switched it so the pointy end was at the back of his head.
Same with Mr. and Mrs. Simpson and little Tom! They we’re all wearing the same thing! My mom too! Is this matching day or what?
“Look! We’re all matching!” my mom exclaims smiling.
“Did we plan this or what?” I added shaking my head and then looking over the room.
“I hope we didn’t! I think we did plan this, we just pulled out random items from our luggage and then we go like this.” Says my dad looking at my hat.
“I don’t like your hat my daughter, we are the Boston RedSox, they are better than the Yankees Lindsay!” added dad laughing his butt off so much.
“You know I like the team ever since,” I reply, giggling.
“Yeah but, why do we need to compete on what team is better! Your mom is on my side on this one! She used to live in Boston, that’s probably why she likes them so much,” dad exclaims, turning his head to my mom.
“That is true, but let’s not discuss it now, it’s quite embarrassing to talk about the teams when we have rivals,” said mom laughing.
“Okay, okay, we’ll discuss this later, but for now, who’s hungry?”
(ten minutes later)
“Finally, are we done eating yet? We ate for like twenty minutes, and I’m already full.” I exclaim being impatient, and waiting for everyone to be finished so we could go to Disneyworld.
“Hang on Linds! What’s the rush?” asked my dad, patting me on the head with his hand.
“I just wanna get there and spend an entire day or actually more than a day there, we haven’t been there in a while,” I reply sighing and rubbing my stomach.
“We’re almost done, you can wait a few minutes,” added my mom, munching the last bits of her pancake and sipping the last of her coffee.
“Oh, fine,” was I all said finally.
Waiting for everyone to finish breakfast is time consuming. I just want to visit the place, because I haven’t been there in a while with my parents.
Finally, my parents were done with their breakfast. I was so impatient that I was the first one out of the room and out to the entrance of the hotel to wait for our ride since it’s like a thirty minute ride from our hotel.
“Woah! Slow down Linds! We got all day and a few more days before we hit my brother’s well, your uncles place on Friday to spend the 4th of July with them,” exclaims my dad grabbing my shoulders, and then rubbing them with his large hands.
“Okay! I’ll calm down, you know how long we haven’t been there ever since when I was ten, which was about four years ago. I miss going to that place! I wonder what changed over the past few years,” I say putting on a thinking face.
“Don’t worry angel, you’re going there right now. Dreams are coming true; you get to visit the place where dreams are made of. And you get to spend a few days there with the person who loves you most. I.e. me,” says Cody wrapping his large arms around my waist and resting his head on my shoulder.
“You’re right Cody! I get to see my dreams come true again. But this time, my dreams are becoming bigger,” I reply, giggling.
“Okay you lovebirds, our ride is here, and on to Disneyworld!” my dad said, breaking us apart, but then letting us be put back together. We all hopped in the car or shuttle that the driver was gonna take us in, and we were finally off to Disneyworld!
(Thirty Minutes later)
“Welcome to Disneyworld everybody!” hollered the driver as he opened up the shuttle doors to the front gate of the park.
“Finally! We’re here once again!” I squealed jumping up and down like a little kid on Christmas morning…
“It’s been a long time since we’ve been here,” my mom added putting her hand on my shoulder, and putting on a huge smile across her face.
“Yeah, remember that one time where I proposed to you here in front of the Cinderella castle?” asked my dad, kissing my mom’s forehead.
“All those good memories,” my mom replied, sighing happily. Remembering all of the things she and dad did before I was born.
“maybe you and Cody can get married here,” my dad said smiling, and turning his head towards Cody and his family.
“Yeah, I’m not so sure about it yet, I’m only fifteen! I don’t have plans on getting married yet; I mean what if this doesn’t work out? What should I do then?” I asked, shrugging my shoulders.
“Hmm, whatever the case is, I’ll always like Cody; I knew how much you liked that kid ever since you met him and before we moved. Your mom and I knew how much you wanted to meet him and wanted to attend his concerts. Now look where you finally are, with the guy of your dreams, and the girl you’ve always wanted to hang out with. Dreams are comin true Linds, you just gotta believe in yourself and you’ll come closer.” Says dad, kissing my forehead, and putting a smile on his face.
“thanks dad, I’ll remember that,” I say hugging him.
“C’mon, let’s go in and see what’s changing right now,” added dad grabbing his backpack and following the Simpsons to the front of the gate to get our passports.
Me, Alli, and Cody were waiting for our parents to get our passports, so Cody started singing some songs to break the awkward silence. Alli and I started to laugh because he was doing it funny and making awkward dances and faces which made us laugh that people looked at us while they were walking in.
“I finally can’t believe my dreams are coming true, I get to go to Disneyworld with you, and finally get to be somewhere else where I finally belong and be someone who I really want to be, just me.” I say standing up and turning around.
“You’re welcome angel, I’m here for you, same with Alli, and she’s always there for you. I love you too,” he said pressing his warm lips against mine.
Once again, sparks and chills sent down my entire body, I can’t get another minute of his lips against mine. A few people might have looked at us, but we didn’t care, Alli had to take us apart because we’ve been doing it for a couple of minutes.
“Okay guys, you guys can do it later, or at least when we’re not in public, so you guys can let it wait until tonight,” said Alli, lowering her shades down and winking.
“Maybe we can,” added Cody, winking at me, and lightly pressing his finger against my nose.
